Check the parts inventory before buying the set. If it has a lot of parts you want, buy the set and sell the unwanted parts on BL or Ebay.

I hope to have my sigfig ready by then, so count me in too! (Already announced in the general thread I would join M.A.N.T.I.S., but I haven't decided which job I want yet)

Who knows - LEGO has been promoting the Dark Knight trilogy for some reason as of late, so I wouldn't say you're too far off! Good to know. I thought my eyes were playing tricks on me! Does Aquaman have a new face print as well? -
I tried making an order from BnP. When I clicked "Add to Cart," it deleted all the bricks I selected. Apparently, they decided to update their catalog then and one of the pieces I wanted suddenly went "Out of Stock," so they deleted all of the bricks in my cart instead of just that one like they say they will. This is not the first time this has happened. Quite annoying!

Completely agree with those. Even if a member doesn't post their country in their profile, they should specify it in the post. At the very least, they should specify where they are willing to ship to.

Love it! Don't remember him from the comics, but I didn't read many in the first place. I guess the only downside about a figure of him is that he won't get a helmet; they'll just print it on. Oh well, looks like he has potential anyway. -
Does the face need to be human or can it have a different color skin? For example, can it be a genetically modified blue-skinned human?
-
Does my sigfig need to be human, or can it be an alien? Cyborgs are allowed, so can I be an alien looking android if not an actual alien? I'm probably going to join M.A.N.T.I.S.

Who is your favorite Ninjago villain?
Master_Data posted a topic in LEGO Action and Adventure Themes
As we near the end of SIX years of Ninjago (we already know about Summer 2016), I decided to look back at how far the ninja have come. They've fought the Skulkin, Serpentine, Stone Army, Nindroids, Anacondrai Cultists, Ghost Ninja, and Sky Pirates! I think that the Nindroids have been the best adversaries for the ninja. As for the best main villain, Pythor was the best until the end of Season 4, so General Cryptor would probably be my new favorite, although I like Doubloon a lot. Who has been your favorite villain to date? -
As we near the end of SI years of Ninjago, I decided to look back at how far the ninja have come. There have been THIRTEN different ninja variants released over the course of five years, SIX different Nya variants, and SEVEN Sensei Wu variants! To celebrate this achievement, I whipped together a poll: What is your favorite character variant? Personally, I like the ninjas' Deepstone Armor and Jungle variants the most. Nya's 2015 Samurai X armor is the most show-accurate, but her Deepstone Armored variant definitely steels the show. As for Wu, I actually prefer his 2012 variant, although the 2015 variant is rather nice. What is your favorite variant?

That would be awesome! Bring on The Battle of the Five Armies! Seriously, why didn't they make a Hobbit pack? Legolas and Gollum encompass both, but they are branded under LotR. The Hobbit is still popular- why didn't they use that to their advantage and release the DLC we wanted as a Level Pack? Also, how will cutscenes work? They aren't going to calculate for every combination of characters to be used in Story Mode, are they?

I really like that idea! Hopefully the vehicles will be more like siege engines, war chariots, and battle wheels than Ninjago and Chima.

Where can I find a list of tags on Eurobricks? I know some are meant for contests, but I don't know how to qualify for any of the others or what they mean! Does anyone know where I can find a centralized list?

I made a whole list of references from that video a few pages back if you want a (relatively) full analysis.

I've always loved Brotherhood Workshop's work, but this is amazing! Can't believe I didn't find it first!

Not sure if it's a deal, but I just got the Limited Edition ASM2 Electro for $3.99 when ToysRUs usually sells polybags for $4.99.
