Well i think both the lego sets and the show's intro is a reflection of typical scenarios you find those caracthers in.

Well, if the set numebrs for the supposed set list are true there is no room for a small set, the set number that comes before the rumored sets, is the goblin king set. If there is only 4 sets (+ a possible exclusive) it's good they drop the cheap one instead of a bigger better one.

We only got newborn Lurtz, he does not deservve a new hairpiece. Also Beorn is so much bigger a normal hair propably won't work with him. And his hair is more unique.

WHat we see now doesent look great, but the picture is terrible, and you cant see his front side. WHat worries me is the brow/nose looks like that guy from Sin city. It's hard to judge whats going on with his chin/beard. He does look like he will/would be another Azog type mold. It'll be interesting to see if perhaps they have Beord show up at Dol Guldur. I really hope We get Galadriel this year, if the Guldur attacks et is real we really should! I would liekr her to not be in some odd new strange outfit, another white oune would be msto iconic for her lego recreation. So we're proapbly set for a 3rd Elrond figure??!! Thats kindof an interesting turn of events for a characther like that.

Lego was not allowed to reveal dol guldur set names surely, it was only just "anniunced" in a magazine that the dol guldur battle will happen in DOS. The amount of people that the "rumors" rach is pretty low anyways.

And it didnt really have any new characthers that was only in that set, gollum was pretty much the same, jsut a little bit less good than the shelob print.

German magazine confirms white council attack is in DOS, this would support the set list we currently have. I assume the elf army set is also to support the dol guldur battle? Or maybe it was made as intended for BO5A, But they can still make them casue we already saw them in AUJ. As for smaug, kids might want him more after the movie is released, a januaryy release of him wouldnt be bad. an it would help them keep him assomewhat of a secret. The action figure company has said they will make a smaug, but that it might not be for 2013.

So it would seem the cheap set and the expensive set is not revealed yet? Lego always does a super cheap and a relatively exnesive set.

Naah, Sauron would make it complete.. Well only having all main charactehrs would mean make it complete. A PJ figure isn't seomthing im looking for. Lego did Him already with the ship, they had their fun with him.

I assume they will got he toystory route aswell. It will give the best result. Is interesting lego is making sets MOSTLY aimed at older audience, same thing goes for the Delorean.

Well It would look a bit odd if one was printed and the rest stickers. technicaly better value, but it comes off as a bit odd.

Thing about the ninjago dragons is they looks pretty ugly. Also Smaugs body is big and thick.

If we are tlaking TYPE of sets, the laketown is in the same chategory as bag end. The "doll house" stye, where on top and ffrom the front it is a complete structure, but from the back it's open for play. Obviosuly not as complex but it follows the same style.

Oooosh, I don't think you're in the right thread. Yet Im gonan respond to it! Except for the 2013 castle sets, The rest of legos themes have been of their normal standard. And and it's not like castle and lotr is using the same team..
