  1. The only reason I feel the arms for the Clumsy Guy are just artistic manipulation is because of the short sleeves. It just doesn't make sense for them to make a new arm mold for the Clumsy Guy using the dual-color injection technique. If we were to get a new arm mold, I would expect them to use one color first before we start seeing more complex variations. Anyway, I count 10 new molds so far, and not all of them are headgear, which to me is speaking well for this series. Though we haven't seen anything for the Jewel Thief, Dancer, Scary/Evil Knight, Kendo Fighter, Astronaut, and Laser Robot, I sincerely hope that these characters aren't all made up of old molds. There is some thematic space for each of them that could utilize a new part. New parts are always exciting, too, so getting a figure with one may make them more desirable at first glance. Out of the ones we haven't seen parts for, I'm most excited for the Laser Robot. I hope they do something new/exciting/bonkers with it, and considering the robots we've gotten before, this is the one I hope is not a rehash in any way, shape, or form. For an animal mold, I wouldn't mind getting a gecko or iguana or something like that, but any animal that we haven't gotten before would still be great nonetheless.
  2. That's what I'm afraid of. I've been indifferent about that hair, so I hope they do something exciting, like articulate the headband with printing, to make the part more interesting and valuable. Maybe a different feather or something? If it ends up being a new hairpiece, which is unexpected IMO, it will be very similar to that one, such that it leaves the back unobstructed for the baby.4 I only came to that conclusion because the underside of the baby's head is slightly recessed, which seems to support the idea that if the baby is upright and flush with a minifgure's back, then the baby wouldn't get in the way of the minifigure's head or hairpiece. Hopefully that makes sense...
  3. The mop head looks cool. I'm willing to bet it will come Gandalf's staff as its handle instead of a 3L or 4L bar. The part itself also looks rubbery and not made of ABS. The skunk and net that go with the Animal Control Officer are cute, though I am slightly disappointed as I expected an insect exterminator figure to be enemies with my Fly Monster... But I'm willing to bet that skunk will look amazing once it has printing. Cute baby mold, though I'm surprised it doesn't use a minifigure head. Its underside clearly suggests it attaches to the torso via neck bracket, so now I'm certain that the Tribal Woman's hair works with that placement of the baby in mind.
  4. Nice! I'm very interested to see how this upcoming Disney Series turns out. A snorkeler figure could be really cool, especially if it came with an octopus!
  5. IIRC, the weight mold can be placed on a minifig hand. It could be a snazzy pedestal for a trophy, like the fez piece that comes with the Soccer Player's trophy. In that case it could be for the Wrestling Champion or maybe the Kendo Fighter? Not an ideal accessory for either figure IMO, but maybe the part is being used for something other than a weight in this series?
  6. Awesome job! I particularly like the construction of the nostrils and the secondary rows of teeth. Does it have a hole in the bottom of the build?
  7. If Ninjago is any indicator, the lava monsters won't be the only enemies the Nexo Knights will face. I'm sure the current enemies are based on whatever the Book of Monsters is doing to manipulate Jestro, what with the book saying "make MORE monsters!" and Jestro saying "I'm GOOD at being BAD..." LOL. That part in the video made me groan. Maybe there's more sections in the book for more kinds of monsters, or the book will eventually be destroyed and LEGO can come up with different enemies and a better plot device...
  8. Interesting. Even if it is used for that Ninjago pirate character, I wouldn't be bothered if we got a Zombie Football Player in the future. Speaking of stuff on that sticker book, Jay's golden shoulder pad is an interesting new piece, though part of me wishes it covered both shoulders. As someone mentioned before, it could be used for the upcoming Kendo Fighter.
