I see 2493 parted too. Hope it's right as I'm also at the end of getting them together! It's the scala dishes in LBG that causing me the biggest problem!

It's a completely different mold. Would have been better if the new helmet had been included in the actual u wing set, but great to get it here. Still waiting for the day we get a dual molded OT helmet...

LEGO Star Wars 2017 Pictures and Rumors

I too have totally had it with the headset head! I also agree about the Satele hair piece- the side bits look good but the back's too long though. On a different note, I was wondering about the rumoured Vader transformation set. Any chance it could actually be/incorporate -

Yep - he looks just like the one off Rebels Recon (for the 1 second you see him). He does also make his distinctive noise. -

I thought I'd had my fill of x-wings of late but after seeing the film I'd love to see a blue Squadron x-wing with General Merrick! -

Looks like a fun build but with the number of sets and frequency of release for star wars sets nowadays, it'll have to be a miss unless there's a good deal on amazon. Love Thrawn though. -

Just back from second viewing and noticed a couple of extra things... the imperial 'hovertank' clearly has in-universe wheels. Not so much for the hovering it would seem. Spotted the Ghost twice during first viewing, but manged to spot and hear Chopper this time (left of screen as Mon Mothma wasks out of temple as she's being informed about the fleet leaving for scarif). Also spotted -

Before I say anything, is this particular thread one that we discuss spoilers in safety or should we stay clear even here? Would it be possible to have a dedicated spoiler-heavy thread if the title made it clear? -

All 2017 sets now available online from Toysrus in the UK and in my local store (Exeter). After seeing Rogue One last night, I'm even more bemused by some of the summer sets - SO many possibilities for sets! The quad jumper is a total wasted slot for me. -

I don't know if anyone's seen the newest batch of Rogue One TV spots today but... They could be making sets from Rogue One for a while based on this! -
I think there's some potential in this set. That security guard would be great for Biggs, and maybe Mr Freeze himself could be adapted for a Nuvo Vindi!

I've never seen that 'not available in your country' message before (showing for the Y-wing in the UK). Also, no sign of the battle packs on the site. Does anyone know - is these a confirmed release for Jan 1? Also just noticed the Rebel Alliance and Galactic Empire Battle packs are retiring soon - sets don't hang about much anymore! Galactic Empire set is already out of stock. -

I like the set, the minifigures are great, but it's desperate to be modded. The actual structure is way to small and is missing the side annexes clearly visible in the trailer. As soon as we've seen some interior from the movie, I imagine there'll be all sorts of interesting mods from people. Ill probably pick up 2 (it's quite a good imperial army builder if jyn keeps her helmet on). Also, good to see the Death Star plans included! -

A black version of the new Batman utility belt would be perfect for the 'specialist' deathtroopers. Finger crossed for getting one soon. -
I'm guessing you mean the brown catman one - you're right - really useful! There are some pretty good parts to be had here - dual-molded arms, Maybe some heads. There's a lot of buts which I might not need now but that will suddenly become useful a year down the line!

Richpepperell replied to Brickdoctor's topic in LEGO Star Wars
It's definitely retiring soon in the U.K. too. I agree the set was a bit steep, but if you can pick it up for a bit cheaper, both the builds are solid, the a wing is really swooshable and there's a nice selection of mini figures. Could also be a while until we see the tie advance again. -
Stock take done - only need about £15 worth of pieces, but unbelievably there's only 1 5x5 Scala dish in LBG available on bricklink in the U.K.! Might have to colour swap to DBG for now then swap back later.
