  1. Well, you say "current" but it's a year out of date. It shows PC, PR and DO. I would expect up to date material to show the BB. Doubtful, that would suggest something 10 times the size of a standard modular. Most like in Kroner, which would make it about £300-350 depending on exchange rate.
  2. It seems to me like you are choosing not to get one. It's available on the Lego online store in Australia right now. Don't blame us for speculating when you have every opportunity to order it direct from Lego yourself.
  3. Here's a detailed summary of everything we know, to help those who keep misinterpreting old quotes: It is probably a linear building, because that fits the pattern we've been seeing since the start of the modulars. It might relate to a civil service of some sort based on a similar, but less coherent pattern, and if you consider a private detective a close enough analogue for a police station There was a rumour ages ago of a (terrible, in my opinion) inverted corner So basically, we have no idea.
  4. In most of these pictures the image is perfectly clear. You can tell this because the piece of paper / post-it note at the bottom is in focus. The catalogues are prelims and likely printed in a low resolution because it's cheaper and quicker than hi-res images.
  5. You can go as small as 4 corner buildings together. This would be 64 studs x 64 studs, or 25cm x 25cm After that you can start adding additional buildings between the corner buildings (25cm wide each, or 12.5cm in the case of the pet shop and townhouse). For the full set of available modulars you have 4 corners and 7 standard buildings. To make it even you'd need to separate out the 2 halves of the Pet Shop set.
  6. I think it refers to the fact that the new Architecture sets were all skylines.
  7. There are some pictures out of the winter sets. Phantom 2.0 is basically as described, using the speed champions windscreen Yoda's fighter is like the previous fighters but in green. The wings look smaller Duel of the Fates is a bit disappointing. Obi Wan is still wearing his hood. Laser gate is just some saber blades. very similar to the freezing chamber. Nothing wrong with it, but just not exciting to me.
  8. From the description given it sounded like a platform with the facade of the bunker
  9. It wouldn't surprise me. I'm not sure the little cardboard boxes they use for cloth pieces would fit in the window. Although, I can't remember if they come without the little boxes in CMF packets.
  10. I assume next time they release a carbonite-related set they will update it. But having just got Slave I last year and the freezing chamber this year, I doubt we'll be seeing it in 2017. That provides plenty of time for them to slightly modify the existing piece with updated hair.
  11. When I spoke to a Lego store employee last month about the Death Star he essentially described the deal as "buy the Death Star and get the duel half price"
  12. What do you mean no UCS Escape Pod!? It's clearly a huge gap in the market right now Most people probably wouldn't spend thousands to get the old MF just because it has some slightly different design when they could buy the new, much cheaper and (likely) better built version
  13. I thought leaked prices tended to be in dollars. I'm incredibly sceptical of random people claiming it's the MF. I'll wait for more traditionally reliable people to tell us what's coming.
  14. I agree, but some people care about that sort of thing.
  15. They haven't been shown in any trailers, suggesting we haven't seen any scenes with them in. Therefore any details bout a set containing it could be a spoiler. Imagine if the Falcon hadn't been in any TFA trailers, but then suddenly we found out there was a Lego set. That would be a spoiler for the film.
  16. No they didn't. It's also not like Lego has tried to pass this off as a new set. They have outright referred to it as a re-release. We were all disappointed we didn't see a brand new, better set, but now we can move on.
  17. I think the Raider moulded head is fine since it represents a headwrap. Maul shouldn't have one. Tbh I think the spikes mould looks stupid but I can just display him without (same as Black Panther, I think it looks absolutely ridiculous)
  18. Someone said it was like the previous ones but in a different colour, not that it was identical
  19. Nobody knows. When I spoke to a Lego store employee the best he could say is "maybe, but it's never a whole month"
  20. A major issue with that is Disney killing off any merchandise for Slave Leia. Those sets would be incomplete without Leia (the palace could have her disguised, but not the barge).
  21. They're always Toys R Us sets and I've never seen them in the UK. They're listed on the website but I never saw them in stock.
  22. They release mini-modular style sets every year, so I don't see why they wouldn't attempt to recreate some of the newer modulars in the style
  23. Probably because Rebel heroes are more interesting for kids to play with than "those 2 guys who sat in a board meeting and then one choked to death"
  24. Coming from some random guy who just joined the forum, I think I'll remain sceptical. We know about the Snowspeeder, but I'm not sold on the UCS MF, especially as a re-release when Lego went to great effort to knock down suggestions of re-releases being a recurring event.
  25. I think it's just that it is lit so brightly for the photos that it loses the realistic shadows we are used to seeing. It looks odd but your brain can't quite work out why so you assume it's just a rendered image.