  9. I must say, the cast is a clever use of the technology behind dual-color molded legs. It's not the first thing that popped into my mind, so I applaud the unexpected use. Given the context, it's clear the white foot is meant to be a cast even without the signatures on it, and using the legs for anything but a cast would look funny IMO. Using the legs multiple times also seems unfruitful since anyone with a cast would have dark blue legs as well. That said, I don't think the printing is totally at fault for its inability to be used multiple times or in other settings. I know a lot of people like to have their casts signed by their pals, so a blank one would seem like the guy has no friends :(
  10. That would be awesome! However, I'm not sure how well that robot would translate to minifigure form. I would expect the upcoming one to use the minifigure torso and legs. I hope for a new gun, though, if it ends up having one. I also considered that the Laser Robot could be a cyborg, which is something we've only seen with the S3 Space Villain, though an actual robot seems more likely.
  11. Nice signatures for the Laser Robot and the Kendo Fighter! Speaking of which, I'm excited to see those two figures: the former because we've seen plenty of robots before and I'm wondering what they'll do this time, and the latter because of its possible compatibility to the S13 Samurai...
  12. While I doubt we'll get to see any more complete figures until the official reveal, we may get more part leaks from the factory. And maybe a list with the official names...
  13. It looks like the Queen isn't getting an holdable accessory, which is fine with me. The only thing I would expect her to have is a scepter or maybe a jewel. It also looks like she's also getting the two-part cape like the King, but the non-ermine is double sided (as in two different colors). Dark grey is kind of an odd color - maybe the other side is blue?
  14. If I'm not mistaken, there are even figures with three new molds, like the Genie or the Butcher. The Bagpiper and Maraca Man both introduced the kilt and poncho cloth parts, so technically they both have three new parts, as well. So it's not totally far-fetched if the Satyr has three new parts (hair, panpipes, and legs), but it certainly would be a surprising treat.
  15. Well it makes sense Itaria came to that conclusion - and your mockup on the Gargoyle headpiece made it seem all too possible. But I am also pleased with the new mold, if not moreso. It's more likely that the Clumsy Guy's arms are normal ones, since the crutch molds don't reach his armpits like normal crutches. It looks like they've been modified to work with regular arms. It always frustrates me when lego bends the arms to impossible positions in their artwork or CGI - It's like the Snake Charmer all over again.
  16. While brown makes sense since Farran is an earth elf, green hair would have been cool. But, alas... The medium azure version, however, is awesome. This piece, the prospects of a cool-looking chalkboard (at a dragon school - I wonder what is written/drawn on it), and the new hourglass part are becoming deciding factors in buying the Dragon School set. I can't wait to see what the school actually looks like - though based on the description, I may swap out the translucent pink parts for something else...
  17. The Faun's hairpiece is bomb and quite a surprise. I need a few of those! Hopefully even with the new mold he still gets panpipes... Wait, so does that mean the rumor saying the part from S13 or S14 being used in this one is false? Or will it actually be for another figure? IIRC, if the Queen's dress isn't a new piece, we have 7 new molds that have been revealed. This gets me more and more hyped the closer we get to the final reveal. So far everything has been living up to that!
  18. I was under the impression the Series 15 Satyr/Faun will have yellow skin, since he is part human and humans in the CMF theme have yellow skin. I doubt he'll bear much resemblance the satyr-like creatures on the MMO. Those guys also look really evil, and I'm hoping for a more carefree and joyful Satyr, playing his pan pipes while carousing the forest... The only thing that piques me about those MMO figures is Artemis's hairpiece, though I doubt we will ever see a physical mold come to fruition. I was thinking about the Queen's leg part earlier... I know that the discussion has been pretty cyclical, but I feel that 2x4 is too big with respect to the display plate. Wouldn't such a large piece make the stand irrelevant? Regardless, like Hot Dog Man's suit, the part will make her easy to identify in bags simply because of its size.
  19. I wonder if there will be something on the Farmer's hat. I don't mind getting a new color variation. Winged helmet is amazing. Now I must know what the warrior will have for weapons. Also love the Calamity Drone hair recolor. I was hoping they would do that! Wrestling Champion's mullet is a wonderful piece, as well. Fits the bill of WWE's over-the-top-ness: business in the front, party in the back... Excited for this figure now. Zombie Football Player would be epic, IMO. And needed after they came out with a Zombie Cheerleader. Possible that it's happening now that theres a dark green helmet. Maybe the figure would come with an actual football mold this time.
