The first of our units have made touchdown on Linopeia III. Other sapient presence was reported to be negligible, but a ping on our shiny new radar deployed over our landing zone told us otherwise. They called upon on their most skilled special forces agent to investigate, naturally. The atmosphere is to be breathable, barring the sandstorms that blow in from those big damn dust bowls that fill up into lakes once it gets wet enough. Me and Sixer made it to the edges of one of the lakes, and found the thing just as the nearest sun began to set: looked like an Octan deep space supply pod, tore up the ground all along the crash trajectory. We send those out too. Really tough refrigerators that are supposed to crash on planets we might colonize later. Now, some special forces operative would probably try to hack the thing open. Dig out, crack open the contents, and sort them out to be distributed at the nearest outpost. Finder keepers, right? Maybe it's a trapped decoy, maybe it's not, but either way we get something out of it, be it supplies, information, or whatever we can strip the pod itself down to, without a sense for what the thing represents. Luckily, I am not one of these special forces operatives. I wasn't sure how to pull of a pirate or spying action without other corporations having an actual presence nearby, but I hope this is a pretty reasonable concept, and that it falls under the 'sabotage enemy equipment' category.

Location: Donwarr Log of Agent G: After falling for what felt like many hours, it was suddenly over. A flash of purple light - and then...The vast entirety of the universe unfolded in my mind, brilliant lights flashing and twirling through the inky, everlasting darkness. Stars were birthed and died before me, brilliant fireworks in my minds eye. I floated through it, absent-mindedly reaching out to the planets and moons lightyears away. The shrunk underneath my gaze, or I became larger. They became so small, so insignificant, until it was just me, alone in the cosmos. I was the cosmos. It was... Marvelous... I was awoken by the wet nose of a pig, examining my armor. I lay in the grass and flowers for a long time, letting them wave around in the wind while I gazed at the sky, so bright now, and so large... (For those who wonder how Agent G got there, I'm going to be using the GATEs to explain that...) C&C much appreciated!

Location: B06 - Sorn Tags: N/A This is a rebuild of my own Week 4 (!) build, Equipment Drop. BEGIN TRANSMISSION 04: SPECIAL FORCES JEBEDIAH O'REILLY TO KAWASHITA HQ SECURE CHANNEL 768954 8 JUNALI AD 3815 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This was supposed to be my week off. I was just getting ready to travel back to Orinshi for a nice, relaxing vacation when I got an "emergency call" to do some advance scouting on Sorn. I get to the hanger and evidently I'm also supposed to install some equipment. As no minifigure has yet walked its surface Kawashita needed some sensory equipment installed to guide in the big transport ships. So here I am, fastening down the final component of the first device. One down, nineteen to go... ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- END TRANSMISSION 04 [Challenge 3][Cat B][K - B06] Advance Scouting on Sorn [Challenge 3][Cat B][K - B06] Advance Scouting on Sorn Improvements include: -SNOT work for the land and platform as well as water -Better, more visually interesting colors -More detailed equipment -Clearer photography -I'll be honest, the border on the original sucked so I got rid of it for this one Thanks for looking! Comments and criticism welcome.

Location: F09 Tags: Spaceship, Military, Building, Land Vehicle After his first patrol around Arium Minor, Bossk Davalon was sent to the surface to check for possible falls of wreckage from alien spaceships. After 2 hours of overseeing, Bossk returns to the local outpost for reporting and refueling. "Kawashita Outpost, here is KLF Tsubasa asking for permission to land" "Tsubasa, here is A-M-K-O, permission granted. Welcome on Arium Minor" "Captain, I spotted some interesting wreckage in the sub-sector XC-28, I think it needs a deeper investigation." "Ok Lieutenant. I order to send right now a vehicle. Take a rest, you will embark in the Gurifon in 1h to return to the KSD Eiko, we need you to continue to fight the alien fleet"

Location: H03 - Kaalin Tags: N/A This is a rebuild of mccoyed's Kawashita Commissary, which can be found here: http://www.eurobricks.com/forum/index.php?showtopic=113473 Kawashita Octan takes the comfort of its flight crews and guests pretty seriously. Even frigates and cruisers have fully stocked commissaries staffed by actual humans robots! The politest, most helpful humans robots in Andromeda! Let's take a closer look! Uh oh. Koro, a special consultant who works for Kawashita Octan has a delayed order and he is not happy about it! Looks like the consummate professional Ms. Melynchuk will have to quickly look up the ETA and report it to him in order to promote the excellent customer service one can expect in an Kawashita Octan commissary. Even Tim, the youngest crewman robot onboard this particular ship, is helping out by making a call to the cargo deck to check if Koro's item has been misplaced. Let's hope not, since Koro likes to order only the best exploding death devices, available now at all participating Kawashita Octan outlets! But what's this? Another consultant is trying to get on the public QE (that's Quantum Entanglement, boys and girls! only the best tech for Kawashita Octan!) communication station to make a call, but there's a marine in his way! Well, I'm sorry but our flight crew gets first priority, Mr. Beltar O'Reilly, and you'll just have to wait your turn! Who are you trying to call anyway! Over here in the corridor, a dapper Kawashita Octan executive confidently walks the halls of the ship. Where others might find the constant presence of armed marines intimidating, Mr. Tanaka Pombe is happy to see them and knows he is safe under their benevolent watch. Look how friendly they are! Jackbooted thugs? Not on an Kawashita Octan ship! Our marines know that good relations and good etiquette keep a crew happy and less likely to succumb to the Space Madness. Extra photos in spoiler: Thanks for looking, hope you enjoyed this build as much as I did! Comments and criticism welcome.

Location: H09 - Wastyria Tags: Vehicle, Exploration, Spaceship Jebediah pilots an Octan stealth fighter over the oceans of Wastyria, scanning the seas for signs of MANTIS activity. This scene, of course, is inspired by the shot of the Resistance X-Wings flying across the lake at the Battle of Takadona in The Force Awakens, which I will be seeing for a second time today. Here is a shot of the fighter by itself: Comments and criticism welcome!

Engineer Alexander Vandangant was sent again on Guinevere, it seems MANTIS didnt taken the hint and moved away but tried another offense to take the planet. This time, his squad, left for just a moment the Kiogy, was sent for some pipes hacking. = = = = = = = = = Quick build, hope you Enjoy!

Andromeda's Gates, Challenge II, Category B: TundraClassic As I recently signed up, I was soon given a first mission: "Make a first trip with one of our new ships." It sounded easy, but when I saw the ship I was given to drive, I changed my mind. It was a old TundraClassic freighter, used by the early colonists, when they were discovering frozen worlds. It had a really old driving system, with old-school steering wheel and it was very slow. But it was my guilt that I got this ship. In my application form I wrote: "I can drive anything, try me!" and they took it for real. Our engineers were ordered to build a lot of new defense ships, so they quickly started building them. They also modified some of the older ships and that one, I was driving was one of them. It was really old but in quite good shape so it didn't need a lot of work. They turned it into a small sized freighter with small engines, light protection and enough place for me, the pilot, two soldiers, two radio-operaters and a small vehicle. At first I wasn't really excited about it, but after some time I started to liking it. It was really easy to drive and had enough space. Because it has really small protection, only a small cannon, we were followed by some starfighters, in case of pirates. After some time we safely returned into hangar. Superior officer was pleased with me and granted me more ships to drive. ______________________________________________________________________________________________ I'm really sorry for horrible presentation and those extremly bad photos. I first saw this challenge yesterday and today I had to get an idea, find the right pieces, build the ship and I almost ran out of time for photos and posting this here. Thanks for watching and I hope you like it.
