The cap is an amazing mold, but to my eye it looks a bit weird/too big when Jyn wears it without the goggles. It definitely looks better with the goggles on. The U-wing set as a whole is brilliant - really enjoyed making it tonight.

Is there a thread somewhere to trade polybags? I have some TC-4s and Red arm 3POs along with pretty much all the other Star Wars olybags from the last few years that I'd be up for trading for the General and A-wing pilot.

I've been in the UK - no FO General or any other Star Wars offers (though I did get a scary looking giraffe build for spending +£40). They had all the sets, but not the K-2SO buildable figure. There was actually quite a poor selection of RO toys there - some 3.75 figures, those Funko things and lightsabers but that was it. I overheard the manager questioning a member of staff about the 6" figures but apparently they hadn't been delivered. There wasn't even a RO display, the stock was all under a Capt. America banner. Bit disappointed to not get the General. Sorry, this has gone way off topic - I grabbed the U-wing and Hovertank - looking forward to building tonight. Also ordered Krennic's shuttle from S@H. Waiting for other sets to show on Amazon as I have vouchers.

I hope it's not a mask/hair combo - I still don't actually have a Kanan with brown hair. Mine has got the original black hair that came with the Ghost when it was first released.

Added Krennics shuttle to cart on S@H at about 11.55. At 12 exactly, points went triple and FO stormtrooper automatically added. Order went through straight away. I think I must be the only person who never has any issues with S@H! heading to TRU today - anyone know of offers in the UK? Also, when will sets be up on amazon - I have vouchers!

I'm with you here. There are no surprises surrounding the sets - there have been official images for weeks. What possible business sense can it make to not advertise the special promotions you're going to have available. If other people are anything like me, there'll want to work out a plan of when and where to buy the sets to maximise offers. TLG and TRU keeping it a big surprise just means people will shop elsewhere.

Popped into loca TRU tonight and staff had no idea what promotions they'd have tomorrow. All they knew was "they're coming in after dark to do it all" *gestures at large Captain American Civil War display*

Seen report that there will be a FO General polybag with a £25 spend at TRU. Anyone confirm?

Are the battle pack images still up? I thought they gone 'hard to find' - the only ones I've seen are so low quality it's impossible to make out any detail at all.

Just watched the Brickshow review of Krennics Shuttle (as always with Brickshow - spot the building mistakes!). That's a day one purchase right there and it got me thinking - how would that ball joint solution work on Kylo Rens shuttle. Krennics shuttle wings must have a similar weight. Worth a try?

That torso print does look great. This may be totally the wrong thing to say considering the title of this forum, but I was a bit disappointed that the last episode was purely Lego based - I liked the mish mash of all the different sized stormtroopers etc. That said, the Lego animation is fantastic and the MOCs are great. Also, can anyone confirm - is that 'Furious Krennic' face his genuine alternate face?

No, not in the 3 months until the end of the year, but then the first wave of 2017 sets will arrive on 1st January (in the UK at least).

I haven't got the set yet, but I've been playing about in preparation. Come up with very similar result (ignore the colours), although I wanted my hatch to sit a plate lower. According to Capnrex, there should be a extra plate depth of clearance below the roof level - I'm relying on it!

Anyone know how soon after Friday the sets will start to be available from Amazon UK. I've got some vouchers, but am too impatient to wait a long time!

From the look of it, I'd say those shoretroopers have definitely got different colour arms. I love the look of that bunker set - plenty of MOD potential and the shoretroopers are my favourite minifigures of the wave. Y-wing looks great too with 5 minifigures. Landspeeder is surely an easy miss for anyone who picked up the cantina, but maybe it'll bring down the price of tuskens.

Are the pictures still about anywhere? I've looked all over facebook and I'm not sure I really understand how to navigate reddit! I'll just sit tight and wait for toy fair I guess! I'm looking forward to the shore troopers from the bunker even if the build is not up to much. edit: I take it back, found 'em now.

After seeing a clip from the new series of Rebels, I was thinking the exact same thing to myself yesterday. It would certainly be achievable in the same way the iron man helmets are done.

That's what it looks like - also a little spring board to recreate the "Jedi Jump"! I think this set is definitely worth picking up. Yoda's JSF however, I think I'll be giving that a miss...

I've been have a little play around with this in preparation for getting the set and I think I have a reasonable solution. I'll post some pictures when I have the set - a week tomorrow!

I like the hatch on the top. From what I've seen, the top hatch on the hovertank will need a bit of looking at. It looks like the whole top opens as one, without a hatch for a pilot to stand in. Something like the one on the at st will need to be modded for me.

According to wookiepedia, U-3PO was an imperial sleeper agent who led the empire to the Tantive IV when they received the Death Star plans. Maybe we'll be able to count him as a Rogue One minifigure! #neverforgetpage438

I imagine there might be a few disgruntled AFOLs about who ordered the New Death Star on VIP release day. Double points equals a £40 discount, and if the stormie rumour comes through, they've lost out on some good stuff!

This seems to be a thread we need as I guess there be a lot of talk about this over the next 2 weeks! From my point of view, I wanted there to be somewhere to gather all the promotional info just so none of us miss out on something (TRU promotions etc). As far as I've been hearing today (from Hothbricks and brickfanatics), here in the U.K. We'll be getting FIVE FO stormie polybags and double points on SW purchases above £60 on S@H. What else do we know?

I might be reading too much into this, but in the promotions article on brickset it says we can expect the rogue one reviews 'very soon'. I'm guessing they already have the sets in hand - maybe we'll see them before force Friday.
