  1. Don't buy your parts off Ebay, use Lego Shop (as mentioned above) or Bricklink/BrickOwl instead. Will save you a lot of money. I got 40 LBG panels for 30 EU or something like that.
  2. Madoca's awesome Wing Body Truck has 4126 parts. That's the biggest one I've built. Sheo's Terex RH400 (haven't built this one yet) has even more at 4347. Both have (free!) instructions.
  3. Is it the (beautiful) renders? They look awesome, great job.
  4. I don't see anything new there?
  5. Is there an up-to-date parts list anywhere (preferably in Rebrickable or BrickStore format)? Curious to see how much I'm missing.
  6. Yeah, I haven't found anything new either? It's all lies!
  7. Well, I haven't checked the site in a while because of the lack of updates But I'll take a look now!
  8. This is an awesome model. Thanks to all the people working on instructions for this beauty: you guys rock!
  9. As always, I'm looking forward to new parts the most. God, I'm such a Technic nerd
  10. Instructions list Element IDs, which are basically a unique number for a part, colour combination. Design ID designates the mold (almost always), and is usually printed on the part itself (so is the Element ID, but the Element ID is a longer number).
  11. Is the Design ID still the same for the engine rod, Jim?
  12. 8653 and 8145 look good but offer hardly any technical functionality besides steering (no suspension etc.). 8070 is the better parts pack.
  13. Well, they're rare and highly wanted. You don't have a copy of 8461? Shame on you
  14. Blakbird is pretty shy, but I managed to snap a shot of him the other day. As you can see, he has perceived a new MOC being thought up somewhere, and is already working on the instructions in his mind.
  15. And you influence them too, that's why there are so many kickass MOCs lately! But seriously, keep up the good work man. Loving all the instruction goodness. When you have the time, you should consider taking on some padawans to teach them the craft of making good instructions.
  16. Blakbird doesn't need any pictures, a rough description will do.
  17. Cool feature for those people that always complain that current official instructions are 'too easy'.
  18. Someone invent a time machine, I'm insanely curious about 42039. Hopefully it uses four of the new Tumbler tires.
