  1. The L-motor does not exist in LDD or the servo motor
  2. When I looked at this I when from this to this then to this :wub_drool: :wub_drool: The bodywork and gearbox is stunning
  3. It looks a lot better now.
  4. Thanks I think that is what I'll do but I will have 9 motors and only 2 ir recievers and 1 sbrick.
  5. I have the smaller version and I tested it and they work fine together. they will not work in the deep part of the hub though.
  6. Thanks but it is not the IR receivers at all, I have tried with Sbrick and it has the same affect.
  7. Wow! Just Wow! When I first saw this I thought that it was a non-Lego toy model. I am no train expert but this thing look really nice. (and HUGE!)
  8. I got mine in 2014 and my replacement servo in 2015
  9. Thanks but I have been very careful about grabbing the motors by the wires and I have only used the M-motor indoors and the XL-s outdoors for short periods of time when filming videos. The only time I can remember grabbing the wire is when I knocked one off the table and caught it by the wire.
  10. Sorry for the little bit misleading title but I was building and found out that unless the wire is in the exact right spot my XL-motor does not work What makes me so mad about this, is that it has happened to me MANY times (4 times) before and the motors are only about a year old. It first happened to my servo motor and I contacted Lego about it and then they sent me a replacement and I was happy about that, then a few weeks l was using 1 of my M-motors and the same thing happened, but the wire was already damaged from another project so I let it slip. About 2 months later I was using my other M-motor that was in perfect condition and found out that it had happened that that motor too, and then just now as a already described it happened to my XL-motor. I am wondering what should I do at this point, I want to contact Lego to get replacements but I don't think they will believe that within a year 3 of my motors have had the same problem and they have already sent me a replacement servo. Should I contact Lego and find out if they will sent me a replacement, or just suck it up and hope it dose not happen to my 2 L-motors? Sorry if this topic is kind of useless.
  11. I love this! The 4Link suspension is done very well and the way you mounted the motors.
  12. 13. 4x4 Racer / Trike A-model: 4x4 Racer Functions: A. Full suspension B. Working V2 engine C. 4x4 drive chain with 3 differentials D. Adjustable seat headrests E. Working steering wheel F. 13. Yes I had to take apart the A-model for this. I can't because they are the wheels in the A-model.
  14. The video is done.
  15. It looks great so far keep it up.
  16. In THIS picture you can see that the 12T gear that might be used for HOG is too far forward to meet the hole, and if an axle was supposed to be there, a support would be needed.
  17. Zusammengebaut Just posted a new video with some new picture angles.
  18. It depends on what your trying to make a 4x4 or a street car, if you're going to make a 4x4, a motor on each axle would work best unless you want a gearbox but that is beside the point, most lego street cars have rear wheel drive because front wheel drive is harder to do making hard coupled motors better.
  19. At last the B-model is finished! IMG_0051 by JJ2Sam, on Flickr It features: HOG steering Full suspension Posable handlebars Cubic studs: Length 29 x Width 19 x Height 18 = 9918 cubic studs! Pretty closeto the maximum. IMG_0053 by JJ2Sam, on Flickr The rear wheel is only supported by one side which to me adds a sporty look to it. You can also see the 20T gear which steers. IMG_0056 by JJ2Sam, on Flickr IMG_0055 by JJ2Sam, on Flickr The front suspension does not use a gear rack but uses something similar to a pushrod. Can a moderator please rename this topic to "[TC9] 4x4 Racer + Trike" Video coming soon!
  20. Good news everybody the 5L suspension wishbone in in black now! Porshe by JJ2Sam, on Flickr Also there is a mysterious CV joint next to the steering wheel, and a flat grey piece that looks alot like a motor
  21. Very informative video yet again, but man I feel bad for though's XL-motors.
  22. Did anyone else see the new short version the THIS panel in the door?
  23. From looking at the picture I think the LBG pieces in the pack are the pneumatic switches, the exhaust pipe seems to be the steering and there is a 20T gear in the back which is a mystery.
