  1. Great Job Victor. Though the front may look a bit messy, I'd say that it is part of the technic feel. Indeed my favorite part is the front and rear suspension setup. Simple but functional solutions (reminds me the suspension setups of the MPS by Sheepo)
  2. Oh well, too many legendary sets.... Sounds hard to choose. The only thing that I could say is discard the 42053 because it's the more recent. But what do you want: a set with great parts pack or a set to be placed on the shelf?
  3. I'm totally agree with you. 5 pics and 1 min video is not enough to show and prove all the features. just MHO Oh well, fortunately Im not a judge hehehe. About you mods, don't worry. We really appreciate you work and dedication
  4. I think you misunderstood the contest. Its about building your OWN Porsche with technic looks and of course with functions. It is stated in the rules. The looks is really important because you must understand the Porsche design lines and so on. So is not fair that you enter with the same Lego Porsche.lol. If you wanna enter just modify the body and create a different model. (I remember how an EB user created a 918 based on the 42056)
  5. Seems like the easy way to get one is going to your local Lego shop instead online shopping
  6. Jim, Are you able to announce in a unofficial way the 20 semi finalists?
  7. Thanks for the great feedback ....or it has 2 doors like a 911 , but yes the Panamera brand could mislead a bit. Fortunately the 911 and Panamera brands are totally different ranges in the Porsche line, so the name fits the car, I guess
  8. Thank you. I've updated the OP with more pics and video
  9. Thank you Jim. Your professional pics and reviews make me feel that I am getting a top quality product so your review will make the difference even if other reviews come first I am so happy to see the extra pump for the PF and a great quantity of the newest pieces except for the 1L axle with pinhole. Seems like it's time to save money for this beauty
  10. Tomorrow.... :okay: Seems like you are busy with the Claas Hope the pic of the inventory answer the one million dollar question. "Does it have and extra pump for the PF?"
  11. I'd say that it's the battery switch that also works as pole reverse
  12. @Jim Are you going to review the Volvo? Please post the inventory as you did with the Claas
  13. Hi Here is my dream Porsche. It features and combines 3 of my favorite things of Porsche: The front V8 TT engine and front bumper of Panamera Turbo S The 911 shape The RSR look and feel The result is this. Hope you (and judges ) like it Features. 1:10 Scale RWD and Fake V8 engine 4 Speed Gearbox with remote stick Independent suspension in the 4 wheels Working Steering Wheel (No HOG) Openable hood and doors (With lock system) Adjustable seats with gears Big Spoiler (Like the RSR models) Miscellaneous things like hand bag, lights etc. *Surprise feature* Removable V8 engine and transmission like a car About the last feature, well, I'll show it later in another pics and video. (I haven't had time to take more pics) Here are the pics of the last feature Making this function was the most difficult of the model, because it must be work smooth in every gear and I must find the proper joint points in the gearbox to the chassis. Also it must be easy to remove without bending or forcing the rest of the car. After many tests, I achieved it. More pics of the car This photo scream for the bigger Steering wheel (Sadly I don't have it yet) More pics and video will come soon The full gallery https://www.flickr.com/photos/137229326@N08/albums/72157668154949314 Video. The car was completed some days ago, but I decided to post it as my 100 post here, in the greatest Lego community
  14. Since Lego can't take my money (currently I don't have) I just want more pics.
  15. How many tracks/threads 57518 does it have? Second this... In both statements
  16. Just Wow! It's beautiful. . Is really impressive how you used few pieces but still it has a lot details. Good job
  17. Looks truly impressive. I like the aggressive feel
  18. Well, I was referring to the blue panels that come with 42045 set, (using the curved panel instead flex axles in the front wheels arches) but taking a close look to the Ferrari seems like they wouldn't fit/look well. Ignore me
  19. LvdH, don't forget the new panels in blue. They are quiet versatile to build with great curves and get proper shapes A McLaren F1 would looks good there
  20. For a 1300 pieces set with PF is a great price. Depends on what pieces are you looking for, but that set provides enough white prices and the model itself is great and different. Don't forget to ask for photos and a detailed history of the set, because the price is too good for that set
  21. I saw your entry in the Rebrick page. What a shame that some photos are not displayed or scaled properly. It's quite strange because TLG request photos in landscape orientation AKA 16.9, 16.10 proportion . They should fix that
  22. Really good. I like the effort that you put it especially in the small details. Too bad that the curved panels are not in white yet (I hope so) What are the dimensions ?
  23. Looks really good. It's impressive the quantity of functions in that small car
  24. It's beautiful and clean I'm wondering why Paul doesn't share here his MOCs
  25. You've made my day Am I the only one who says "HOF"? because it's unique (not joking)
