    Houses sound cool! I think we will get a new 15€ brick-built-animals set and maybe another little Shop set to fit Corner Deli, Toy and Grocery shops... Anything new CM4sci?

    But i don't think we get apartment or house while Pet Shop is available... :/ I wonder when it will be retired? And the Palace Cinema? No rumours about retirements? ^^

    I prefer this rather than the construction site. We need a [whateveryouwant] shop with apartments, and if possible, in 2 blocks like the Pet Shop, or bigger like the Green Grocer! :)

    According to the price, Pizza Van should belong to the Great Vehicles line. So i think it will be a truck with opened side for the pizzaiolo to sell his pizzas and a little oven inside to cook them. For sure, it will be better than the one in set 79104 ... it was a so poor design :( When i first read the name, i thought to this old set, but below 30€, i don't think the 2017 Pizza Van will be a remake of it :

    If you want to add extra levels to a modular, just buy 2, or more sets of the same item, as Lego said in the Cafe Corner instructions ^^

    Town Hall was released at 180€. Even if the new modular is as tall as the Town Hall*, there will be a 60€ gap! TLG can add a vehicle, but i hope there will be another great "one more thing" with the set! *Such a height will make PR, DO & BB so little... :/

    You are right. I just checked what's wrong: when taking snapshots of these modulars, they were not perfectly vertical (they lean back). I'm going to fix it ;)

    Here are all modulars. I took snapshots with Lego Digital Designer and then, put them together. Everything is in the right scale ;) I hope the next modular will be bigger than the last 3 ones, a set sized like the Grand Emporium or Fire Brigade will be great !

    Does anyone noticed that adding a 48x32 (16x32+32x32) base won't fit 32x32 road base plates pattern?

    What about a hospital based on 6 interchangeable levels ? You know, a pet-shop like modular on two 16x32 baseplates to build a single big hospital but in wich you could switch and/or add rooms...

    Too small (locomotive, wagons, station) for that price. Not for me.

    For 250€, we will get more bricks, but i hope there will be something new and exclusive for this price ! And also something better than the Town Hall which was just bigger for 180€. I would love Lego make a great anniversary set for the 10th year of the modular line. But maybe it is a fake...

    True! I don't own the Town Hall, but looking again at the pictures, the first floor and the clock tower are a big part of the height indeed ;)

    This thing would be taller than the Town Hall which is supposed to be the tallest building in a city according to Astrid... Hope there will be a car, with a better design than the last limo ;)

    I guess the main colour of the building is not going to be white because the bank is in this colour yet. I guess it will be red or dark tan. What do you think about it CM4sci? ^^
