@Metroliner1983. Thanks for sharing your very clever design. Also: welcome to Eurobricks in general and Train Tech in particular. Tip for next time, it would be better to make a new topic and link to the old one (this one was from 2017 originally).

Hope we will see a new Powered Up iteration for 60509? https://www.bricktastic.nl/lego/grote-lijst-met-nieuwe-lego-sets-voor-2026-gelekt-update/ says: LEGO City 60506 City Seaside Tramway (june 2026, blue tram) LEGO City 60511 Retro Steam Train (June 2026, loc with tender and a passagercar, 575 bricks)

Wow @LL1982 thanks for sharing. I might do that to my 7750 some day! Have had it since I was a child. Lighting of the cars also worked out very well.

@Clone OPatra very nice review! I already noticed you preparing it haha ;) It is indeed a great set. I was totally surprised by the new track parts. -
9v motor dies after running for 2-3 mini
JopieK replied to Chris Stransky's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Yes I guess @Toastie and @dr_spock make some good points. Maybe an IR thermometer could also give some insights? -
Welcome @old men. Are you also 1000steine member? Looking forward to seeing your work!

My LEGO Ideas Entry: Austrian Class 310 Steam Locomotive
JopieK replied to steamengine's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Hey @steamengine welcome to Eurobricks and Train Tech. This is the perfect place to discuss improving the model I would say. However don't use Eurobricks just as an Ideas bill board that is not why we are here :) (I see you also use reddit for that purpose, I understand that it is a way to gather support, but then put effort in the communities as well!!!) Did you base it on: -
Janco I think you should be able to remove the pins to the sides. The wagon of the freight overhauling set 7823 has red axle pins (at least mine has).
-
Nice one @Murdoch17. Will u also be going for the upcoming bricklink designer program Brick Railroad Locomotive?

[MOC] No more Dark Blue! ;-) (ÖBB 4010, WLB "Köln" tram, ...)
JopieK replied to Brickstone_City's topic in LEGO Train Tech
Wow, great additions to your rolling stock @Brickstone_City. -
Great one @snaillad. Art deco is very cool indeed! Works very well in LEGO bricks.

Very smart. Most children like such a nice small details and small jokes hidden in plain sight. Although my experience is that often parents are way too impatient and sometimes literally drag their children along.
