  1. It will probably be an early September reveal with mid-September VIP release, like the Falcon last year
  2. A few weeks after the wider release on August 1st, I’m sure it will be easy to buy carriages seperate on eBay for like £10, that’s what I’m gonna do.
  3. It’s definately the hair on Harry that makes him look like 4, but the costume leans more toward 3. Can be either really though. Ron is definately 4, and I’m inclined to see Hermione as 3 because that’s the film that introduced Crookshanks
  4. Well Harry, Ron and Hermione in the CMF are year 3, which confuses things furher
  5. They will allow it. Lego are really good at customer service like that. Some people think it’s unfair to ask lego if it’s not their fault. But at the end of the day they are a multi-billion dollar company, I’m sure it doesn’t hurt them and they’re usually okay with it
  6. Excellent. I hear this didn’t help much in America, but here in the U.K. I’ve found 7 policeman whilst casually feeling packets, should be fairly easy to get Graves
  7. It’s more likely that someone purchased the set, removed the figures, and took the set back to the retailer. Return it to the shop if you can and exchange it. Alternatively go to lego customer services, bricks and pieces, and go to the ‘missing bricks’ section. On certain items, such as Minifigures, they will ask for a code that is present on the back of the instruction manual.
  8. Hasn’t Arrow become a lot more light hearted to match Flash and Supergirl though?
  9. It was given out at the press event, but hasn’t shown up anywhere else in the U.K. (and side note, even with brexit, the U.K. will always be part of Europe)
  10. Unless Lego have finally learned their lesson, I feel both of those sets will be out of stock for a little while, both have insane hype behind them; nowhere near Falcon level, but it’s still considrable
  11. That’s so weird, the seal of rassilon is surely copyrighted to the BBC, they’ve been using it in the show since 1975...
  12. There was a 2019 DC set revealed a week or two ago which was kind of the start, so don’t expect a sudden wave of reveals
  13. I’m honestly quite surprised we don’t have sets from the current shows; They’re all quite light hearted now, I think Black Lightning’s a bit more adult but I haven’t actually seen it. Sets from those shows would probably sell reasonably well.
  14. While the sets have them, it’s a £90 Set for 1 Hufflepuff and 1 Slitheryn. The bricklink prices are gonna be a good few quid to army build
  15. I just wish all 4 houses had been in the CMF. I’m really surprised didn’t do it, people would buy tons of each for just random students! I certainly would buy atleast 6 of each house. I know I’m getting loads of Chos and the main 3 to make assorted students its probably been said, but the teen legs definitely put the rest the question on when the kids would grow, it seems the best option (to me atleast) would be: short legs - years 1-2 teen legs - years 3-5 adult legs - years 6 - 7
  16. Some of the biggest discrepancies in the line are characters like Mysterio; listerally the only Sinister Six member we haven’t gotten, and we have all the pieces, even dual moulded legs!
  17. The hair is going the wrong way, much like the Anakin hair. The best hair, style-wise, is Alladins, which also works because of the fez
  18. Whilst I adore the MCU, I can’t be the only one who find its frustrating how DC get so many comic based sets, and the only comic based sets we have for marvel are actually based on TV shows and don’t actually feature that many iconic characters other than the main Avengers. I hope 2020 brings some more comic sets, as it’s very unlikely that there will be a 6-Set wave movie like Infinity War. 1/2 sets per standalone movie seems to be the norm since Doctor Strange (with the exception of Guardians, but they didn’t sell great from what I can tell). This model should allow for some more comic stuff in the future
  19. There is a rumour there is another set coming later this year, a rumour sparked by the designer of the JP set. He implied a Ian Malcom figure was coming
  20. Are you aware of colour grading and lighting in films? It’s entirely possible that the skin is light grey, but the Harry Potters are notorious for their extremely dark colour grading (it’s the only thing I really dislike about the later films) Prisoner of Azkaban especially makes the scenes with the dementors very dark. Personally I would have preferred dark grey, but if light grey is what they officially are then that’s fine. The minifigure is still fantastic to me.
  21. Well their hands aren’t black, their skin in the film is grey. Dark grey would be best, but I’m glad they did change it to be a bit more accurate.
  22. In the U.K., the Jurassic World Brickheadz is exclusive to Tesco, with the Incredibles exclusive to Sainsbury’s (although they were reduced to clear I think last time I went in) not sure on the others, toymaster and Smyths have all the HP sets, so they must not be exclusive. However Argos only has Harry so who knows. I think many places were burned by the bad performance of the initial Brickheadz. All the Justice League ones were reduced to clear at ASDA for £3 in the end, same goes for Rey and Kylo at Sainsbury’s. I even got Batgirl for 95p at ASDA. they don’t seem to last very long on the shelves. Star Lord, Iron Man, Han Solo and Chewie are now reduced to clear at Sainsbury’s for 6.67. The best place for Brickheadz in the UK seems to be Lego store and Amazon, with Smyths, Toymaster and the Entertainer carrying most of the line.
  23. Slimmer is a full Brickheadz, 4x4 head rather than the 3x3 of the smaller ones
  24. My thoughts are; the sets come with 3 uniform Hermiones, so I’m gonna use the spare hermiones for a regular Dean and Neville. great idea for Justin Hammer, although there is some “belly” printing gonna get many multiples of the main 3, for the uniforms, many of Dean for Quidditch spectators. A few chos for ravenclaws like Luna.
  25. Considering the Quidditch set is only £35/$40, and they included 6 Minifigures and 500 pieces. I guess they wanted to be able to include as many players as they could, but the budget wouldn’t allow for leg printing, and seeing as 2 players have short legs, maybe they physically couldn’t do it. Has there ever been short leg printing before??
