Thanks, I think so too For that your quote, I think Rishab N got point here, that is so monsterous multiquote that I have never seen anything like that I think that you quoted the hole thread here Thank you Sometimes it better make it simple and straight forward. Only "worry" is that it might be not so cool lookin when I do that transformation on video because it has no fancy motors or remotes or even drivelines/gears to do it. It just me twisting and turning wings and M-motor by hand and opening manually weapon bay door. But I don't care if I lose votes for making manually transformation and that maybe not lookin' so cool because all that matters to me is that I managed to pull this build through and I had so much fun to building it and solving the problems. Heck, I'm saying that for me I am a winner because I love to build and create with Lego Technic, prizes and votes are secondary

BMW i8 Spyder
MacKaiwer replied to Sheepo's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Very well done Nice styling and absolutely amazing and neat working functions! Very creative idea to have a hybrid driveline system Like this a lot -
I found some left over Lego Technic stickers and put them on, maybe it is better with them... At least it "breaks" the boxiness look and now plane/helicopter does not look so overall white. Few photos: Overall look: Close up 1: Close up 2: And even one sticker of a savage beast in battle mode: Close up: Is it allowed to show this beast sticker in battle mode? It has some red color in it but it will be seen only in battle mode... So what do you think of those stickers, better now or better before?

Thanks man I just wanted it to be simple but effective. Yes, only problem is that I have no printer to print my own custom stickers but maybe I buy some car stripe tape and do some lines with it... And thank you, it was fun to build something for contest and within some rules Thanks for compliment Maybe I should add some flares to my machine which I can shoot and distract your missiles

Hi folks, let me introduce you my creation for TC7. In normal mode it's flying over the wasteland as a velocity plane and patrolling for Bandits: Front view: Back view (angled): Back view (straight): And when Bandits show themselves, it transforms to battle mode as a attack helicopter, ready to strike back: Front view: Back view: Bottom view: Behind collapsable weapon bay door is its armament, two hellfire missiles and four barrel gun: Close up for hellfire missile: And close up for four barrel gun: It takes off and lands (due huge main propeller) in half helicopter mode (cruises at velocity mode): So here it is. I wanted to start discussion topic of it now because i am at holiday trip hole next week, starting from Sunday. It was quite a difficult build because i have only limited amount of parts but I managed to get it together Transformation mechanisms are manual and quite simple executed with locking by these parts http://brickset.com/parts/4140801 as they are always onboard and you just pull some of them halfway out, do the trasformation and lock with other of them just pushin halfway in. There is no drivelines or gears to do transformation, just contaction axles and locking pins. Main propeller is powered by M-motor and there is as core of plane normal 9V battery box and just about everything is connected to it. I might do changes if I invent any... For taking part of competition I will make a video later and maybe took new pictures (maybe even outdoor...) As always comments, critism and improvement tips are most welcome

[MOC] The Mistress
MacKaiwer replied to Jeroen Ottens's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Awesome! It has so original, smooth and beautiful design, and yet still it looks so mean and aggressive It is so cool that I may not ever seen so wonderful Lego Technic SuperCar In my opinion it is even better than Predator (which is one of the all time greatest supercar creations) I salute you master, very very well done! -

Nice article Paul Yes it is very mind freeing to build Legos and you just do it for hours without worrying anything. You are right Paul, it is a savior of mind and I love it -

[TC7] Bandits - Lights Out
MacKaiwer replied to jono rocky's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
This is such a nice bandit, like it a lot Cabin looks especially cool, nice design I am too waiting to see battle mode I surely hope that I can fix my problems with my build and have some enforcer to introduce... Saying i am really close to have my own participant for the very first time ever to TC... Maybe it will challenge your build All and all, keep up the good work -
Nice review and, of course, really nice pictures I like your pro style to take care of business with these reviews Really cool and nice set with lots of cool functions and new pneumatics I still think though at this stage of my Lego Technic hobby, maybe I dont buy it just yet but don't get me wrong it is at least a 9/10 Thank You Jim, you are the man!

doublepost, sorry, can you delete your own posts here in EB? -
Thanks Milan again, now I stop asking stupid questions and try to make my (flying) battle thingy as good as I can... and at least to have it finished
-
And for enforcers little details in battle mode in for example in red? I mean like missile tip or stripe in missile... Also I maybe have to use quite a lot grey and dark grey parts for missiles because I dont have round white pieces... I mean something like this: Not started yet discussion topic because I'm not sure do I have enough white and black parts to create/finish my vision nor can I make transformation mechanism what I have in my mind but I am sure trying and started to build

Double motocross wheels are spot on (meaning best you can get and wihtout those propellers) for my opinion too Apparently I have some visions of these things But Jurss you do what you feel is best. -
This is awesome! Nice and compact driveline, very cool looks and functions, steering works like charm, I just love it Good work man

Color scheme is now spot on Maybe double motorcycle wheels on back axle? Would it look good? -
Yes, thank you sir, that was what I was expecting Now I just must calculate my parts and try to make my vision of them...

I might take part for this competition as my first ever TC... But I have a question (because i'm little low on free parts, especially motors)... Can transformation also be made manually, I mean without a motor? (Of course not sticking any extra parts manually to the machine or nothing like that.) I know, it probably does not look cool and may cause little low voting but participation would mean to me a lot more than winning

[C-MODEL] 42039 - The Beast
MacKaiwer replied to dokludi's topic in LEGO Technic, Mindstorms, Model Team and Scale Modeling
Can you be more specific what functions do you mean? Race truck is something that you drive like hell and that's it;) There is already working engine, openable doors and roof, and the parts used count is magnificent, I think this is the best C-model nowadays;) I like this very much and I am ready and willing to pay for instructions if there will be one ;)
