  1. There is a lot to like here! The vehicle is well built and suited for the mission, the terrain is very well done, but the "action" shots are the real winner! Love the various effects you achieved!
  2. Welcome back! Looks like the time away has been good for his facial hair! Nice to see those wily ducks again. They seem to be the roadrunner to Jed's coyote.
  3. All my monies to Bob!
  4. I too like the comic format. It certainly lends a personal touch that sets you apart! Glad to see you back.
  5. The water effect against the dam is well done! I like the overall shaping of the dam and also the inclusion of the red lights as warnings. Great job on all the SNoT and the full build from all angles.
  6. I can't believe I forgot to comment on this! Love the granny aspect of the story! The ship looks very cool and stealthy. I like the little splashes of color that really wind up highlighted!
  7. I'm glad you posted the picture of the back since there is a lot going on that isn't visible from the front shot!
  8. I like the scene, the house is well done and has some good damage. I like the minifig posing also. My one critique is the position of the ambulance, it doesn't seem very easy to park at that angle given the proximity to the house and shrubbery. But overall a very nice WWII scene!
  9. A frighteningly accurate portrayal of many "news" programs. Great little build. The constant overdone smile of the PR lady is perfect.
  10. I really like the pod scene and the landscape. The interior of the pod is compact but still has some nice functional bits. And the mega truck is cool and rugged. Very military feel to it, the beach scene is nice with the flowing water at the shoreline.
  11. Welcome back! I really like the nacelles and all you have going on with detailing. Any other pics you took of the side/back?
  12. I love the angry alien! Could this be the end of Normal Guy??!?!?
  13. I love this so much.
  14. All my monies to Bob!
  15. Location: H03 Kaalin Tags: Science, Land Vehicle Previously... // PERSONAL DIARY // After some serious scientific inquiry into the new fuel/Awesomenium mixture developed by Dr. Allison we decided to take the results and head back to the tanker OCS LT1021 (Large Tanker 1021) for some further analysis and refinement. Luckily we were stationed above an Awesomnium rich planet, so we had a plentiful supply of the stuff. Upon our arrival after I got used to the smell of the fuel, Dr. Allison requested that I use one of the nearby carts to retrieve a healthy amount of Awesomenium for us to work with. Usually I would have delegated that task to ED-208 but Dr. Allison had seen fit to schedule him for a thorough cleaning which he was happy to accept. I couldn't believe I had to do manual labor instead of having a robot do the work, but I didn't want to appear to be a complainer in front of a junior scientist. Dr. Allison was very excited to show me the various controls and the entire infusion process. It wasn't that exciting for me but I managed to pretend to be interested. I know that CEO pombe will want us to make this fuel a success as it has a lot of practical uses. He said once we get this sorted out that there is a body oil he hopes we can also infuse with Awesomnium. And some sort of personal lubricant he said Sue was VERY interested in. Extra Pics:
  16. Really lovely and unique shape and a great job with making it so smooth!
  17. Love the gun and you did a fantastic job of remaking the vehicle. I never actually put my 4x4 together, just ended up using the parts. Good thing I have a 2nd still in the box. I'll have to have a go at re-creating something like yours, that back area is very well done!
  18. I'd like to purchase an Octan tag please!
  19. Very gritty feel to this. Love the stacked trolleys and the forklift design. The light colored container within the doors of the building was nice as there is just enough there to leave you feeling a bit creeped out by what could be inside. At first I thought it was just a normal MOC desaturated, but was pleased to find it was actually done "in color".
  20. I like that terrain, I'm glad you did a picture without all the stuff in it as it was hard to see otherwise. I love Chogg as Cheshley! Some really great humor here too, clearly pombe set that password!
  21. I like the little ship and the satellite. Hopefully the Octansoft software on the satellite detects the anomaly and alerts a real repairman!
  22. I like the parts and minifigs, so once it comes out in the US I'll grab it. I too wish it had 2 Ugnaughts.
  23. Those are Lego, I got them in the Ultra Agents Jet thing. Rapid shooter trigger: http://alpha.bricklink.com/pages/clone/catalogitem.page?P=18587&idColor=86#T=C&C=86
  24. I like the medical ship with the separators, they make surprisingly good wings! Loved the Doc McStuffins Duplo build as it actually fits perfectly within the pombe-universe! I do wish Chilly the snowman had made an appearance though, I kinda feel like he would have been perfect for pombe treatment.
  25. Okay, I love the ship, BUT OMG the scenes with the giant dog doing stuff in the background totally steals the show! I kept having to go back and look at each photo multiple times to look at parts other than what the dogs were up to! Hombre's dog is so expressive and he comes across so well as easily showing dog behavior. Maybe the best brick built animal in AG thus far.
