  1. Okay. Can you let me know of any changes you make, so I can edit my copy instead of copying and editing yours again? Thanks.
  2. "Very well, Lady Calmcacil." Ahvialyn looks away from you and beckons to one of the horses. She speaks softly to the horse. "Á autatyë opo me Ananormorn. Á quetës túlalmë. Namárië!" "So, my fellow elves are the first to show up. I see Lord Normorn was wise to hire as many of them as possible." QM Note:Edited. Cringe at my broken Quenya!

Are you ready to leave?" QM Note: Chromeknight, I went to check the Shaman's Ether bonus and noticed that its HP bonus is 9, not 6. Wedge09, I believe that your HP should be 28, not 21. Sandy, what does the 'Pirate lingo' power of your bandana do? Zeph, are your Power and HP stats outdated? You posted no breakdown, and I get 42 and 49, not 36 and 44, respectively. Flipz, your Power stat also was three points lower than I think it should be, you had Robe of the Archmagi bonuses listed in your stats but I don't see it in your inventory, and you had the Healing Staff listed twice. I didn't check any of the heroes' class bonuses unless they looked odd to me, so double check those just in case. All players have 24 hours to confirm their participation by posting in this topic. Any players who do not confirm within that time will be placed under the control of the Party Leader until they return to consistent, active posting in this topic. Also, check your stats as listed above and ensure that they are correct. If you buy anything at the Marketplace before coming here, it would be awesome if you could make a short note of your purchases and the Gold deducted here. It's good to be hosting again; let's get this started!
  5. The door to Heroica Hall opens to once again admit a member of a faction that hadn't dared to present itself to heroes in quite some time: you see a Brobric Elf standing by the Quest Board, quietly surveying the sign-ups. "Let's see... couple elves, not what I'd hoped for, but satisfactory. One of those will of course be the leader of this group. Human druid, good, human paladin, good... this one fought for the Lions, but if the library's records are to be believed, he is just the type of creative hero that my lord Normorn wants. And to add some variety... well, neither choice is appealing to an elf, but I'll have to choose the dwarf over the undead abomination." The elf pins up a new piece of parchment: Chosen heroes for Quest 77: Your Elves are Better than Ours: Nerwen Calmcacil, Level 18.5 Shaman (Chromeknight) *Party Leader* Alexander Vandagant, Level 15 Hunter (Wedge09) Ellaria Arbour, Level 22.33 Druid (Sandy) Lord Lawrence Boomingham, Level 26.33 Paladin (Zepher) Arthur Justus Regulus VII, Level 26.33 Sorcerer (Flipz) Throlar Wineghilm, Level 1 Knight (Lord Duvors) A few of you watch as the elf nervously makes her way through the Hall, talking to a few heroes. "Lady Calmcacil, Lord Vandagant, Miss Arbour, Lord Boomingham, Private Regulus, Master Dwarf: I have horses outside ready for you to ride to Brobric." QM Note: Quest topic will be up momentarily.
  6. Got it.Brickdoctor returns to hosting, in: n, n-1, n-2...
  7. Yep, I'm typing up the initial stats right now. Just taking me a while to format them the way that's easiest for me to handle. (Especially since I use the plain text editor exclusively, I want to make sure that there isn't any unnecessary code in there as a result of the rich text editor.)
  8. The reasoning according to Sandy was that all the hits take place at the same time, similar to how a hero takes multiple Free Hits. So all the heroes' hits take place at the time of one of the enemy's Turns and the enemy has one more left to use for a Free Hit. (Even if the enemy deals Damage to multiple heroes, similar to how heroes can Counterstrike multiple enemies.) My opinion, it could go either way. There're sensible arguments for both sides. Because of the reason above, but on the other hand, these hero attacks aren't taking place at the same time as Free Hits, even though they're treated as such... but, different rules for heroes and enemies, so...
  9. By the way, now that the news from Comic Con has settled down a bit:
  10. Hoping that Hybros can hear me through the door, I say, "Master Hybros, I could use a little more offensive power, and there's an enemy in here who I believe is a Red Assassin; she might have something you want."
  11. Understand that I don't enjoy having to constantly risk killing discussion by directing members to different threads, but we have a main index with a list of important threads and we have guidelines for posting in this thread in this thread's first post for a reason: to keep discussion on-topic, organized, and easy to find and read. As I have said, this topic is for discussion of rumored and confirmed 2014 sets. We have another thread to discuss the sets you want to see, and we have another thread to discuss the sets past and present which you think are the best or the worst. I'll move a couple more posts. Now, please, stay on topic!
  12. The yellowish orange gradient on the Star Wars logo next to the LEGO logo is a design they've been using on and off since 2005.
  13. I wonder why TBB thought that it was a March release. Zoom in to this picture, and the sign very clearly says, "January 2014".
  14. Ooh, more angles! Thanks. I wasn't sure if that green was lime or olive because the official picture is so poorly lit. I'm glad to see that it's olive.I don't like the back end, though. The plating that is there is better than the older AT-AP's, but those bricks protruding back to the 'hip' joint are blocky, exposed, and ugly. Would've liked to see some curved slopes, some studless Technic, or both to smooth that out.
  15. There're also some programs to help you find cheaper combinations of stores quickly so you can experiment with which color and type of parts to use more quickly. I noticed Brickficiency in the LDD forum the other day.
  16. We already have a thread to discuss this. I'll merge them... ...done.
  17. Geonosian wings need to be partially transparent. They've been plastic since they were introduced in 2002.
  18. There was 10026, which I know isn't considered a part of UCS by some collectors, but it actually says "Ultimate Collector's Series" on the box, so I consider it to be UCS.The general consensus usually seems to be that we wouldn't mind a well-done UCS Venator or UCS LAAT/i, but also that every time TLG releases a PT UCS set, it doesn't sell that well, so it's understandable if they don't do that.
  19. Okay, remember, this thread is for discussion of rumors and pictures, and ones that have sources. Discussion of the sets you want to see, the sets you think we'll see, the minifigs you want to see -- that all belongs in either Future Star Wars Sets or Most Wanted Star Wars Characters. (In the case of the battle packs, you're free to discuss the format of the BPs here, because that is rumored to change, but specific battle packs that you hope to see, that would belong in Future Star Wars Sets.) I'll move some posts. I find it odd, too, but it isn't unusual for TLG to release sets at that time. I guess they were okay with revealing a set for March more than six months in advance, knowing that since this is a licensed set, they could force any clone brands who managed to copy it to stop on those grounds, if any clone brands were able to do that with more than six months to work with.
  20. Was it intentional that Nagure is staring at the Tauntaun? (In the picture of Sham Poo greeting the party.)
  21. Someone on flickr mentioned that it was a recolor of this piece. (Notice how there's a bar of trans green extending back through the turret towards the minifig's chest.)
  22. The ornithopter might've been nice... But in the past two SDCCs, TLG seems to have wanted to reveal a set in the middle of the price range, and adding something to this set would've pushed it closer to or into the higher end of the price range for the wave.
