    Well, they do now. http://www.lego.com/en-us/jurassicworld/ They got two full pages- more than Minecraft, Ultra Agents, Mixels, and Elves and got the same amount of coverage as Bionicle. I'm guessing they are keeping it small right now too avoid spoilers.

    I just noticed the silver Dragon Swords of Fire on the Samurai Micro-mech. I would love to get those IRL...

    Did not know that, thanks! It would still be cool to get the ninjas' Airjitzu forms in the D2C along with an Airjitzu Lloyd (I don't think he will be possessed the entire season). They did it with Zane, so why not with the rest?

    I'm thinking the same thing. They'll probably have a DC Girls inspired set, but it will be a comic based set. Almost like what they did for the GG and Electro sets for Marvel- comic/TV show sets, but chosen because of the movie. If I'm wrong, watch how they make Raven a mini-doll and fail to release her as a minifigure...

    I'll pass on the Sandman set, but it looks like Ant-Man will be a must buy, even if I only decide to keep the figures.

    I don't think they'll be too expensive. In a Dino-theme, the dinosaurs are the real focus for most people, so they will be the more expensive part of the set.

    Two-Face riding an Oliphaunt, Riddler controlling the Balrog...this game's going to be amazing!

    Either that or he will be injured for the bulk of the season and Ahsoka will have to take over his training. Then Kanan could die in Season 3. I thought that this season was supposed to have twice as many episodes as the first.

    Chain Cycle Ambush is amazing! I had thought that Airjitzu Zane had a white hood, but this makes it look light gray. Airjitzu Zane in an actual set just gave me an idea- what if the other three ninja came in their Airjitzu forms in the Airjitzu Temple? Maybe even with an Airjitzu Lloyd as the exclusive figure!

    I have found that, when compared to any other set within the same price range of a different theme, LotR sets have been far more interesting. For example, the Council of Elrond set might not have been the best choice within the LotR line itself, but, compared to other $30 sets I have on my shelves, it is by far the most beautiful and interesting of the bunch (Uruk Hai Army to be excluded- it was just too awesome to rate like this). I think others would agree with me on this. This theme brought many people out of their Dark Ages and saved me from lapsing into one, so there is definitely appeal to it. Even one of the DK books (forget which one) said that LotR was one of the most anticipated themes of the year. As Khaled pointed out, LotR is still around because many people still like it. LotR wouldn't have been listed as a core theme in Dimensions if it wasn't popular. I understand that this is your opinion, but LotR has appeal and still sells well, so it is still around while other licenses are long dead.

    It's a bit complicated. There is a physical brick discussion in the Licensed forum (which has been ignored for the most part- everyone just discusses the figures in their respective theme) and the game discussion in the Culture and Multimedia forum.

    Nice job! I haven't seen the movie yet, but it seems trailer accurate. I really like your arch design and the brick-built Avengers logo!

    Oh no! Do you think LEGO planned a second Morro wave for Winter 2016 so they could slide into the Ninjago Movie sets in Summer 2016? If so, do you think we'll get any sets/TV episodes in 2016 now that these were canceled? I hope so- if not, LEGO could kill the popularity of the line, which would probably result in the cancellation of the movie!

    Agreed. I don't think they'll pull out a second new license for this game. Wizard of Oz was already a surprise; I don't think they will do it again. Hopefully that character everyone thinks is Chell will be from an in-house theme.

    Jurassic Park should be in the very likely category based on the Dino on the shelf in the extended trailer.

    There's Lightning Lad who will come in a similar cube to be released in the summer. There's also the Trickster, but we don't have any details as to his release. Probably a book coming out later this year. You should also check out the LEGO Dimensions thread- there are some single figures being released for the game, but they aren't exclusive.

    I posted this in the G1 thread, but Greg Farshtey announced on the LMBs that he doesn't think that the new team wants a connection between the two lines, so shared names don't really matter because they aren't connected story-wise. I'm pretty sure the Easter eggs we've seen so far have just been the new team's way of saying "We're fans too!"
