Squidward is not from the SPIII theme, though. Also, I've noticed something: As you are a kid, you relate to Spongebob. As an adult, you become Squidward. Then, when you get even older (and if you're extremely unlucky), you relate to Mr. Krabs. Squidward is my life at this point. Cynical about life, unwanted and with neighbors that make you crazy. (or in my case, family) At least I like my job!

It's been too long for Lincoln's hat to be reused. 2019 was 5 years ago already, and these are supposed to release in January, so it is close enough the mold was most likely destroyed. And, this is more useful as it is without the rubber facial hair. Also, side note: I NEED THAT INVENTOR! He will go nicely with my steampunk / mad scientist mansion.

It looks like they changed the Duplo track color for a third time. First was black back in the early '80s, then dark gray, then dark blue gray, now light blue gray. Pick a color and stick with it LEGO! I also agree with @M_slug357 about the loco and bridge colors being odd choices.
