  1. I really like the underground part in this one! That hole looks great, and the story was funny! For your photostream, make only your main photo public, and then make the rest private. When you share your private photos here, we can still see them - we just can't see them on Flickr. Hope that helps!
  2. Nice landscaping, that ship is great! The logo turned out great as well. Very funny story
  3. Excellent greenhouse! I like those plants!
  4. Woah, that is all kinds of green awesomeness! I like all of the trans green pieces, and the design of the temple is fantastic!
  5. Wow, that drill is just amazing! That story is just hilarious Typical Big Sal Great job incorporating that base.
  6. I love how it's just blasting through the foliage MANTIS style! The plants with the grass stalks with the 1x1 round bricks on them look great! As always, the vehicle is fantastic, and I like all of the gadgets and things on this one. Great work!
  7. Haha, that's great! I guess some beasts don't stay stunned for long when it's on stun mode That flame thrower looks really handy! I like how you used it to cook the fish too The snow and ice are really well done, great work!
  8. Beautiful build! That sub is awesome. Its compact shape, its arms, and of course its cockpit are excellent! The seaweed really helps give this the underwater feel.
  9. Location: A04 - Mynderis Tags: MANTIS, Exploration AG: A New Weapon by David FNJ, on Flickr Double D's Log 9: I have finally left Lesser Drigo (for now), but at least I was able to come back with a friend. I haven't named it yet, but I'll think of something. Right now I'm headed towards a very hot spot of a volcano to see if I can spot ultramafic lava and then harvest some of it to make a new kind of personal weapon... ...a saber that gets its source from the ultramafic lava. I'll have to come up with a name for the saber too... ~DD out -------------------------------------------------------- This was a fun quick build! I like how the rocks came out and the angles they have. The lighting on this one was fun to do - no editing at all, even to get the orange-reddish color. I also experimented with putting some black tiles underneath the lava to give it a small change in color. The spoiler shows normal lighting and close-ups on the rocks and the hovering device that will store the ultramafic lava once Double D finds some.
  10. Wow, that is just so good! The curves on this are amazing!
  11. Guess they felt like having people build a bunch of minifigure scale spaceships!Maybe during SHIPtember they will have a challenge that requires microscale spaceships (microspace) instead of minifigure scale. One of the categories could be to make one that is at least 100 studs long
  12. Hey, stay out of our thread
  13. I have a question. How would collaborative builds be scored as weekly builds (or as challenge builds) or should they be avoided? The reason I'm asking is because my brother and I could make builds together often, but I don't know if that would be too much to score and allocate points or something. Would a collaborative build be essentially scored twice? Or should we just avoid it altogether?
  14. Welcome to MANITS! You'll just need to put your 100x100 px picture here as well.
  15. I would like to transfer 53 credits to SpacerSteve.

  21. Those are some awesome looking spaceships, and that edit is just so good!
  22. That landscaping is really well done! I like how you made the cutaway sides detailed. The use of the technic pins for the black plants is great!
  23. This is just fantastic! That lab is just all kinds of awesome. The story was great too, and I like ORB! Perhaps ORB can be friends with the one I found this week and the ones Isaac found a few weeks ago The water pump, the curved ladder, and the wall details (especially the 2x2 jumper plates) are superb. I really like that you used the Chima speedorz rip chord in there. Awesome!
  24. Nice work with limited parts!
