  1. Clever design.
  2. That's a wise knight. Fearful, but smart.
  3. That's a time-honored piece of workings there. Very reminiscent of the era. Its incredible it sticks together so well.
  4. Its comparable with the Ninjago City Docks. And two of the minifigs (plus the baby) in that set could also be gotten in the other sets of that year's wave. I don't think its particularly bad that the non-corner city sets are less massive then the corner sets.
  5. Very reminiscent of the cathedral aisles in my region.
  6. The scene would fit right in with the D&D set.
  7. Congrats on thinking out of the box like that in making that narrow gauge.
  8. I should have waited a couple years. I bought the version with the orange CS astronaut in it, and it turned out that last year we could get that one in PAB or as a GWP.
  9. I keep thinking the towers' roof will buckle down. It looks a fragile setup, resting on those rounded bricks.
  10. Beautiful scene. And I hope that hunter is downwind of the mighty snow lion.
  11. A marvel to the eye. From the detailing around the different types of windows (especially the curved structure around those rounded top windows), the statesque wall furniture with the crowded boards, and the by now familiar hearth to the floor tile detailing, its exquisite. And the use of tiles to resting on the rafters to depict the inside of the roof makes a nice smooth contrast. Beautiful rendition of the magic(?) effect of whatever it is that is brewing on the table. A question about the table next to Alrune, is that a three-pronged table? Once again, I'm impressed with one of your scribe desks. I love the use of that element, gives a nice angle to the whole setup. Oh, and that's a very brave cat there, going through all the experiments Alrune performs in her study without fleeing.
  12. There are two of them in the set, one for the rover, and the second for the cockpit. Which one gave you trouble? In any case, on my end both seem to be fine.
  13. That's a nice change, but quite unexpected. On the animal front, the set appears to include one cow, one horse, one sheep and a lamb.
  14. Good to hear. I might get it tomorrow in the nearest LEGO store, and at the same time see if the latest CMF series are already available. And the new BAM line.
  15. My orders are sent from LEGO to the DPD depot in Vilvoorde (just next to Brussels). From there on it goes through the internal channels of DPD, and with the parcel number I can track the delivery van through the DPD website. In short: go to your LEGO site account overview, and click on the tab "my orders". From there on you can click through to the trace page of the delivery company (DPD). The day the parcel will be delivered you can follow the whereabouts of the van on the map. But I guess by now you should have received the parcel. :)
  16. Use Track&Trace on your order and you can find out where the delivery van is? 😉
  17. I'm most impressed on how you build the ornaments on the back walls of the different armor statues. Gives a nice sense of depth to the scenes. And the colors behind those were a nice touch as well.
  18. Happy Holidays, and thank you for the journey this Advent.
  19. You created a pretty unique style. From bottom to top, I like the way you rounded out the edges of the display, and the tilework on the path. More upwards, the masonry of the outer wall around the gate itself and the choice of color for the masonry bricks. Not to mention those curved bricks in the entrance. Nice detailing on the 'wattle' parts of the build (the upper floors), it seems just enough, definitely not overdone. The roofs are simple, but elegant. It finishes the build well. And a unique choice of figs to populate the scene. The rooms are very detailed for such a small spaces, reminds me of the way LEGO designers fill up the Ninjago City houses and shops. I'll have to remember that halter you created for the cow. Don't think I've seen that method before. I'd say that compared to the rest of the MOC, the birch trees are the weakest part.
  20. "World's best boss"? I'm quite fond of the way you put those wall elements up where the lyre retsts.
  21. I'm not too fond of the yellow underneath the canopy, but it does give a "boost" to the cockpit's visibility. Removing it there would need a replacement somewhere else on the cockpit module. I have a bigger 'problem' with all the yellow plates on the ventral side of the craft, to bottom it up so to speak.
  22. Congrats on a story well-brought, Aurore. Very inventive, with twists and turns in how you brought the chapters and depicted the scenes.
  23. That's cute. I feel you have Marvin spot on, especially with that helmet. On the saucer, isn't there a lack of storage space for the deadray gun underneath the fuselage? Just askin'...
