Tarn smiled at Ellaria. "It would be great to be in the same Quest again, you were so good in the last one!" Then he excitedly turned to Tesni, "Tesni, won't you reconsider this "explodey" quest, it'd be amazing to team with you too!" OOC: That was almost painful to write. Tarn's not mean, just oblivious!

Hi, I went to Washington on holiday a few weeks ago. Stayed just off the Mall, by the Capitol Building, so quite close to the convention centre. There's not a large amount of shops there, it's mainly landmarks, sites, museums and attractions. I did go to Tyson's Corner shopping mall which is a Metro journey and bus ride away. That has an actual Lego brand store in it. Apart from that, I didn't see a TRU or Target anywhere. Not saying there weren't any, just that I never saw them. Hope this helps.

Tarn looked sad as Scheherazade looked to shoo away their feathered friend from the table. The look on Tesni's face when she saw the chicken, the light in her beautiful eyes... He was interrupted from his reverie by Ellaria. Blushing slightly himself, he responded to her. "I have had a look at the Quest board, and the quest that caught my eye was the one looking for the Guild's assistant. There can't possibly be any Undead to face in that one!" he exclaimed.

OOC: Massive apologies K-nut! I had been reading through the other Quests just before I posted! Of course I meant Althior! Tarn looked at Ellaria again, and noticed she was blushing a bit. That newly-clothed barbarian fellow must've caught her eye, he thought.

Tarn had been listening to Tesni and Alexis talking. He was considering getting Leyferath embued with his Aquamarine Gem when he heard Ellaria approach. He turned and smiled warmly at the young Cleric who had helped him so much as Party Leader in Quest 5. "Hi Ellaria!" he said. "I managed to sell the crown at the Marketplace for 300 Gold, so I'm glad you, Tesni *sigh* and Alexis are here now. Tarn gives each party member of Quest#5 "Cave Sounds" 50 Gold from the sale of the Crown. That's: Tesni Alexis Ellaria Althior Hoke Please update your signatures accordingly

OOC: OK, but I don't want all the gold for myself, I want to share it with the group. It's worth 300 gold, right? I want to make sure everyone in the party adds 50 gold to their inventory. Or shall I just find people in teh Hall itself? Might be more fun

OOC: There is still the Crown to sell and the proceeds to distribute to the party. Do I go to the Marketplace to sell it?

Winston talks to Firefighter Sue: "Did this person you can't quite remember get as far as the entrance to the fire station? Will they have been captured by the security camera?"

Tarn nods gratefully to Althior as he shephards Alf away, and resumes his awkward smalltalk with the beautiful barbarian woman whilst swigging back his mead.

Tarn indicated the mead tankard he was holding but still accepted the beer. "I'm Tarn Valco, from the Titaan mountains. Now I have done my Quest, I am going to drink and be merry for a while, and then perhaps spend some gold in the Marketplace."

Tarn nodded. "I faced Undead but was powerless against them with my normal weapons. Although I did hit that Crozen a couple of times and made her wince. I was pleased with that!" he grinned. He was enjoying her company. He swigged down a tankard of mead that he thought well-earned. OOC: Goodnight

Tarn leads Tesni to a table in the corner, and then looks a bit annoyed as Alf approaches. He'd finally got Tesni on his own! But his teachings had told him to be polite and friendly to strangers so he smiled at Tesni before replying, "We cleared a cave out. It was actually a burial chamber and had a lot of nasty undead creatures in it. But my friends and I fought bravely and truely and bested them. Tesni here was a marvel to watch in combat."

"Yes, I think we have searched this apartment enough. Let's see if the Fire Department's security cameras picked up more than the ones here did." Winston was also in favour of heading to the Fire Department.

Tarn had arrived back at the Hall just before Tesni made her entrance. "Tesni, you look incredible! You've spent some of your gold from our Quest to make yourself look even more beautiful! Come, let us dine together, perhaps we will see some friends in the Hall also."

Tarn gets his wallet out and follows Tesni around the shops, when asked, saying that everything looks great on her and that her bum definitely does not look big in that dress!

Tarn knew that it was now or never to woo Tesni. "Perhaps when we return to the Hall we could go to dinner?" he asked with his most dashing smile. OOC: Too late, she's in the Hall now. *sigh* Poor Tarn :(

My thanks to cralegoboy for being a super Quest Master under difficult circumstances. The premise of the quest was simple but knew exactly what it wanted to be, and the Lego-built sets and enemy pics were lovely. Thanks also to my fellow adventurers, we did great! I have to say that it really helped me questing alongside the creator of the RPG, so special thanks to Sandy.

The fish tag is very fitting! Congratulations to you all. I have been an avid follower of the recent Mafia games and think that the recognition is well deserved.

Tarn shook Eran's hand vigorously and beamed at the older man. "It was all in a day's work for the heroes of Heroica, sir. Would you also be able to buy this crown off of me so that I may split the proceeds equally between my friends?" He turned to the rest of the party. "It has been an honour questing alongside you all. I hope that we go on many more Quests together in the future."

I know that the character progression for Tarn will see him become the Shaman (Barbarian/Cleric). It's what he's been trained for

Tarn blinked his eyes as they adjusted to the change in light, before rising to his feet. He checked that his friends were OK and then handed Eran the shovel he was carrying. "We did find a shovel for you, sir."
