Tell me about it- that 1x1 round with the hole is a lifesaver! That first speeder bike is very speeder bike-y in the classic Star Wars way. the second one is verrry interesting. You've moved the center of balance forward, which is so deliciously outside of the norm! And the asymmetrical vanes on the front are just the cherry on top of this cake.

Oh snap! That looks phenomenal! I prefer my hoverboards with the surfboard: Not mine, but you get the picture. -
So you're brick-building hands for non-Lego Transformers? No matter what you're building these for they look phenomenal! If you wanted to go with a tried-and-true classic, there's always the Exo-Force hands: http://images.bricks...pg?200709260358 Edit: Whoa! I just noticed you used the new Nexo Knights Squirebot bodies as the base of your hands. Genius! Would you mind if I used that design sometime?

Off-topic, but you've got probably the best avatar on this site, SpiderSpaceman! -

My money is on multiple Inquisitors dying. After all, previous experience has taught us that they can only last one season!

"Battle damaged" Stormtrooper transformation
Junior Shark replied to La Chupacabra's topic in LEGO Star Wars
I was that page 2 poster! So yes, I had those worries before I tried out the Brasso, and I'd never used it before as well. You can see the results of my first time using Brasso above ^^ Since I have Brasso'd those Stormies, I have not seen any discoloration on the affected areas of the minifigures. However, I have heard that the Brasso formula is different in other countries, so you may have different results if you were to try it. But that may or may not be true. I'll give you that not all of the in-movie Stormtroopers are 100% clean and shiny, but none of 'em are running around with big oil slicks and mud caked on their armor like in the BP. -
Lovely! It still fits in color-wise with the rest of the Elves sets.

That's very good! It feels like a real Lego Elves set. The blue coloring is a great choice. That mini solar system model is ace. And the balloon/zeppelin is wonderful. -

Aftermarket. Lego does not make weaponry that detailed.

Lego Ninjago 2016

It looks like a comic book cover to me. Since I don't watch the show, I can't comment on its significance (if any). -

Check on Bricklink. That's usually the best way to determine the average going price for minifigures. -

How could something so trashy look soooo good? The shortened boat looks just as good- in fact, I think I might like it more than the full-size one! This MOC is a masterclass in Lego boat-building. the hull is fantastic, and the bridge tower is a beautiful example of simplicity looking freaking amazing. This literally made me el oh el.

Wowzer! And finished just in time for Easter? Perfect! The facade alone is a masterclass in building. Is the inside finished?

Since it's in the eighties, won't he be battling stuff like robots from the future, come to plunder the contemporary world of its historical artifacts? -
Nice! I only have gripes about the black clip used for the knee joint- it looks very out of place.

Man, I'd love to live in Ballabreek! This reminds me of the sprawling Lego cities I made when I was but a wee lad.
