  1. This is a really great article. Nicely written, good graphs, interesting information. Great
  2. You just browse to a set you own, then you click the tab "ACM" (the rab row under the picture, not above) and then click on the edit icon on the most right part of the table
  3. Reminder: There's only a little less than a week left to submit models!
  4. @Teuk: First of; welcome to the LDraw topic Please note that your images are too big. The maximum that's allowed on this forum is 800x600, although even a little smaller would be the best. Anyway, also good luck with the mini contest @GhandalfofHoth: Why is one of your files called awesome.ldr and the other one wip.ldr
  5. You can find many RGB/CMYK Lego colors here.
  6. That's a good question Maybe he was so amazed by the car that he forgot to post it here on EuroBricks? It really is an amazing good looking model. I hope Blakbird will build one too, so we can see all RosoPC's cars next to each other. Maybe one day, I'll build them all too... I hope Keep up the good work
  7. A simple update note is enough
  8. Hi, first: I hope this is the correct forum. I didn't know if I had to make 1 topic for all, or a seperate topic in each subforum for every book. Anyway, I found this PDF document showing the new DK Lego books for this year. It are: Amazing Minifigure Sticker Collection Legends of Chime Brickmaster The LEGO Play book (looks like an succesor of the LEGO Ideas book to me) Star Wars Brickmaster Lego Minifigure: Year by year Friends ultimate sticker collection LEGO hero Factory Ultimate Sticker COllection LEGO Legends Of Chime Ultimate sticker collection A bunch of children novels from DC Universe and Star Wars And, from this topic also new this year (picture here): Lego Minifigures Character Encyclopedia It will be a good Lego book year again
  9. Where can we download the model? If you post a model here, it should be downloadable. Most people here use Brickshelf to share their files, but DropBox, SkyDrive or anything like that works fine too (I use DropBox). If you want a tutorial on Brickshelf, you can go here.
  10. Well, I tried to make one myself for you, but I didn't know if you wanted a mosiac like plates/bricks next to each other or on top of each other, so I just made both. It aren't building instructions, but I think you can make them relatively easy from the picture because the brick outlines are displayed. If these are too big, just tell me the size you want it to be (these are both the size of a big 48x48 baseplate), but remember: how smaller, how less good they look You can download the normal mosaic here and the stacked mosaic here. I also have partslists if you need them, but they are Dutch...
  11. Well, you can put a picture of a lego logo in Lego mosaic software like PicToBrick and build one yourself
  12. Frist I want to clean my whole Lego building area, so I can build. Because I want to build more this year. Last year I made like 1 moc and was thinking about 100 mocs in my head. So, I want to build more this year instead of thinking about what to build :classic:
  13. That would probably work in real life airplanes, but I think if you try to make longer blades with Lego and you're going to turn them very fast, they'll start wobbling. And that would make the whole creation a lot more unstable...
  14. Yes, if it are official Lego instructions, you can make the alternate models
  15. Well, of course it needs to be 100% correct (except hoses (whic are possible though), stickers, decals and new parts if not available) About colors: LDraw has (mostly) the same color names as Bricklink, so that won't be very difficult. If you really don't know, you can take a look here (sadly that page is a bit outdated, maybe I/someone else should make a new one, some day)...
  16. @DLuders and others, in the meantime (I sent you that file a long time ago ), I made a new zip file containing the program instructions too (as requested by some). You can download the complete zip file here. So you can remove your skydrive file again, as this is on my dropbox, I wanted to keep the same link, but that didn't worked. I tried to find this topic to change the download link, but I couldn't find it anywhere... Sorry for the inconvenience
  17. (it were 14 days btw, it was launched yesterday ). That's 2 weeks, I don't think that's too short. It's a mini contest... But since most people only came here today or tomorrow (because of the frontpage) and it isn't a too long period, I'll add 2 more days.
  18. To everyone; if you want to participate with a model in the mini contest, please add your added (or to be added) model in the contest topic. I know it maybe sounds a little whining , but it's useful for people who want to participate, but don't read this forum very often. Please make a small list with your models submitted (only numbers is enough) in the mini contest topic. Thanks!
  19. Oops, I forgot to note the time you have to add models. It's 22 January 23:00 (or 11 PM) UTC Oh, and sorry about your already uploaded Ninja models, but I wasn't able to alert you...
  20. For the ones who missed the topic: There's a new mini contest, the only thing you have to do to make a chance to win, is to add at least 1 set in the " Official sets made in LDraw topic". Read the rules and more information here.
  21. You can get all kinds of information by downloaded the product sheets on this Lego Education page. The products with lego technic parts also have parts lists. In this documents, you can also see photos of even more models to make Also something that I'm wondering; it seems there's a ultrasonic sensor and a IR sensor. They look very similair, which one comes with the normal kit?
  22. Thanks DLuders. I didn't had time this morning, because I had to go and when I cam back to make a better search for the Copy Panel, you already did So, you can see my "Panel Text" (what's the name actually ) here. Thanks for all the help everyone!
  23. I noticed some more: they have a pile of Lego laying in the back worth like 100s if not 1000s of euros/dollar
