  1. A week ago, I was bored, so I was browsing Brickset (I do that often when I'm bored). The Chima sets came by, and I never really looked at them, because I thought "that's another play theme, I only buy Technic and Exclusives", but when I looked at them, I was like Now, I've fallen in love with the Chima sets. The minifigs are great, the sets look awesome (I really like that the vehicles are animal shaped) and the story is very nice. I've bought 70003 to see if it's really that good... Now, my goal is to buy all the Chima sets It's weird though, I know it are play sets, and I don't play with them, but the sets have something... I don't know what, but it's something that really catched me... I'm keeping an eye on this topic now
  2. No dll for DirectX 11 I'll install 9 then... Anyway, that looks great. I looks so cool that the Crane Truck is almost working 100% on an computer without difficult animation software, but just by building the set  One thing that the crane truck reminded me though;could you please add ropes. It shouldn't be that difficult, since you already have the bezier generator... However, your software is great and powerful already. I can't wait to try out the new and improved things Keep up the great work!
  3. You can make a bricklink wanted list from an LDraw file using BrickStore
  4. You can export LDD to the LDraw format, but the export won't inlcude all parts or some parts may be wrongly placed. So, it is possible, but sadly it's not very good
  5. Sariel also made a nice online scaling tool
  6. Yes, of course I use Windows 7 (although I bought Windows 8, I think it's not really a desktop os), so I didn't installed it. Windows updater only finds and installs the newest drivers, not the ones you need for a specific program... But thanks for the advice Sergio and calabar
  7. I just completely reinstalled my windows, so my whole system disk is formatted (because I made a bit of a mess of my old windows). I just installed SR3D Builder, but it doesn't work. According to the requirements page, I need .NET framework 2.0 and directX9.0c. But does it really needs to be these versions? I want to keep my pc as clean as possible this time, and I already have the .NET framework 4.0 and I believe I have the newest directX. And, if I do need .NET framework 2.0, where can I download this, since the link on your website doesn't work?

  9. I don't eally understand waht you mean? Do you mean the right side of LPub, with all the code? If you want sub-assemblies, you need .mpd files. Every sub-assembly needs to be an seperate .ldr file combined in an .mpd file. What do you mean with arrows? If you mean arrows that indicate where a submodel has to be, they appear automatic when you add a submodel. If you mean arrows o their own, indicating other important things or anything else, you can take a look here. You probably don't have the most recent parts update. I would recommend (since you've maybe missed other updates too) to download the whole LDraw parts pack and copy/paste them in your parts folder and let windows ignore the duplicate ones I hope that helps.
  10. That's a very nice moc! So many functions in such a (relatively) small space
  11. Yes, der seb submitted almost 19000 pieces, and on the second place (piece count, not the real second place) is maro9999 who submitted around 9000 pieces

  15. Just imagine how that would look like!
  16. You also got the number wrong: it should be 30130. I changed it for you
  17. Well, there's not really a minimum, but it's more like more=faster. So, the amount of cores in the processor, the GB ram etc. (well, not really etc, these are the most important ones ). I have a quad core 3GHz and 8 GB of ram, it's still slow, but I think I have some sort of a general "minimum". I also think a normal desktop pc would be better for rendering then a laptop, but I'm not sure... I'm not really an expert, so I hope this helps
  18. @Strikeman: Well, I'm sorry you're too late to post the 8043 in time, but you're still making a chance to win! To anyone who participated: Thanks! I hope I can announce the winner in the next days, so keep an eye on the topic If you want, you may keep posting models. That would be very nice and appreciated
  19. Reminder: Tomorrow is the last day to submit models!
  20. Is cleaning his Lego workplace

  21. Because of the point of view of your render, it looks a bit like some kind of optical illusion at first glance
  22. I would like to see a Lego Technic tower crane; they never made a tower crane!
  23. Wrong names!? Which one has wrong names? I'm using names directly from the Bricklink database... And I knew you sometimes forget/didn't posted the other numbers of a set, I knew that and I sometimes added them into your post But it seems I missed some too. And the value pack, I think it's best to post them all three seperatly and all three in 1 model. That'll look even nice I think; a little scene: one pirate is steleing the treasure, the other one defends it with a cannon and the last 2.... Well, I don't know about the last 2
