Neat little build! The drone looks really cool, your fig looks cool too. Of all the things left behind, a mug? They really left in a hurry. And I think building a spying or piracy action is just a suggestion, but yeah, I think this fits being in the special forces.

Woah, I really like that ship, the shape of it is awesome. If only it was possible to make it in real life!

Poor spies, but that is a really cool truck, and I like the idea of spraying acid as punishment. The curved wall and SNOTed road look good too!

That hovercraft is great! The story is pretty cool too, and the technique for the water depth is something I need to try out at one point! A tentacle/snake creature seem to be a popular choice for aliens so far.

The ship looks amazing, my only critique would be that the front could be a bit smoother, but overall, it's a great ship! As Mike S said, I love how the figs can sit next to each other in a neat fashion, because many other ships have to have them behind one another. The edited pic and the story is really cool too! Kawashita will gain control of the Hamilton Belt very soon!

The tower/antenna/mast looks pretty cool, as well as the story! Though, the terrain could have used a bit of work. Still a great build for Kawashita!

The builds are great so far! I'd be open to do a collaborative story, if you are still looking for people. Though, my first one wasn't that great as I ran out of time... ~Beltar

D10: The Hamilton Belt =================================================================================================================================================== Begin Log, Chapter 1, Part 001: “Ten days after my rehabilitation from the crash…and I’m already in the game… Wonderful. APauLo(s)-5 has been a great help in getting me back in the zone, even though I’m no longer a pilot. I was handed a task to scout for any possible activities in the Hamilton Asteroid Belt, and after staring at a scanner for 48 hours, I found a faint piracy distress signal, it was nearly gone. Now I’m here, what a pile of trash! A barley functioning pump, a couple of empty canisters, and a cut computer. Whoever left here, left in a hurry, perhaps they were scared of our scouts, but this couldn't have happened recently… It looks like it would be a liquid Awesomnium mine, but it’s all solid, pipes are clogged. PauL and I tried to get the damn thing working again, but it wouldn't start. So we just set up a landing zone and waited for a supply ship to set up our own mine right on top of the thing. Yeah know what, I never actually know why I record these stupid messages. I’m just talking to myself with PauL listening. Who knows, maybe someone is listening? Looks cool! Perhaps next time you take shots, I'd suggest adding a bit of light to it, it is kind of hard to see the 'Model T Utility Bot' because of the shadows. The BURPs really helped fill up a lot of space and I like the story as well.

Wow, I love it! The build is great for having such a small base. The tree looks fantastic, as well as the...hovercraft? And I'm assuming the 'sinister beasts' are the technic parts forming tentacles of some sort. You have a way of telling a story in one picture and two sentences! ~Beltar

The foliage and the dome look amazing! The black and white adds a nice effect to the story.

Is this build 'acceptable' for the Hamilton Belt?: A lot of my other gray and dark gray parts are one something else at this time, so I had to improvise. If I can post, I will probably make a thread later today or tomorrow. It's definitely not my 100%, but I wanted to get one done for this week. From the Kawashita espionage Space Force Division: Former Captain Beltar, now Agent Beltar (Still coming up with a first name...) After an incident in space, Kawashita's scientists experimented on Beltar, regrowing limbs, adding implants, etc. They realized that he could be trained for corporate espionage special tasks, and now here he is....With his jet/wingpack! I plan to have is story run semi-parallel to my SoNE story...this will unfold shortly... Also, if we make a build, do we just make a new thread here titled whatever we want without a prefix like [AG Freebuild] "Alien Colony"? And I will probably be less active here with SoNE and all, but I'll participate as much as I can! ~Beltar

Yeah, there does appear to be a lack of freebuilds, perhaps because both sides are waiting to see if they win the race to see if they can have their character involved in that. I've got one in the works at this time....but my camera can't take good shots of it! So I'm trying to find the best lighting, time, and if I can, a better camera, before I post it.

