    Well, Chima had a similar contest at the end of the theme and it was just a giant box with every set, so I dunno if it will be anything exclusive.

    Wonder if the TRU branding will still be there. If they’re already in production, I wonder how costly it will be to redo the packaging and whatnot.

    Huh. Must have been made before TRU announced its closure in the US. I hope that means they are at least released in Europe and not just cancelled.

    Well, huh. These must’ve been planned before Toys R Us went down in the US. I wonder if they’ll be limited to outside the US given the TRU branding is already on the box. Also, Future Flashforward Jay instead of a relevant character like any of the missing Elemental Masters? I mean, don’t get me wrong, he looks great, I just question why his inclusion makes any sense. Mask of Hatred Harumi kinda makes sense, but why not give us casual Harumi if you’re just going to have a boring grey variant? Casual Harumi would’ve been much better than this. Even still, I’m happy that we are still getting characters seen in the past, and Kabuki Nya is just excellent.

    I mean, the release patterns have been super random in the past (with the figures being revealed last minute), like the Elemental Masters 3 pack, the Bricktober collection, etc (some of which we didn't even see any leaks for until they either showed up on shelves or appeared on some random poster). I'm still holding out hope for a random reveal, although whether that comes next week or next year it's impossibly hard to predict.

    Convenient how 3/4 Elemental masters not shown are the ones we haven't seen in physical sets yet; I hope this doesn't mean they don't plan to release the final three figures at some point...

    So excited to see the Elemental masters back on screen - hopefully this means more releases of the figures haven’t gotten yet (although Jacob, Camille, and Gravis are conspicuously missing from that shot).

    If we have to wait that long, I wonder why even include him in the poster for the ten years anniversary. I’m guessing either he’s inaccurately included in the final set, which is almost certainly the Wakandan transport with Scarlet Witch, War Machine, White Wolf, etc, or he will show up as some sort of polybag freebie like the pervious Avengers movies have had a minifig Hulk and Guardians 1 had Ravager Rocket.

    Totally forgot about that vehicle. It would be perfect for a final set with Scarlet Witch, War Machine, and new Bucky. How will we get Wong then...?

    No spoilers, but here's my thoughts: It looked orange to me, but we only saw it in low lighting or in space so it's hard to tell. I'm actually having trouble thinking of anything else that could be featured as a set that isn't really, really big (the donut ship). I'm sure the figures are coming, so maybe a Wakanda Final Battle set with some scenery, kinda like the Tanker Truck Takedown? I can see Bucky and War Machine being there, but I dunno about Wong... Guess they could throw him in? I'm sure we will get the minifigs shown in the poster if anything for the new War Machine; there would be no reason to show a newer version as the Civil War one is serviceable. I'm thinking a set like the last Civil War one, with minifigures and some scenery/a disposable vehicle.

    They have to come out with the new War Machine, Bucky, and Wong shown in the poster eventually... I'm betting on one final set to round everything off.

    Just realized the whole Teen Wu design is recycled almost exactly from Ninjago Movie concept art of Young Wu, where one version of the movie dealt with time travel. I'm glad they're giving unused movie concept art a second shot in the TV show, like they did with the Vermillion.

    So happy the suitcase will be getting at least some molds. I was pretty worried for a bit that it would be all brick-built (which I guess would be the point of such a set, but molded animals are much more fun). That Niffler looks great and I’m excited to see the rest!

    I mean, I have both original Dareth figures, I'm just really confused as to why he got a brand new design for Sons of Garmadon only for it not to show up here and have him use one of the generic black suits that you can get in go cart polybags, magazines, pods, etc.

    Same here. I’m baffled at the lack of a new outfit for Dareth, especially given how prominent his white outfit was in SOG. And Mystake, as you said, looks nothing like she does in the show, which also surprises me given her prominence in SOG. I get that this is technically a movie set, but if you’re gonna throw in TV characters that weren’t in the movie, like Mystake and Dareth, why not make them look like the versions in the show, especially if, like Dareth, they have new outfits for this season in particular.

    I was just wondering why Garmadon was missing from this wave, given they made a big deal of bringing him back - I’m happy they rectified that with our second set that actually takes place in Ninjago (versus the other sets that are focused on the First Realm). As far as the build goes, I like the tread elements used for the chain skirt, but the rest is pretty bland - shame that all the figures can be found elsewhere (Lloyd’s “unique” mask is really just the SOG one with a black bottom, which if you own any of the Ninjago movie sets you should have a spare of).

    I’m guessing that, as you said, Nya and Lloyd flyers will come in a set similar to Airjitsu Battle Grounds, another set featuring Nya and Lloyd in spinner/airjitsu garb because they weren’t released as part of the main wave. I’m guessing this makes sense for story reasons as well, because Nya and Lloyd probably won’t show up in the First Realm until much later.

    I wonder if the polybag dragon’s clear resemblance to Zane’s Elemental Dragon is actually story relevant. Now would be the perfect time to bring back that concept used from Tournament of Elements to Hands of Time, but I’m not sure if it’ll ever be used again. I do wish we actually got a full-sized Zane dragon, but there’s always retailer exclusives that may not be revealed yet.
