  1. For me those small track in first picture looked better.
  2. This could be good to be motorised, as real machines, which are driven by some remote.
  3. Maybe leafsprings can be replicated with some rigid hoses?
  4. How it is connected to top? Won't it fall off under a load?
  5. Pretty original machine for entry. Yes, those top parts are also soemthing new for me. What exactly those are?
  6. From lego? It is somehow good, that we don't have that service here in Latvia, as briclink sellers operate fast. My last order was deliverd on 3rd day (even less that 48h) from Austria. But none was longer than week.
  7. In fact real loaders of this type, mostly have some kind of extension at rear. Also "arms" are connected to chasis just behind the tracks.
  8. Interesting solution for steering. Is that whole long beam turning?
  9. Good. It looks like You are planning to make something like that small triangle window also for doors. And did You considered these for front grill? To make it more technic, for front sides of cabin those 2x3 technic panels could be used but maybe for the scale they are too big.
  10. I just noticed, that there is no differential. Why? Isn't there space? If somebody wants yellow dumper on exact tires
  11. could be an option Not shure. How could I fit it? I need to have those wheels swinging. Yes, I could try to consider option, where differential is fully supported just on one side, on other somehow relay on axle connection, but not shure. I don't have them, and not shure, if they would solve "issue", as those tan gears ar somehow rised, that is why they don't engage nicely.
  12. Halfbeams? It doesn't look, that there could fit fullbeam.
  13. Tried to build something for rear part. Wanted to implement also fake engine, differential. In fact I did it but what worked on some "sketches" with all those gears, didn't worked on this "final" construction. There is big friction or something in all of this, when I really try to drive it, also wheels wobble. Lifted from ground, it works pretty well. But, es the axles from wheels don't stay straight, they have some play, then gears presses more on next gear, or disengage. I wanted to implement this all in 11 studs width. For more proper gearing the width would be needed 13 studs. But then again I would need to increase blade width for grader to look proportional, bey that would mean some kind of grader-lowrider. It seems, that I will skip idea of fake engine. I could try to implement drive on just one side. I tried in fact, but I didn't liked that idea.
  14. Already impressive. Havne't seen this kind of thing in real. Yes, something similar, but not exactly that compact type.
  15. Not a best moment to publish such a beauty (because of all those contest entries). But maybe it will find a way to frontpage.
  16. Another one motorised. Didn't thought, that those will be so much in this contest entries.
  17. Curious where You will put that Buwizz. Yes, it is not so big as PF battery, but still.
  18. Nice start! How do You plan to connect (brace) crane to turntable?
  19. For this contest something with boom (cranes, excavators) is really challenging. And You are building something littlebit different than in first picture - rope shovel/excavator.
  20. If You have two motors, why just don't use one for each side? Then You can remove those differentials, and have more space for other things. I think, it would be OK to use also these tires Then it would be narrower, and You would have more space in other directions. Maybe they would look somehow small for this scale? I don't see some 2 pictures after that line.
  21. As model it is OK and good start, but I wouldn't consider this as a construction vehicle at all? OK, some forest harvester somehow, which I wouldn't also consider as my entry. Machines like this are really used at some log storages, harbors or similar.
  22. Not shure about this :) but could help for each other with some solutions. I realised, where is the "issue". Length will be close to 45 (not 35) as I wrote.
