  1. So CaDA has published instructions for this model. The only thing is, it’s a static version so no motors. The steering servo and L motors have been substituted and the shifting servo is missing (that one is not structural). As far as I can see all the gearing and mechanisms are still in place, building the RC version shouldn’t be a challenge. If anyone is interested I can link a zip file with all six books. The only thing you would still miss is a Bricklink parts list, though all the required parts are listed in the back of book 6. Soon (with the release of 42125) all the pieces will exist in LEGO, with the exception of the printed white 3x13 panel and they used 1x7 alternating liftarms to substitute the motors. The last issue would be the wheels, but you could use the ones from the Sian with a few small mods.
  2. One of the MOCs I am aware of that has an ''steering switch'' is Jeroen Ottens' Il Toro Azzurro, which has a sliding section that will either countersteer, crabsteer or not steer the rear axle. If I am completely honest, it doesn't work that well on the model my friend built. But maybe that mechanism can be refined. Also check out the 42054 Claas Xerion which I think has a similar mechanism.
  3. Great design so far , and nice to see the development process as well. Btw (slightly off topic) I will be building the NSX very soon, just waiting on some LEGO to arrive. I just have to see that gearbox design in person
  4. It could be any brand really. We have several brands in the Technic line alone that are not part of VAG, and there are a ton more in the Speed Champions series. I also find it interesting that it says ''vehicle'', and not ''car''. I remember back when the GT3RS speculation started it was labeled as an ''IP car''. But I guess it could be a translation thing...
  5. Could the “IP Vehicle” be a successor to the Land Rover? It would release at a very similar date, right when the LR should discontinue production.
  6. So if the CAT Bulldozer is 42131 and that Zetros truck is 42129, that leaves a gap of 42130. Wild prediction: 42131 is the summer flagship along with three other sets, and they will release two sets in the fall similar to what they did with the Land Rover and Liebherr.
  7. I was just looking at this topic yesterday, wondering if it had gone anywhere. Can’t wait to finally see it finished
  8. Looks like I was right. The 1x7 liftarm has returned in red. I also spotted 63869 in red:
  9. A very mediocre set imo. The functions are lacking, the panelwork isn’t very clean and the chassis looks lazy. It’s a nice parts pack, but I won’t buy it for RRP. You also missed the 3x11 panel in blue as part in new color by the way
  10. I think you are right. It’s not the classic one though, it seems to be the one from the new Ghostbusters set.
  11. The 1x2 lime liftarms that will hold the brakes are facing the wrong way.
  12. The set number is 42131, so that basically confirms there will be six sets for 2H21.
  13. I wasn’t entirely sure about that, but it does look like it. The smaller one is definitely in this set, if the bigger one is included too that’s a huge plus. Edit: no, it’s the smaller one. The one in the back is the “Creator” size wheel.
  14. https://rebrickable.com/sets/71736-1/boulder-blaster/#info There is a gold 56908 wheel in this set, last seen in the 2006 Batmobile (though with 3 pin holes vs 6).
  15. One store I commonly order from actually had a note under all the lime parts “may have small color inconsistencies”. That being said it’s certainly been improved a LOT since the first release. I recently ordered a ton of lime from LEGO and all of them seem to be the same color except 22961 and 15100. They somehow can’t get those right.
  16. Polybags are usually €3.99, but sometimes given for free when ordering at LEGO.com with purchase of a certain set. But it could also come with a magazine or something, they've done that before for other themes.
  17. These parts have since been reintroduced in a set this year, so these are no issue at all.
  18. You should be able to simply “paint” the pieces in studio and render the instructions like usual Otherwise you could PM me the file and I’ll figure it out.
  19. It's definitely normal blue. I wonder if this is 3x11 or 5x11 though, I suppose both are possible. Either way we will get a new part or a rare part reintroduced.
  20. Quick question: Would it be possible for you to render the instructions for a white version? I'm really considering building this next, but there aren't pictures of all angles of the white version so figuring out which part goes white and which stays black would be difficult.
  21. And possibly 1x6 or 1x7 thin liftarms in red. I don't think they are 1x5, it seems longer from what I could see.
  22. Yeah, and he's the same person who made everyone (well, just the gullible ones) think the 42125 was a LaFerrari...
  23. Well yes I do think so now, but this comment was posted before we had actual pictures. Only a short video.
