  1. The grille appears to be printed, so that makes me think there won’t be any more prints on the mudguards.
  2. That is a surprise, but a very nice one! It looks really good, definitely the best of 2021 so far imo. There is one more set expected this summer. I‘m sure we’ll know what it is soon.
  3. @nerdsforprez You might want to have a second look at the #5/#6 panels on the front end. The ends should rest on the center #21/#22 panels
  4. If it makes you feel any better, they are spray painted
  5. You can add 71708 in DBG, behind the cab three on each side.
  6. Yeah, it’s probably a 1x11 alternating liftarm. There is also one in the truck, at the fork.
  7. It’s likely the short side of the 11x15 frame.
  8. Unlikely, it would have half the pieces if that were the case (like the Top Gear car). Maybe a “dumb” hub and motor like the Osprey but definitely not RC.
  9. Possibly a bit less expensive because Dutch prices tend to be higher than German prices. For example: 42056 cost €330 here, but €300 in Germany. Not a huge difference, but still.
  10. Those gears cost €0.50 on Bricks and Pieces. So if you need a lot that will be cheaper.
  11. When has that stopped TLG? I personally don’t expect it to change much to be honest.
  12. The Zetros looks pretty cool. I like it more than the first pics. The tow truck doesn’t seem to have changed at all. Zetros is completely different.
  13. I'm not really sure what to think. On one hand I like the closed look, but on the other hand the open look was something different and really fit this MOC more than any other. Bodypanels usually create a more flexible bodywork which doesn't really fit this MOC imo. I will follow the progress though. I am very curious to see where this ends up with those new pieces.
  14. Especially money indeed I have looked what the RC version costs on Bricklink using genuine LEGO (mix used and new) according to my list and it’s easily above €800 with shipping, excluding the BuWizz unit(s). I only spent about €120 on spare parts back when I built mine. But I had the PF parts and I had recently bought a used lot of sets including 42030 which had the servo and 9394 which includes a lot of red panels.
  15. It only has a few thick 1x2 liftarms with two cross hole in the RC version (also in manual). The manual version has some alternating hole liftarms for the fake motors but that can be replaced with an alternative solution. So if anyone wants to build it without buying the CaDA kit you’ll have to put in a little bit of extra effort
  16. A month or so before release with Technic sets. Could be more, could be less.
  17. Did they really use black half bushings for the grill? Feels a bit weird to after all these years revive a piece that only came in one set. I wouldn't be complaining though
  18. They have the exact same part ID at LEGO brick and pieces so I would assume they are identical. I have also never noticed a difference so that checks out.
  19. @Jeroen Ottens I was just trying to buy the instructions on your website but it’s telling me that they are out of stock. Which is weird because there is theoretically an infinite stock of these PDF files I looked at your other instructions as well and those seem to work, just not the F50.
  20. You’ll still be missing almost every connector type and every soft axle, so there is still not nearly enough to build a supercar.
  21. Nice work! I’ve already seen it a while ago, but somehow it looks better on your pictures. I’ll definitely consider building this some time.
  22. "Nothing in life is guaranteed, except death and taxes." - someone smart, probably. But honestly I'd put my money on no. There will never be a car that uses the same hood design, unless it's a modification of the Sian (for example like the Aventador and Aventador SVJ). And that is why this is too far for me. If you want a smooth bodywork without gaps, just buy a die cast model. People have made mods to the 42115 Sian that cover up a bunch of the holes and also create the trapezium shaped middle portion. Creating a single use part defeats the whole purpose of Lego to me.
  23. I’m usually all for custom pieces, but this is a bit too much for me. It does look nice though.
