    I’ve kind of had a mini dark ages (dark months?) but went on a spending spree again. Here it goes: 8458 (missing engine) 8457 (one complete and two spare rear wheels), 8653 (complete) 8285 (complete), 8421 (complete), 8420 (missing front axle), 8434 (complete), 9398 (complete) 8043 (complete), a bin full of random spare parts containing all kinds of parts and sets. Lastly, though not technic, a bin full of 9v train stuff. All of the above for €750. Not all sets are complete, but the big Technic sets (mostly) are. Also got a buggy motor today for €25. I’m not going to be bored for a while

    Way too soon... I’ve spoken with him several times in real life and he was always very enthusiastic about his hobby and his creations. My condolences to his family...

    Congratulations on the sale!! That is a lot of money. If I had something to spend, I’d probably have bid on it. Too bad you won’t make instructions, because this one checks all the marks for a good moc to me. Also, I wondered why you used those yellow bits. But I saw a real Huayra few weeks ago. The “shock holders” are also yellow/goldish. The attention to detail is phenomenal here!

    It looks amazing! Though in my opinion it looks a bit boring without stickers. Will you sell those too (perhaps through JaapTechnic, or someone else), or include them with the instructions for printing?

    This is one of the coolest supercars I’ve ever seen. I’ve always liked the open style. I will definitely build this one, finally a use for all those red #3s I hoarded

    If you need anybody, I could keep the HOF up-to-date. Updating instructions links, pictures etc.

    They are 29 cents each directly from LEGO.

    Google translated, probably not close to accurate... Now about those codenames... 4x4 extreme SUV could be the elephant. Something big and strong. The Liebherr could be the flamingo, because of the arm/neck.

    That’s a very interesting piece. The pump too. I’m curious if they have any other uses, perhaps even Technic ones.

    They are all original LEGO parts straight out of the factory. Usually they test a mould, and the colour red is the hardest to mould. That’s why they’re mostly all red. They’re definitely not painted. His prices aren’t too bad btw. He’s one of the cheapest who sell test parts.

    Interesting... Perhaps they will have 3 or even 4 (every quarter) waves?! I’m not against it, to be honest.

    @nahpets, the liftarms? Do you mean the actuators? That's not an easy fix. Check if you put the tan gears in the correct orientation. They should both be (viewed from the back of the car) on the right side. You did something wrong at the front brake callipers btw.

    That is much better! Those headlights...

    A lot of weird angles on this one... not sure how I feel. It seems a bit narrow on the roof. Those two curved panels at the back don’t resemble the sketches at all. But I like the hood, and the “angled” door looks great!

    @nerdsforprez, weird that yours didn’t work. Mine works fine (airbrake and spoiler), even with friction pins. I do admit that it takes some force though.

    People might get confused with the white pin with pin hole, considering they are very similar.

    @Meatman Paul told me that guy also made trans light blue, orange and red wheels. Apparently they were just able to mould anything they wanted. I wonder if these will make it on the market. For those unaware of what we’re talking about: These wheels aren’t painted. They were moulded in pearl grey, brand new out of the factory.
