  1. Where did you see pictures?!
  2. Congratulations! You did a wonderful job. I watched your previous video a few weeks ago, and i found your city awesome because it is very detailed, colorful, and quite realistic (your LA Airport is well done) ;) Buildings are sometimes tall, sometimes short, but it is very well balanced. There are a lot of mini scenes i love like the fireman trying to rescue the little cat on the tree, the baby-sitter and the mother with the babies, the mexican singers, the police catching the robber, the fanfare, and i especially love the cute beach area. I hope my city will look like yours, but i need the Palace Cinema and the Brick Bank to complete my modulars collection. Building a city implies some money and lot of patience ^^
  3. Your descriptions match the Fire Brigade color scheme ;)
  4. Pic-tures! Pic-tures! PIC-TURES! Please ^^
  5. Cool design, like last year SDCC Superman Action scene : http://brickset.com/sets/SDCC2015-3/Action-Comics-#1-Superman
  6. Thanks again Klaus! The 2017 creator line brings good stuff! Are those sets still 3 in 1 set?
  7. Thank you for these descriptions Klaus! The pizza van seems to be the truck i'm waiting for! The truck and catamaran seems to be a nice set too ;) Do you remember the police color sheme? Is it black and white like prison island sets, or (dark) blue and white like (swamp) police? If the money truck is well designed, it could be a nice next to the brick bank :D
  8. In the US, it is for all themes. In Europe, nothing confirmed yet. Rumors announce one week 2x VIP Points in october.
  9. Nice MOC! Clever use of croissants for the beard ;)
  10. You revealed you're gonna buy the beach stuff ^^
  11. The side is very interesting. The V2 is better but the front is still too massive in my opinion.
  12. You're right. So we will get a new modular set, a new mini-modulars set... or nothing.
  13. LOL! That's cute and funny!
  14. A Zero or Hurricane is a nice idea. Maybe a Corsair too, but it will be more complex to design because of the wings shape ;) If you have enough parts, you can build a very nice WWII planes collection!
  15. These are awesome!
  16. We have 4 corner buildings and 6 straight ones. The block is complete with the last corner so maybe TLG will not release new modulars anymore... Or maybe yes because it sells well! It is also the 10th anniversary of the modular line (started in 2007 with the Café Corner), so maybe TLG will release a new amazing anniversary set! Or a Cafe Corner re-release... We know just one thing : we know nothing ^^ We just imagine this year is going to be like 2016: first rumors late september and official press release in october. And if it is not a hospital, CM4sci will be bashed because he guessed a hospital and everyone thought he revealed the next modular name...
  17. I love the idea and the completed set is awesome! Plenty details, nice color scheme, great symetrical design... I love it!
  18. Very nice planes! I love planes made with bricks not using big part (like the city planes). If you want to create another vintage plane, you could try the Spitfire ;)
  19. I hope the beach house will be as good as this year lakeside lodge: well designed, with lot of details and clever ideas (the egg in the pan, nenuphars, brick-built animal...) at a fair price!
  20. Very cool set with lot of personality! I love it!
  21. This is a very cool idea! I got the Sail N Fly Marina set when i was a child and i remember i spend lot of time repairing the boats on the little dock with the Octan worker ^^ Today, it is still one of my favourite because it has a lot of interesting stuff: plane, boats, truck, restaurant... In 2017, a fishing boat will be released. If a new harbour theme is on the way, i think there will be a container ship. A dockyard and a new marina would be great additions!
  22. I prefer 6 wide cars, even for trucks. I think it fits well the modular world (because i collect them!). But it is not the right scale: when building a city based on the modulars line, buildings and cars have a "compressed" design (2 rooms appartment, single seat car...) which we get in the train theme too. If you prefer minifig scale world, your building will be higher and larger. A good example between "compressed" design and minifig scale is these Milenium Falcon sets: http://brickset.com/sets/75105-1/Millennium-Falcon > this one is a compressed design http://brickset.com/sets/10179-1/Ultimate-Collector-s-Millennium-Falcon > this one is a minifig scale design
  23. Her productions feels too "Friends" IMHO, not a lot of interesting building tips. The roof looks quite unfinished when looking from the back and the limo is not well designed, looks ugly from both sides. The Town Hall is big, but building is boring and the end result is ... just correct. You get walls, and walls, and walls again! When you build the roof, it starts to be amazing! But the roof was not designed by Astrid. They are less interesting, it's only my opinion. I understand some people appreciate her modulars, especially when getting the first ;) A casino sounds very cool! Hope we will get one ;)
  24. I wonder if Jamie will be the designer of the next modular? I think Marcos Bessa could do a good job in this line too. But please keep Astrid away from modulars ^^. What do you think about that?
