  1. It's funny that Lego always advertises in their instructions not to shoot on people, but in the video that kid is shooting his friend
  2. I can't find the "Copy Pane" in the edit menu? I can't find it anywhere...

  4. Introduction Welcome to this mini Official Sets made in LDraw contest, to (hopefully) boost the production of sets made in LDraw. :wink:The idea is that you get points for the amount of parts (in the sets) you submit. Even with 1 set (with at least more than 100 parts) you even have a chance of winning, but with more sets, you’re chance becomes bigger. The winners will be randomly choses from all participants, but imagane a large jar full with cards of the participants name: the more pieces, the more cards of your name in the jar. That means everyone has a chance of winning when submitting at least 100 pieces in one or more sets. Rules Only models that are new to the index and the topic are allowed for the contest, so please use this topic to book a set(s), to avoid that someone just uploads a set before you (and your entry results invalid). You can view the booked/submitted sets in the post below. Don't forget to also take a look in the normal index what's submitted in the past! Alternate models from a set will get the partcount from the file that's submitted. I use part counts according to Brickset. Please post your models in the "Official sets made in LDraw topic". The deadline is 24 January 23:00 (or 11 PM) UTC Prizes The winners will be randomly choses from all participants, but imagane a large jar full with cards of the participants name: the more pieces, the more cards of your name in the jar. Of course a contest has a prize, so this one also has a small prize. There are 5 polybags available: 30025, 30019, 30086, 30085 and 7808.The first winner may choose 2 polybags as first, the second winner may choose 2 polybags after him/her and the third winner gets the last one. Good luck everyone! You may use this topic also to dicuss the contest or ask questions.
  5. Do you mean like this? I also discovered I have the same problem on some other renders I made last days, but a lot less obvious and a lot smaller.
  6. @Zblj That looks great, maybe you make the PF extension cable longer and remove the arm so it would really fly?
  7. I tried this, but it didn't solved the problem.
  8. Does someone know how I can remove that horizon when you render from a low angle withour using fog? Because fog always makes my renders a bit vague. Or maybe a setting to use fog without making the model vague? Also, how can I avoid these weird bobling shadows at the edges of bricks like in this image (view at full size to see what I mean)?
  9. Great job I'm wondering; what do you do to transform an LDraw part into an LGEO one?
  10. That battery box is already available as LDraw part (I don't know if it is already offically accepted though), but I found it in my SR3D Library: You can download it here I can't wait to see what MOC is coming!
  11. I often have the feeling to reverse engineer mocs, but most of the time they never finish. I have some more half completed mocs from other builders too
  12. That's a very, very good looking and good working hand  I couldn't resist:
  13. Well, I certainly don't have any idea what the problem could be. You can try to ask this question in the official LDraw forum, there's also Michael Lachmann, the creator of MLcad
  14. Could you maybe share the file? If it isn't working properly here too, it's probably a file based error, if it's working here correctly, it's your mlcad that has the problem. I think though, that it is your mlcad.

  16. I think I know the problem; you're probably using an older verion of LeoCad. the newest version (wich came out a few weeks ago) now "uses the LDraw library directly". So, try installing the newest version to see if it works
  17. Dutch people are enormous technical But I'm wondering; was there any other advertisement for these instructions than this topic?
  18. That looks very good. I don't understand why Lego doesn't make small movable legs? Any ideas?
  19. MLcad and LeoCad both use the LDraw parts library, so in theory they should work. I don't know much about LeoCad, but maybe there's an option to refresh the library cache or something like that? Did you used the LDraw all-in-one installer to install MLcad and LeoCad?
  20. Happy new year all!
