  1. Nice roof and small little garden - the playability and full interior came unexpected. Great job. My suggestions would be: 1) a bit of variation in minifig posing 2) Good daylight for taking the pictures and have them with a bit more contrast Aside from that: Very well done!
  2. The angled/curved pathway comes over really nicely, I like it a lot!
  3. Neat little scene!
  4. Great news to have a great MOC-master back here!
  5. Some Eslandolan cities lost tens of thousands for licensing ships?
  6. I love the storyline, cool! Very well written. But who takes the ring? Definitely has something of Pirates of the Caribbean. Thanks for keeping me thrilled and entertained.
  7. Your attention to detail - the walking stick in particular - is amazing. Another great little scene.
  8. Yeah, the style is back. LOVELY! A tiled deck might have enriched the contrast even further, but great nonetheless. Cannot wait to see it in action. Also nice serpent.
  9. Those brickbuilt palmtrees are immaculate - would you mind if I copy the design some day? Fantastic job! Regarding the diametre of the trunks I think the leafs should range a bit further, but that is minor criticism to a great MOC - give us more!
  10. And it goes on, fantastic! :-) What I like most about your series is that you keep it so realistic, down to earth. The brickseas do not consist of thousands of tradelords, adventurers, captains and governors - but mostly of Chocolatiers (my favourite idea btw, LOVE IT!), swabbers and farmers. Great to display this side of BoBS. Cool to have statues as well. Also I like the Sea Rat occultist and the Garvey trader - both really well executed. The cathunter is fantastic (for me as a fan of Cascadia even more so!) My favourite overall surely is the Mardierian Aristocrat, brilliant execution!
  11. Those trees work wonderful in this MOC (which is rare for these parts) - great work. The mini-microship is so beautiful, fantastic! Nice MOC overall, great to see your HQ.
  12. That was really a great idea, I love those small scenes we have seen over the past few days!
  13. What is this brick you use to attach the sabre to the muskets, if I may ask, @Kwatchi? (Looking great, btw!)
  14. Lovely little scene, those lampposts add so, so much to the atmoshphere. Also the amount of architectural details stuffed into such a small MOC really stands out. Great job!
  15. Thanks again for your fantastic feedback, so happy you all like the MOC! :-) @Capt Wolf, @Ayrlego: The breakdown of the vulture (feel free to copy, adapt, etc.): Also another variation which did not make it in the MOC, but is quite similar:
  16. Work in progress of my Mardierian Soldiers (will need some black epaulettes, yellow feathers, yellow epaulettes, etc.)
  17. So we have: @Lord Buckethead, @Ayrlego, @Mesabi, @Kolonialbeamter, @Kwatchi, @Sir Stig, @Maxim I and @Elostirion already. That is eight people, 3x COR, 3x ESL, 1x OL, 1x SR, veterans and newer players - should work. Is anyone else willing to join us? Now we just need someone to setup a pm conversation. Can @Kolonialbeamter do this?
  18. Fantastic work! Oh, I've started something good I feel. :-) I especially like your women, the Oleon Aristocrat and Eslandola Socialite are pretty damn cool. I also really like that you took a more simplistic approach to many of your characters (e.g. Mardier Militia or Eslandola Banker). Not every minifig must wear 10 parts of equipment. Another great contribution!
  19. I created seven Mardierian soldiers for this purpose today and will take picutres tomorrow. :-) Also I would love to put some effort into developing all those nine (?) NPC nations: Clearly define colours, create a flag (if non exists yet), define some characteristics, write a small text, create some exemplary soldiers or other minifigures. Maybe also create a MOC or two in their settlements, but let's not reach too far for now. Procedure could be: We come together as three to six motivated BoBS-members, we discuss each nation and agree on colours and characteristics, someone creates sigfigs (with feedback from the group), etc. When ready for all nations we present the results to the leadership-team (not to discuss every detail, but accept that it fits well into BoBS) and then publish it all, either in the history & background or in a separate topic. So: Who wishes to join me? @Sir Stig? @Ayrlego? Anyone else interested in giving some more life to all NPC nations? :-) https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1V0hxsmW7WrnnGvTlzls8mUQuoy_12O3N0OvKuZDZyDs/edit?usp=sharing
  20. Lovely idea and great introduction. Though I am not from Corrington I guess I will MOC a part of this, without any intentions of licensing shares or winning challenges, and you can decide whether to use it or not. ;-)
  21. Quite a neat little MOC, well done!
  22. Shame on me for not commenting earlier - it turned out so well; great work, and great pictures. I almost did not recognise the panther in the first MOC, by the way.
  23. Very, very cool! The market booth is my favourite part here, great how it melts with the house wall.
  24. @Flavius Gratian: Great introduction! Welcome to the Brick Seas.