  20. The Series 1 Wrestler seems more like a luchador. We also got the sumo wrestler in Series 3. There's still more thematic space there to flesh out wrestling styles, regardless of the figure's gender. I just hope for them to have a big gaudy championship belt, whether it's printed on the torso/legs or (preferably) a new mold that slips on the legs like animal tail pieces or cloth skirts. Searching around the Internet for jewel thieves has left me finding a city-styled character. I was hoping for something a little more exotic, but I can see how the city-styled one is more recognizable. It might be cool to have it as a female since she will probably come with a new hairpiece. Maybe the gem she's stealing is a new mold, or the gem is in a new or rarely used transparent color.
  21. Queen - Yes! To go with the Classic King. Presumably she will be using the slope-dress. Head of animal control - It makes the most sense that he would be a pest control worker, like the Orkin Man. Maybe he'll be in fumigation-style protective gear. Jewel thief - Interesting. Is it a pirate? Is it an Arabian with a scimitar? If it's a city-style robber, then it would be a ho-hum figure since we already got that in some city sets like the Museum Break-In. Tribal woman - I've already discussed her, but it's good to see she's on the list. Dancer - Not specific. I personally think this will be a ballerina, but maybe another dancer could work depending on what they look like. Flying warrior - Could be a chance to get a new wing mold! Maybe an angelic warrior, maybe Cupid? "Steering wheel warrior", the other translation, doesn't really tell me what it could be. Faun - See Tribal Woman. It's still amazing to me that we are finally getting him. Scary knight - Hopefully he isn't too similar to the S7 Evil Knight. Maybe he is non-human? Wrestling champion - I've been wanting to see a championship belt mold that attaches at the hips. Maybe this figure will get one? Shark suit man - Also see Tribal Woman. Can't wait to buy a left shark and right shark :) Awkward man/Klutz - Like the dancer, it's not very specific. Not sure what he could be that's recognizable. He is probably officially named something completely different. Kendo fighter - Meh. Wouldn't be surprised if the current kendo mask is used, along with a katana? Maybe instead of the kendo mask, he will get a black version of the Fencer mask? Astronaut - Hopefully this is a contemporary astronaut. I wonder what he has for an accessory. Laser robot - Also not specific. I expect a laser gun of some sort, maybe a new mold? Hopefully not that ray gun... I'm leaning more towards it being a new robot instead of a rehash of a previous one. Concierge - A hotel worker may be cool, particularly if it ends up being a bellhop. If it's female she might be wearing a cloth skirt. Farmer - Also see Tribal Woman. Even if he is modern-day farmer, I hope parts of him can be used in other time periods.
  22. Wow. This is amazing! I must say - this might be the one that gets me into buying modulars. BB has become one of my favorites, along with the DO and PR! The laundromat is very cute and IMO adds to the character of the build. It really feels like they went on a limb and did some experimentation with the placement of doors (this one is the first corner modular with the doors on a side instead of the corner) and, like the DO, building proportions (tiny laundromat and a large bank). All while still having colorful and detailed interiors and exteriors.
  23. We didn't get any pictures or details on the real Series 13 list until November 3rd of last year, so I'd expect a leak for Series 15 within the next few weeks. The exception is of course, those who knew about the Unicorn Girl/Snake Charmer/Hot Dog Man before then. But it wasn't widespread knowledge until November 3rd. After having to deal themed-ness of Simpsons and Series 14, the anticipation for a "normal" series is killing me.
  24. Farmer can go many ways, and depending on the time period he is set in, it could come with a new hat or hairpiece. Could it be a female farmer? I'm really curious about this pig. It is possible it is the current pig mold, but I also think it could be a new mold - a baby pig. I wonder if there's another accessory...
  25. I love the doctor/dentist ones and the drum set!
