I like both your build and the accompanying story.

Thanks for sharing the development in your town! If my eyes are not deceiving me the boy at the tram station is faceless. Is there a reason for that?

This is an outstanding MOC. Thanks for sharing!

The building looks great. It would've been nice if your pizzeria had a sign outside but you're already aware of this.

I love the atmosphere you created in this photo. Great build, too!

Today I managed to build The Lonely Mountain set. The set itself looks nice at first glance. The thing is that some of my assembled sets are set up behind my LEGO building area. In comparison to sets like Town Hall, Ewok Village and other sets The Lonely Mountain looks extremely tiny, especially considering the epic location it's supposed to represent. This is something I did not expect, at least not to this extent.

Cool build. I like both landscape and fog effect.

Well, my Attack on Lake-town set I got during the LEGO online sale a few days ago had a production code from last August! The Lonely Mountain set was at least given another run in January.
-
I'm sure you're right. Though the latest Hobbit wave came out just 8 months ago it's pretty much done by now. These sets were probably not the easiest to move. Attack on Lake-town specifically looks like a glacially slow seller.

Totally amazing! I'd love to see a whole street with PF added.

What a great photograph. I love how you created a very special mood and atmosphere through the use of light. (The build itself is obviously good, too.)

[MOC] 1/65 Scale Tower of Orthanc with full interior
Dazz replied to Ryuuroden's topic in LEGO Historic Themes
Your build is breathtaking! You should put this up on the LEGO Ideas website. I wonder if it would reach enough votes to be in consideration to be produced as an official UCS set. -
This is very nice. I love your use of printed tiles for interior details (dice and eyes)!

This is a magnificent build with lots of nice details. @ADGonline: Thanks for returning this beautiful MOC to the first page. I hadn't seen it before. Your variant looks good, too.

Do you think it's the worst set in the Friends line ever or do you just mean in the current wave? What do you dislike specifically? I'm just asking because I'm curious as this set is a definite purchase for me.

The price would be either a) even higher if they had included additional vehicles, booths and so on or b) the ferris wheel would be much smaller at this price point if they would've included all that stuff. Just something to think about...

To be honest, I'm not very fond of the idea of a Microsoft store. Everything else, the backyard with tree and bikes, the floors with all their details, the facade, the roof terrace, is really awesome. Great work!

This is a nice improvement on the official set. Good work!

This is a great 1st try. Your interior and backyard design look very nice, too.

This looks great as an addition to your already existing restaurant. Do you plan to add more buildings to your Chinese street in the future?

It's a very nice design. I cannot wait to see pictures showing signs of city life. As of now it looks deserted, like some catastrophic event occured and everyone left the town.
-
Very impressive!

This is great. All those small details you included really add to its' charm.

So LEGO Worlds will be a new videogame and the link isn't currently working because the set 60097 isn't officially released yet, right?
