  1. Beside everything else that was told by the others, I emphasize the plants (or plant-like creatures?) around the swamp. Thanks for saying that about Mitgardia, it is really heart-warming from an Avalonian.
  2. Incredibly! Very clever part use!
  3. What a serious debate! I am a proud member of the Studs Down Club! But some of my best freinds are doing it with the studs up, so I accept that policy as well.
  4. The decals: https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B5CtxAZLSgAKYTFOZ0xOY3N0d0k/edit?usp=sharing The lxf files: http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Yooha/OtherMOCs/newspaper_kiosk_01.lxf http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/Yooha/OtherMOCs/newspaper_kiosk_02.lxf
  5. Maybe that's an european thing. But they are common here and these old styled ones looks quite good. That was the model: I share to lxf as soon as I get home. And I can share the stickers as well, though it takes a few minutes to change the default ones in LDDtoPOVray - actually the build looks quite silly with the default stickers - monitors and pirate maps in the display, pointers and eyes(!) on the shelves! And yes, there are some plans yet to be built :) By the way, homework to everyone: Can you identify, what kind of "things" can be bought in the kiosk? They are all existing hungarian brands. (Except the newspapers, they are fictional or based on lego themes.) No, one plate won't :) It was easier in LDD to move the roof if there is only one element to remove all the time. You can change the 1x1 brick at the other side of the entance to two 1x1 plates and one 1x1 tile, and the 1x4 tile at the back to that "two studs on either end of a 1x4 tile" or whatever it is called. And sorry, but this building is not for swoosh :D
  6. An old styled newspaper kiosk, where you can buy drinks and sweets besides the newest papers and magazines. The building's roof can be removed and the walls opened up using hinges for better view/playability.
  7. The Beauties of Hungary: part 4 – TV-tower of Kékes Name: TV-tower of Kékes – Kékesi TV-torony Location: Kékestető Piece count: 128 Kékes is a hill in the Mátra Mountain and the highest point above sea level in Hungary with 1014 meters (the data every Hungarian child knows by heart). The official name is Kékestető, which means „Bluish Top” and Kékes means “Bluish”. The tower, which is 176 meters tall is a transmitter of several TV and radio channels, is also an observation tower and includes a restaurant as well. Part 1 – University of Debrecen, main building Part 2 – Heroes’ square Part 3 – Votive Church of Szeged
  8. A nicely detailed jester torso and/or legs, and/or printed jester hat would be something new, apart from the gender of the fig.
  9. A nics vignette and tree. By the way, which soldier is the bigger?
  10. That's Norrington's torso from PoTC in dark red.
  11. I would love to see something like this as a swashbuckler NOT OFFICIAL PICTURE ONLY CONCEPT ART
  12. Hersir of Archers: Wat Tambor Hersir of Infantry: Gunman Hersir of Cavalry: Garmadon
  13. It's funny to see, how the same word can mean different things to different people: The battle goddess means a valkyrie to someone, while for me it was Pallas Athena. These prelim names can cause some funny surprises, as it happened in previous series (trader: Davy Crockett-like fur trader turned out to be a businessman from UK)
  14. Okay, I thought that this pizza guy demand is some cultural difference. I've always seen pizza delivery guys wearing ordinary clothes, they don't wear uniforms here. There is (or was) a Pizza Hut somewhere in Hungary but I neer tried it. That Domino Pizza is new to me. But a few pizza box would be useful, and with a uniform it can be pretty, IF the list is valid.
  15. No offense, but why is the pizza delivery man so cool? I imagine a minifig in casual street outfit with a box of pizza. Okay, a boy of pizza would be cool, but the minifig itself? Or have you ever seen a pizza delivery guy wearing uniform? How do we know, that these words were translated from hungarian? I mean there were two lists on their facebook page, but they didn't state which one was translated from which. By the way, the swashbuckler was called 'adventurer' in hungarian which could mean an Indian Jones type guy as well. All the others are good tranlations (independently of the direction of the translation).
  16. Sorry, I guess there is a topic for this, I just can't find it. Can someone merge it to the proper topic? On the facebook page of a Hungarian lego webshop, a list of the CMF series 12 (71007) arose: Space Miner, Battle Goddess, Wizard, Dino Tracker, Swashbuckler, Jester, Piggy Guy, Hun Warrior, Fairytale Princess, Pizza Delivery Man, Video Game Guy, Spooky Girl, Prospector, Genie Girl, Rock Star and a Lifeguard Sounds good to me, but I cannot give a confirmation. There is a placeholder photo of a gray/silver box.
  17. Please TLG, make a reindeer mold, or make a statement that you will/won't do one! I want this debate to be over!
  18. Only those available through the Decoration Tool. I am not sure, which decorations there are for torsos and which aren't.
  19. Okay, I did it. :) torsos.lxf The order they are in LDD. I tried to recolor the torsos according to their real colors, but I didn't check them, so those are not necessarily the official colors for the certain torso printings. I left the hands yellow. torsos order.lxf An arbitrary order. The torsos from CMFs are grouped together as well as medieval/ninjago/police/crooks/etc.. No back or arm printings, no special molds for certain hands/arms.
  20. Hi to all, Now that there are plenty of torsos in LDD that can be selected easily, there are too many of them. And they are so little in the palette, that it is hard to see which one is which. Does anyone have an lxf file with all the torsos already selected? It would easier to search that file. I started one, but it would take hours to do that, and if someone else did the job already, I won't. So, I made myself an lxf file (actually two) which contains all the torso decals that are readily available in LDD. I hope I didn't make any mistake. Everything else in the next post.
  21. The Beauties of Hungary: part 3 – Votive Church of Szeged Name: Votive Church of Szeged - Szegedi fogadalmi templom Location: Szeged Piece count: 673 The church was built by pledge after the city’s escape from the great flood in 1879. Szeged has been hit by several floods of the Tisza River. Construction began in 1913, but due to the outbreak of the First World War, it was not completed until 1930. Part 1 – University of Debrecen, main building Part 2 – Heroes’ square
  22. Such a polybag would be lovely, so we could acquire those cute brick-built reindeers easier:
  23. Did anyone else notice the Spaceship, spaceship, SPACESHIP on the conveyor belt?
  24. I love the little Octan spaceship with the octan-space logo, and the robopilot with spacesuit and tie!
