The old LEGO Micromotor was a bit bigger than 2x2x3 brick. There's probably a posibility they could do it in 2x2x2 or 2x2x3 with the new smaller tech. Though doing that one without another kickstarter to fund it would be surprising.

I wish he had put more thought into marketing. I don't see this happening because the goal will not be met. It solves most of the problems I have with add-on led lighting. There are some details missing from his campaign though that might be turning off potential backers. 1 - what does the current base look like? It's hidden in all the videos, I can only assume the prototype is huge. 2 - how many lights can really be powered off a single plate? The current can only power a finite number of items, I didn't see this mentioned anywhere 3 - What about horizontal distance/what is the shape of usable wireless area. For those of us that aren't knowledgeable in wifi spacial details. I'll pledge but I feel pretty hopeless based on current numbers. I also think that his Dec '15 plan is way too optimistic, I'd guess summer '16 at the earliest based on other projects.

With the new AC figures coming, and cards, and a game...seems the price of Villager will possibly skyrocket. I managed to get ahold of Ness for about $20, I wonder if there's any hope for me to get a Villager. I'd much rather spend $50 on LEGO than on one of these figures. I am looking for a low price Charizard though, to actually use in SSB since my boyfriend won't let me open any of these ones we have so far. >.<

When I got back into it, I bought a couple very large unsorted lots on ebay to quickly bulk up the collection. Then I started watching for sets on sale and ordered parts as I needed them for builds on Bricklink. Ebay is harder to do now that there are so many more resellers, but if you are careful you can get a good start on having parts to build with. If you have a nearby lego store, Pick A Brick wall is good to get some bulk stuff as well. To get back into building, I'd suggest joining a community group here. Right now we have group/team building in History, Star Wars, and Scifi.

I've used Chromebricks and they do some amazing work. I still can't believe how awesome the lego chain looks chromed.

I'm not sure yet but they are small parts that I had to order for projects before. This should save me from having to ever order them again.

There were some cool parts on the wall today. At least, I was happy to see them. 1x1 round tile with eye print 1x1 cone (black) 1x2 plate (blue and black) 1x1 round plate (black) 1x1 modified plate tooth (bright light orange) 2x2 tile (orange) 1x2 jumper (lime) 1x2 30 slope (yellow) Also got some 4x4 plates to fill the cup studs and a handful of red flowers to top off one cup.

I went to TRU this morning and waited in line. I was #5 in line. I got the full line of figures, minus Target and GameStop exclusives! I still really need to get ahold of Ness, but I'm pretty hopeless about it.

I absolutely love everything about this build. It really brings the viewer into the story with all of the dynamic photos.

That's exactly what I was planning to do as well.

Is it permissible for our main character/sigfig to have a small team that they work closely with and are featured in builds?
