Excellent town. I loved the burnt out garage update, very clever. You gave me a good idea on incorporating train tracks to a limited space. Great updates and keep them coming, town is coming along.

Lego Marvel Superheroes Game Announced
Vindicare replied to MattZitron's topic in LEGO Media and Gaming
I checked with Walmart.com just to be sure my order went through and in the reply it said it should arrive on 10/31. -
Haha, yeah. How is he supposed to live up to his moniker 'Merc with a mouth' if he can't even talk! I think all the costumes are too iconic, at least to us comic fans, to not have them.

I've always been a bit irked by some having their comic costume and some don't. Especially Deadpool...what the hell was that?!

Just got through with Age of Ultron. I enjoyed the series. Some neat twists and a decent story. I'm curious how necessary the UoA Tie Ins are? Are they worth tracking down, do they add a lot to the story overall?

So...is there just one? We have conflicting timeframes, through the credits or midway through.

Winner!

Maybe expand on this...why? It was far from perfect, but what adaptation is. I thought he did a great job and I have high hopes for the rest of them.

Awesome! Our first glimpse of the arena too. I defnitely like this arena better than the first, so much more to it. It'll be interesting how/if they'll show all the hours we know of. It's been awhile since I read them, but we don't know what every does, do we?

Just got an email from TRU for a Build a Speedorz Challenge Saturday the 27th, 12-2.

I saw it yesterday as well. That's a nice start for sure. The harness is looking really good. Just add some control panels at about head level and you'll be just about there.

That's the smallest MOC I've seen from you. So weird... Nice little chair. How about that immense yellow hoverchair from the 90's cartoon to accompany this.

Misprints and Other LEGO Production Oddities
Vindicare replied to Navy Trooper Fenson's topic in General LEGO Discussion
Shouldn't be a problem. Just email them and explain. I did this a few years ago with faded stickers on the cinema from 10184 Town Plan and to my surprise, they shipped it free. -

I hope that's not it... I was hoping for a Lamborghini type build. -
17 sets, according to Brickset news. They'll be shown, don't know if all will be, at Comic Con. Now in addition to eagerly awaiting the Superheroes new stuff, I'm adding these to the list.

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion
Vindicare replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
Well, kids will at least have an idea of who the Guardians come next week. The kids who watch USM, the Guardians are making an appearance on it(or was it the new Avengers show...can't remember now). I don't know how many comic reading fans buy this theme who weren't already fans of LEGO, but they are making a movie so that must say something about their popularity. -
Why do they keep making different lampposts?! Consistency, TLG! You do it with the Modulars. Come on! Other than that, I'm defnitely liking it. All the booths are nice and will go well with the gazebo from 10222 Post Office as the centerpiece of a little market.

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion
Vindicare replied to CorneliusMurdock's topic in LEGO Licensed
Well, here we go agan... I was happy to have all the Avengers(both full time and part time)that have been released. So much for that. I'm somewhat torn on Spiderman. Much like last years black suit, I like it but wasn't really sweating not having it. Once again, the girls get me. Still hoping to catch a deal on Phoenix. -
It's always nice to see our favorite forgotten wizard. Great scenes and builds. They all convey quite a story.

Lego Superheroes 2013 Rumours & Discussion

They could make an arm and a leg trans clear for Sue, although...they haven't made trans hands have they? That could be a nice compromise, like she's starting to transform. -

Not sure how I missed this thread... What you described is every cop show out there. Unless its a multi part story, of course the events happen in that order. They always have to catch the bad guy(s). I like the show and the comic. I'm glad to see theres a difference in story to the comic. I won't go into details so I don't spoil anything.

Basically. I enjoyed this arena moreso than the first. Finnick is definitely a neat character, Johanna too. All the other notable victors are too. Overall I enjoyed the book, on it's own, best. But I absolutely love the series. And a HUGE thumbs up to sets, I'd buy them all no matter what.
