Just looked at S@H by price... 75894 Mini Cooper S Rally- 481 pcs 75254 AT-ST Raider- 539 pcs 75074 Bastion- 602 pcs 41428 Beach House- 444 pcs 31095 Fairground Carousel- 595 pcs then.... 41164 Enchanted Treehouse, fellow Disney Princess, -302 pcs i guess Princesses are the new SW. even the AT-ST Raider is better priced.

Wow...guess I won’t be getting that set then. I mean, some sets I can look past the price tag, but $50 for 247 pieces is outrageous. Come on clearance sale! Even the White Dragon Horse Bike isn’t that bad...$35 for 259. What were they thinking pricing this boat so high?!

Man, I really hope that’s a price typo on S@H for Boun’s Boat($49.99USD). I did a double take then checked Brickset, which had it listed at $29.99, which is probably the real, and definitely reasonable, price. I’m certain someone made a mistake, Monkie Kid isn’t even priced that bad. I want that boat for my Ninjago district.

Yes, the designers designed awful sets, then some higher up said, “let’s put golden minifigs in these to distract from how awful they are.” Not everyone hates them. And let’s remember they aren’t final & we haven’t seen what the interiors look like. Maybe tone down the dramatics until the official reveal, guys? I’m actually more happy with the GH set, as it’s really different from the ‘18 one.

Yeah, I’m not sure why people are complaining & grading these like they’re the final product. They’re very clearly a long way off from being what we’ll buy. I’m somewhat excited for them. I’ve got a few of the Ninjago ones & they’re pretty neat.

Man, I don’t know about this theme. I really like a fair amount of them, but these prices. $20 for those beatboxes...& not being able to know who I’m getting in the blind boxes, when all I really want are three of them...gonna be a hard sell for me I think.

Ditto. It’s neat & all, the RC versions are fun & the suit print, for what we can see, look decent. While it appears not, the saving grace would be that Mei has the new face with the scouter on it. Once it becomes more clearer I’ll decode. Wish it was more like the normal sets, something to accompany them. I have the Cloud Jet(as well as the Cloud Roadster, Dragon Bike, & Warrior Mech). I bought it day one & I love it. As a vehicle it doesn’t have much in the way of play features, other than the cockpit turned bike, which is cool. Jet has a decent minifig lineup, Red Son is awesome. The Cloud Roadster has those demon bros, which are fantastic! Which is why I didn’t mind the slightly high price tag. I’m right there with you, the theme is awesome, I love the whole thing...but man, those prices are a huge turnoff. @Lyichir Casual Mei can be bought for $3.00 from B&P(availability & all that jazz) I recently learned.

Preemptive build post...getting ready to build my first Hogwarts Moment sets. I’m intrigued to see them in the flesh & see how they work.

You say this...then say you don’t want to get into semantics over a theme. Well, the Blacksmith is a Castle set, just as much as MMV & Mill Village Raid are Castle sets. I’d wager more people mean Classic Space(or like sci fi outer space stuff) when they say space as opposed to real world space.

I’m surprised that isn’t Jar Jar under there. To keep on task, I built 80012 Monkey King Warrior Mech. It was a great & fun build. The details are impressive.

These sets looks great! Definite buys are White Dragon Horse Jet- the shaping on that is awesome & I love the shields used. Lion Guardian is very cool, love that Mei has a scouter! And of course, Flower Fruit Mountain. What a beauty, and all those monkeys! Now for the hard part...the prices. Although, if they are getting a wider release, maybe with the routine 20% off they won’t be so bad.

They’re definitely common parts, so if need be I’ll go that route. The others piece that were glued I got them apart fairly easy so it’s not a particularly strong glue, it’s just the clips breaking in this case. I may give that a shot. It would seem so. I was told frustration set in because pieces kept falling off. Some sections were a bit finicky, so I get it...but it’s odd that so few pieces were glued. Maybe they were the more troublesome bricks.

Lord Business has struck! So I got a UCS A-Wing from an older neighbor who got frustrated with the set(don’t ask me why...) and they gave it to me. As I was taking it apart, a few parts were glued together, for some reason. I got most of them apart with just a little added pressure, but I’m stuck... the bottom wings with the clips...those are glued & im worried about breaking the clips. I ran under hot water & was able to make a little headway. I’ve never dealt with kragled LEGO..what’s the best way to unglue parts without ruining the plastic? I have some Goof Off but concerned about the parts.

Wow, this is fantastic! This looks great, I especially love the use of all those 1x1 pyramid pieces(i love them). The very reason I bought Lloyd’s Titan Mech is because of how much it reminded me of Gundam. I like the head details. I tried thinking up a head to fill in the pilot gap in Lloyd’s...but I’m not much of a MOCer, so I came up empty.

I have a couple things hung up, I just use fishing line. I have small things so they’re just held in with thumbtacks, but I had the old airplane from the airport hung & I screwed a small hook up there to hang it from.

I do too. This set & the others aren’t focused on knights, as a Castle theme should be. But I love seeing the “land” expand behind just the castle itself. The layout in my mind has Joust(Kingdoms) as the entry to a vast village with the aforementioned sets & Blacksmith and the castle with additional walls built around to protect the village.

At this point...I had to ask. I have two hundred on their way(for $18) but that’s not going to be enough.

That’s an odd take to have...that’s as much a Castle theme set as Medieval Market Village or Mill Village Raid is.

I’ll trade you TWO Cinnabon’s for those tiles!

I realized that this morning. I asked someone on Instagram that I know works at a LEGO store to see if I could have them buy the set for me if the had any. They didn’t...but informed me it was available online. Happy accident, as I was intending to ask for about a week, but would forget to do so.

Just keep an eye on it. I’ve been watching Monkie King Warrior Mech since early November...and it finally came back in stock this morning.

Whew! Thought I was out of luck grabbing this from S@H, but it listed today...like this month hasn’t been expensive enough as is, I’m never gonna be out of LEGO debt at this rate 80012 Monkie King Warrior Mech