Am I able to use clay to hold something down on my Category A scene? Nothing structural of course. (everytime I move the moc, the dinner plates fall off) If allowed, I will try to make the clay as hidden as possible. And I gave hint to what I'm building for those who have read the book. ~Beltar

Thanks guys! I agree that the base is a bit plain, I actually used all my loose tan parts in this. Nearly the entire base came from Grand Emporium. (...which is fixed now...) The bantha and the pod where fun to build, I got inspiration for the bantha from many different people that built one. Sadly the pod is very, very fragile, but it's still in one piece at this time! (because I don't need any of its parts currently ) And as for the gungan, I was planning on explaining that in a freebuild, which I may not have time to build, as my current wip freebuild is probably one of my largest builds. (still not that big I guess?) ~Beltar

After Beltar’s recent reassignment to an Imperial Medical Team, going to Tatoone is one of the last missions he expected himself to do as a Medical Official… He was briefed on the mission at least five times, but he still could not comprehend why he was chosen to do this, and not someone higher up in the Empire. He wasn’t sure that this was the best thing for a very unexperienced stormtrooper to do…His old staff sergeant would have loved coming here… The three Imperials surveyed the pod and the surrounding areas before the sergeant in command said aloud a needless order, “All right, Beltar, get in touch with the contact, we will take it from here. Ugh, looks like there's a Kel Dor wanting that pod...” Beltar then proceeded to begin the first phase of the mission.Before Beltar knocked on Dar-Dar Cyonie’s quaint little house, he kept thinking that this was not a mission for him, but then, without any more hesitation, he knocked. Dar-Dar: Oh, Hellos! Yousa must be that bombad Imperial Officer who is coming to talk to mesa about the races. By the waysa, I did nothing wrongs! Beltar: Hello there Mr. Cyon- Dar-Dar: Please call me Dar-Dar! No need for formalities, comsa inside Beltar followed Dar-Dar inside, and Dar-Dar directed Beltar to sit, while he prepared some traditional Gungan Tea, but Beltar insisted that he was fine. Dar-Dar: Are yousa sure bombad Beltar? Beltar: I’m fine, thank you. But let’s get onto business, such as why I am here. Dar-Dar: Okay! Mesa say perhaps after wesa talk, wesa can drink some of my tea? Beltar: Perhaps, but please, take a seat. Dar-Dar reluctantly sat down, where he may have broken a sweat, but Beltar paid no mind to it, the plan was going smoothly. The Empire is looking to recruit you for the race in the coming week. Dar-Dar: Isa would accept this most humble offer if mesa pod was not broken down. Last race, I got in Bombad trouble. Most of mesa pod’s innards are not working anymore. Theysa need to be replaced. Beltar: The Empire will pay for whatever you need. Tools, pars, equipment, fuel, an- Beltar’s commlink beacon was active, then the Sargent in command announced to Beltar over the com, “Phase II is a go. Possible hostility confirmed, we will be their soon. Keep stalling…” Beltar: Sorry, as I was saying: and any other supplies you might need. Dar-Dar: Yousa Imperial scum, yousa stalling! Two Minutes ago: Stormtrooper: Sir, looks like our suspicions were right. He’s a rebel. But why would he actually paint their insignia here, on his house? Sargent: The world may never know Boris, but for now, let’s proceed with Phase II. Presently: Beltar: How kind of you to notice, though, you were a good pilot, too bad all of your winnings and belongings will be confiscated, and you will be arrested. Dar-Dar: Neve- As soonDar-Dar yelled never, the other two Imperial officer’s stormed through the two doors, Dar-Dar tried to dash for it, but when both doors where blocked, the attempt to escape was futile. He was quickly apprehended. Boris: You have the right to remain silent, anything you say can and will be used against you in a court of law. Wait, you won’t have a trial! Never mind then. Sargent: Boris, you have terrible jokes, alright Mr. Cyonie, you are under arrest by the Intergalactic Empire on the charges of Treason. Other charges are to be determined. Boris: You did well Beltar, perhaps you will make your way up to a sergeant! Probably not though, joking of course…Aw, what’s that smell!
