  1. Got the price from one of the retailers that listed them as such so it's possible we may see the prices as 34.99 or 44.99 when TLG put it in S@H.

  5. Yes those are buildable figures as already rumoured several times. I can't find the Jedi Starfighter from the list but I'm not counting it out... the list could be incomplete

  9. I added plant/country designation T which I found from City Space Port stationery set where the components are entirely made in China based on the packaging. I wasn't tracking these codes from my polybags; and then when I did just now, I realise that all the recent Star Wars polybags with minifigures I have are made from China. I have opened a couple of them and if truth be told, they aren't "cheap" China plastic at all. Stormtrooper Sergeant - 43B4* C-3PO (with red arm) - 23B5** First Order General - 46B5^ Rebel A-Wing Pilot - 15B6*** * components made in Hungary and China ** components made in Denmark, Mexico and China (seriously, 3 parts from 3 different countries?) *** components made in Mexico and China ^ components made in China Individual parts like the blaster already moulded or the clothe for the pauldrons are possibly imported as components or parts needed for the bill of materials needed to complete a set or polybag. TLG can move around raw materials (a lot of companies do this for different reasons) so components can be packaged in China even if they originated from other factories like Denmark or Mexico as seen from the examples above.
  10. LOL. Good one. I have amended my post. Clearly I haven't had any of those boxes that would indicate they never used Martian Calendar in production in China.
  11. I got all my Star Wars Rogue One sets for 50% so I can't really argue which one has the best value. However, given the retail price, I would say U-Wing -- because of the balance of minifigs included and the awesome factor of the build. The parts are also good parts donor for other MOCs. The size in the box is also misleading somehow. It appears larger once built so judging it alone from the box art doesn't give justice to what you get out of the box. I think Krennic's shuttle comes to a close 2nd place for my own ranking.
  12. Disclaimer, I am not an "enterprising LEGO fan" per se... I just happen to have logistics and production run knowledge to figure what those numbers are exactly. I'm sharing what I know but take it with a grain of salt because I haven't peeked inside LEGO's production system (and even if I did, I won't tell). Some people already dabbled what those codes are because there is a pattern. That code is not exactly the plant code. It appears to be a production code or a batch number for the packaging. For CMF boxes with 3 numbers, the first digit could be the exact day of that week or the production run number and the last 2 digits would be the week of the year. For other sets with 2 numbers it is just the week number. The letter stands for the country/region or the plant designation while the last digit is the year the set was produced. For example in Batman CMF box - 543B6 5 = probably the 5th day or 5th production run 43 = 43rd week of that year B = plant/region where it was made 6 = year 2016 Another example from an older set, Pirate Chess - 49O4 49 = 49th week of that year O = plant/region where it was made 4 = year 2014 As for the plant/region code - B = China - confirmed as it is in all CMF boxes H = Hungary G = ? M = Denmark (not confirmed) O = Denmark (not confirmed) Q = Austria? R = Mexico S = Czech Republic T = China? (found it from City Stationery set where components were only made from China)
  13. That's right... he wouldn't use Google translate for Italian so I am thinking the language he used to translate is either Spanish or Portuguese.
  14. Has anyone mentioned that Kanan will be coming as a magazine gift in 2017? It's listed in Brickset http://brickset.com/sets/SW911719-1/Kanun-Jarrus
  15. -- @Cagast It's possible that your memory betrays you because I watch every episodes of Ninjago in HD and they have a respectable amount of details (effects, particles, texture, etc) in each season. I cannot recall that I ever notice this emptiness in the animation that you mentioned. There isn't much battle happening yet so it's also hard to judge the peak of the seaon. Usually you'll get them towards the 2nd half or near the end. Not all episodes are created equally. To further counterpoint your argument on "emptiness" just watch the intro for this season and you can see for yourself that it has a lot of things happening with the slow mo effect.
  16. Following that analogy, TMNT appeals to more people than Ninjago. If that's the standards of naming convention we are going to compare I say that it's a good indication that these names are meant to appeal to more people rather than alienate them.
  17. That's what she said. All the hats of the Imperial Officers I have are all centered.
  18. Whoa. R3-M2 droid in a polybag. TLG is trending in releasing droids with transparent dome piece.
  19. They appear on all the Rogue One set boxes. Disney/TLG had at least envisioned they pull more weight than any other foot soldiers. Don't forget that the Death Troopers will also reappear in Star Wars Rebels.
  20. Happy to see there are a couple of sets that sounds like playsets and not just gigantic vehicles. Dragons and Mech are always welcome.
  21. Are you trying to make enemies here? I was randomly browsing good topic to read and then --- the Holiday Special! Totally agree with the sentiments here but for me, the reason why I don't like the Scariff set apart from the price is its inaccuracy from what it is supposed to be capturing from the movie. The scenario didn't happen. I wish they had the Cargo ship instead of this.
  22. There might be some truth to this rumours about the new falcon because Brickset removed the entry for Snowspeeder just recently. It's now back to unknown {?}.
  23. Thanks @Bricknblue -- it's though to remember a piece that I came across only once from set 75105. Since I don't collect much City sets I only pick those with interesting parts so that tractor caught my attention.
  24. LOL. Yeah. I haven't had my coffee yet early in the morning... and that set is literally beside me. Didn't notice it's the same piece. Cheers!
