Past few years I've been kicking myself over how much time I've spent constantly checking for info on new sets instead of actually enjoying the ones I have. As awesome as new pics are just let it happen when it happens, people. Jeez. This topic already has over a thousand posts and we don't even have pictures yet. Not to mention people posting just to say they want pictures andImayBeOneOfThosePeopleButWhatever. Or about how we're going to see them at NYCC, or back in July. It's 2015 about 16', not 2014 about 15', I doubt we're going to see anything official until unofficial listings and releases in December of the actual products. Just calm the pug down, people.

I wouldn't mind remakes of this year's masks. Maybe to resemble the 2001 Kanohi more. At least Pohatu, his Kakama/Mask of Stone is a tad disappointing this year.

Anybody think the 'world is a giant robot' thing carries into G2? Probably not because of how small scale the story seems to be compared to the overly expansive lore of G1, but who knows.

So maybe this isn't a 2016 wish, but a constraction in general wish. If they ever did playsets again maybe the minifig Toa or whatever could have a special torso design that includes a gear function? Also maybe a bit taller like those Competition minifigs. Just thought I'd throw this out there.

Ha, Pohatu Okoto's stormerangs actually reminded me somewhat of Sandrock's heat shotels. :P On the concept, very awesome. I love me some mecha. <3

1000 comments here and we haven't even got set pictures or story info. That's crazy stuff right there. I guess we can blame the nekchir fiasco for quite a bit of the traffic though. Also, is the next book called 'Revenge of the Skull Spiders'? What if the creatures contain a mask and a Skull Spider next year? A bit lame but who knows. Edit: Had my first CCBS socket break. ;-; I'm scared. Especially since it's a silver hand, which are being used quite a bit in 2015, and 2016-17 will most likely follow.

I have no problem with the genders the way they are(except when all voices are male), but I definitely want a more balanced gender ratio in the future. I also don't understand people's view of "feminine" look. Like geez people, there are skinny dude's in the world and muscular ladies, stop stereotyping. ;-; And to those who say- "Boys are the targeted audience" take a look at this 70's letter from Lego, I do hope this still stands today. http://i.imgur.com/XmlDUox.jpg

The 5M shells in dark red already existed, I believe in the first chima ultrabuilds. Could be wrong though. :P On the subject of colors though, I do hope we get more purple next year. Purple CCBS is amaaaaazing *sigh*. Also more tan would be nice.

So not sure if a topic like this exists, most likely not, so here it is! Curious about how the community here would like to see a video game based on Gen 2 play out. My opinion- A hack n' slash similar to Dynasty Warriors(I've only played the Gundam ones, deal with it) and maybe some platforming and rpg elements thrown in. Also enabled co-op play. I've been wondering why they never touched on co-op in G1, seeing as how the story primarily focus' on Toa 'teams'. So feel free to share any video game ideas, and I mean console/PC, not website or mobile games.

What are the most underrated Hero Factory sets?

Well, the idea was good. XD But there was nothing really beyond the 2.0's and 3.0's set-wise. And that black and silver chestplate was really the only incentive that got me to use it. -

I'll throw out a recollection of winter set leak timeframes the past few years. 2009- August 2008(?). 2010- September 2009. 2011- September 2010. 2012- August/September 2011. 2013- October 2012(?). 2014- October 2013(definitely because that's when I became a lurker here). 2015- July 2014(wow, July?!) So I'm going to venture to say between 'anytime now' and 'October' is when we get pics.

No matter the amount of sets or price of sets, I'm runnin' out of room on my shelves. ;-; And I'm running out of room for more shelves. .__. Good thing Bionicle means more to me then HF.

Witch Doctor had a vast amount of Technic, this set has primarily CCBS. Constraction/CCBS pieces cost more to manufacture then system. Look at LoSS, around 140 pieces at 15 $/€, compared to Onua at 20 who has just over 100. And And Tahu, Onua, and Kopaka are $20, not $30.

I kind of find it funny now how a few people reacted to HF replacing Bionicle. Mainly how pissed people were about the first wave of sets even though they used the exact pieces from G1 bio. Of course I was only into the YouTube community back then. Still, I see people complaining there and on reddit about how G2 "looks like hero factory". Ugh, kind of hypocritical.

Maybe the creatures could wear recolors of this year's Toa masks? I'm also wondering what the Toa's new masks could be. Maybe more accurate representations of their Mata masks(more rounded Hau with three cheek vents, larger "smile" and smoother forehead on the Miru, get rid of those damn temple vents on Pohatu's Kakama, etc.)? Or Nuva remakes, or-don't stone me- adaptive armor masks, or completely new mask designs.

Okay okay, so what if Umarak is a mercinary type character hired by Makuta or someone else to track down the Mask of Control, so basically a race between the Toa and Umarak to obtain it. The creatures may be Umarak's personal 'pets' unleashed to suppress the Toa. So in the summer maybe Umarak seizes the MoControl first and becomes the Destroyer and either makes new beasts or-grabbing this from user's prievious speculation-combines his creatures from before. So instead of returning the Mask to Makuta or whoever Umarak gets power mad and claims it himself.
