If the studio is still sticking to the September 22, 2017 release date then we should see the trailer soon because it's only 8 months before the movie. The LEGO Movie had its first trailer with only a little less than 8 months before its release date while The LEGO Batman Movie has a lead time of about 10 months.

We have to respect his choice not to disclose the list as requested by his informant... also, he didn't say that he will spill all the info immediately. This is trivial... the designers could have made the skin colour of Barion Raners accurate but they decided to use a generic white guy instead. In older sets the LEGO Star Wars pilots were based on pilots from the movie so I don't understand the decision made by the designers here. I also have the same question for the U-Wing pilot --why of all the pilots to choose from the designers had to choose a nameless pilot... so that they can make it more generic? What for?

That is my favourite segment of the show as well. As for the protagonists issues, I'm sure that if the show wasn't meant for kids the writers can handle this topic with more liberty. However, Star Wars Rebels is still a kids show and any kids TV producers will try to steer away from death whenever possible so I am so used to the the protagonist being oblivious to danger.

I think this is just finding fault for the sake of finding fault. Generally the build is good and the minifigures included are good. What I think people should "complain" about is the part counts. It should have been less if there is no mechanism to make the wheels turn therefore it could have been cheaper... However, people are forgetting these meant to be boys toy that is designed to have lots of action features. For sure, the designers can't please everyone. Now with General Machia... Just put her legs if she can't stand up with the serpentine build. Problem solved.

This is true but I think part of the disappointment is that the colours do not integrate well because Friends set always use brighter colours, splashed with random purple and pink. Not saying it is any good but it takes some colour swapping to integrate it quite well. Also, minidolls. I personally have no issue with minidolls but City should get more nurses and doctors because Heartlake City is already too nice a place to live and less dangerous compared to City (Town).

You're onto something here. I hope we do get more aliens from the Chalmun's Cantina. I made custom purist minifigures for them but I want to retire them as soon as we get this kind of battle packs. It can be a "scum and villainy" battle pack series.

The Bounty Hunter BP is so refreshing for battle packs. One of them is definitely 4-LOM because he looks like AP-5 (which is an RA-7 protocol droid)... not sure how they will make it more like a LOM series droid using the same mould. I hope they will include a new head mould for 4-LOM. 75180 Rathtar Escape is definitely the inside of Eravana, not the MF, because that's where the scene took place. 2017 Advent Calender - BB8 as santa - I hope it has a new print because I have at least 3 BB8 and it will be so disappointing if there's nothing new except a Santa hat on top of this droid.

Welcome back @VaderFan2187 You didn't miss that much. Just the set numbers and pricing info was released for the summer sets. Still no confirmed UCS details. There are 2 buildable figures coming out, one a stormtrooper commander and the other one -- scout trooper with a speeder bike. I can understand why @Magmafrost is disgruntled with the prices. Aussie LEGO prices are relatively high compared to the region... But seriously it's not that bad. There's another topic for that though.

The corn cob costume is so.... corny. someone has to say it. There are hints in the jungle subtheme that there could be a tiger or new wild animal mould. Maybe we'll get the same in S17, just with a different print or colour?

I think the Friends theme took the Hospital so that they can cross the subthemes somehow like what they did with Pizza Delivery Van and the Pizzaria.
