  1. I wonder what it looks like without the custom stickers, still very impressive!
  2. Any custom parts involved, apart from the painted wheels? This looks incredible.
  3. I don't know what's wrong then, I had no problems when using a train remote.
  4. Make sure all the motors are turning in the right direction.
  5. Absolutely gorgeous. This is some next-level MOC'ing right here. Lovely curves.
  6. Yes, the mold was slightly changed. The old mold uses an 'x'-style axle hole, the new mold a '+'-style axle hole (relative to the rest of the mold). Compare http://rebrickable.com/parts/32269 with http://rebrickable.com/parts/18575. When in doubt, check Rebrickable
  7. Yeah, it looks like a supersized toy Liebherr make beautiful machines.
  8. Yep, this is an awesome set. I also bought a second-hand copy, thankfully the stickers were in a better shape.
  9. Cool video. Look at the bend in that boom!
  10. Is this based off any kind of existing vehicle? It looks badass!
  11. Lovely, looks like an official set. You are a very talented designer, keep up the good work!
  12. Yeah, I'm loving how smooth the new pneumatics seem to work.
  13. I see Blakbird had to substitute some rare parts for more common ones
  14. I feel the same. I care most about build quality nowadays.
  15. The black/orange version looks awesome, that's the one I'm going to be building Good thing I already ordered several 9L orange liftarms for Han's crawler crane
  16. Pretty sure the doors will open, just look at the sharp division formed by the beams.
  17. One tip: use more smileys!
  18. Do you happen to have built a version in black and white? Curious what it looks like.
  19. But what if I want it to transform into an evil devastating robot?
  20. Love the colour scheme! Great work as usual, Paul! Hope to see it pop up soon @ Rebrickable.
  21. Producing parts in a new color isn't cheap That's something usually reserved for flagship sets and/or sets in more popular ranges (think Star Wars).
  22. Making the cab more like 8109's would probably require several parts to be newly produced in green.
  23. Yeah, I did like the design of the gearbox. I love 'complicated' builds like that. 42038, for instance, also has a nicely designed complicated gearbox. Still, nice review, even though I might disagree with the final score Each to his own!
