Disney Collectible Minifigures Series 1 Discussion
Darkdragon replied to just2good's topic in LEGO Licensed
That looks more like wishful thinking than anything. For one, I have a very hard time thinking they'd ever include any "bigfig" such as there are drawings for in that image. Those really kill the whole illusion of thinking that could be based on anything official.- 4,155 replies

Is the 4561 a good set to start on LEGO Trains?

Ragnarök Now 3: Conclusion
Darkdragon replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Oh yes, I knew my role. I was actually pretty upset when I got it, and actually said out loud "Well, I'm useless and dead." but then later I decided what I'd do after getting investigated and lynched was to just have all my ideas and suspicions ready and try and help the town best I could in my final speech. I had not intended on PMing anyone, but you were so obviously town that when I got over being sick I knew I had to at least send my suspicions to you then. -
Ragnarök Now 3: Conclusion
Darkdragon replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
Yeah all the mistakes I made in the PM didn't help my case. I was just sad that I basically didn't get to play, I did try to give you some of my thoughts based on day one which was only somewhat accurate. Meh, maybe next time life won't get me killed. -
One walmart in town was trying to get rid of all the left over clearance LEGO sets so they marked them all at $5 each. I got 4 creator sets, 3 star wars, and one duplo. One star wars set was open, so i talked to the manager and got it for $2 (it was missing the instructions and bag of small parts).

Ragnarök Now 3: Conclusion
Darkdragon replied to MagPiesRUs's topic in LEGO Mafia and Role-Play Games
I don't know if killing is a good test of anything, that's a lot like the old witch trials really. I hadn't helped yet anyway, so I guess in the end it doesn't matter. -

Thanks for a great game, TPRU. Sorry I got sick at the start of day 2 and couldn't participate, I figured I'd die that night for not voting. It sucked. I was looking forward to getting lynched for my role. Well from other things that were said in the threads, i think you and pandora were planning to kill me anyway, and you never gave me a chance. probably would have been better to have just ignored my initial PM in the first place really. I do feel very annoyed that you really think I am THAT stupid that I'd have used my name accidentally on the traitor writeboard. I told you I was the SK target that night! My comment was more about winning with a team, scum or town..rather than an SK winning on his/her own. I think I mentioned that in a later comment on the writebaord. -
S@H does it always take that long?
Darkdragon replied to CaptainToad's topic in General LEGO Discussion
I guess it must depend what you order or something, all that I know for sure is that it does not come from the USA. -
S@H does it always take that long?
Darkdragon replied to CaptainToad's topic in General LEGO Discussion
The PAB parts online are fullfilled and shipped from Denmark not from your local store or any US location. There is even a disclaimer that it will be weeks before your order arrives as it has to be hand picked, packed and shipped from the overseas warehouse. If you have a local store that is usually best for sets if you want them quick, but they will never have the same selection as the online PAB. -
Another problem at the start - slow typing

This sounds like an issue on your end. What browser are you using? -
As well as others with: Minifigure Beach Accessory Pack, Rock Band Set, and Halloween Accessory Set Some recoloring of figures, so it's similar to this minor changes for the Toy Shop.

Scooby-Doo: Ancient Astronaut Attack!
Darkdragon replied to JamPotStudios's topic in Brick Flicks & Comics
Done. You would copy the URL from the address bar on youtube, not the sharing url they give you. Then past that url into your post, and remove the "s" so it's "http" not "https". The message board actually takes care of the rest. -

JamPotStudios - do you want your video embedded in this post or do you only want people to click the link to view it? -
How to make "signatures" in images?
Darkdragon replied to Wardancer's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Gimp is great, most people don't really need more than that. It's very full featured. DaFont.com is a good place for fonts. -

You can also use a white or other solid color bed sheet. Be sure there are no stains or anything, clean would be best.- 144 replies

That's a great idea. Some of the pictures are a bit large though.

This is great! It's nice to see a cool fort for the Wolfpack. I really like the way it feels integrated into the forest and the play feature of being able to open up the back and look inside the tower.
-
Yeah, that's probably possible. I've never seen it happen that way except on the old Bricklink chat which it happened a lot
-
Why are you getting so upset? I'm not sure you really understood what I was saying about having an IRC up vs. a static browser page. Anyway it doesn't really matter, just something I know from experience anyway. Yes, bricklink chat was nice. There is an IRC chat for bricklink but it's pretty empty nearly all the time. Espernet #bricklink Feel free to hang out there and converse, maybe more people will come by again if more people come by One of the Bricklink staff stops by most days "QA_Ryan" and there is usually at least one other person around and paying attention.
