  1. I am so glad that the discombombulation of the word discombombulated is finally dis-discombombulated...... :-D
  2. The trip took me and my friend eleven days of cycling. I can reccomend it!
  3. Nice work on this firestation mr. Casewindu! I don't mind it being red. I like the way you stored the airtanks, on top of each other in tree form and all the other details. I was the one suggesting doors I believe, but seeing how the station has turned out without them I'd say: leave them out! :-)
  4. I like modifying ships as you all probably know (or not) and some time ago I spent a few hours modifying the Armada Flagship. It is not entirely an MOC but I'll post it here, tell me what you think. (Picture is link to Brickshelf Gallery)
  5. I'm not so sure if it is possible to put a cross axle inside that big supportpiece but it sure adds to the height and saves numerous round bricks.
  6. "This ship really floats" or something like it, in at least 7 or 8 different languages. I guess.
  7. Well.. my favourite pole has got to be this one Versatile, sleek looking, what more can I say.. :-D My favourite ship is the one from set 6344 (image is link to bigger picture)
  8. The nearest Legoland for Holland depends on in which part of the country you live. From Zutphen (center of Holland) to Billund Denmark was exactly 800 km I cycled it(yes.... on a bicycle). On a different cycletrip I went past Legoland Germany, and that was about 950 km from my home. So it being in Germany doesn't necessarily make it closer, because Germany is quite a large country. 8-|
  9. Baby What A Big Surprise - Chicago. Great song especially the bridge!
  10. The basic bricks are the steps, the other thing indeed is a table... :-D
  11. Why is that? Is it glued together or are you leaving it on display concerning emotional reasons?
  12. 150 euros is not so bad for that great bulldozer, it may even become affordable when it's on sale somewhere in the upcoming years... Same price as the 8421 Mobile Crane, I am still waiting to get that one on sale. :-) Never seen that truck though, looks nicely made.
  13. WOW everything in this ship has the right measures, I love it!! *y* *y*
  14. Nice boxes, are those prices confirmed or is it just some wishful thinking?
  15. The one thing I know for sure is that those sets were never released here in Holland, a shame really because the release would have increased my castlesets-collection... *wacko*
  16. I own some 27 battledroids... I am afraid that's it.... *sweet*
  17. That looks like a promising firestation... good work. Are you going to fit any doors in it? Perhaps big castle ones or the traditional rollerdoors from other firestations? Did you know that there's a policec.. oh, you did :-P
  18. That is good news! Welcome! *sweet* Varied for sure: one can even discuss the passing away of an ex-playmate.... :-D
  19. Hi GamerX and welcome to our friendly and peaceful Lego-forum! Any MOC's to show us? :-)
  20. I discovered Eurobricks when searching on Google with the words "Lego" and "News" looking for pictures of sets that wheren't in the catalogs. With this website my objective was quickly achieved....
  21. Thanks! Those are great close-up pictures of the set. Just look at the last picture for the size of this thing X-O
  22. Thanks! The "stool" is meant to be some steps to reach the high-above-the-ground counter.... ;-)
  23. Wow, never knew that! 8-
  24. Nice bus. I like it! I think the tight time schedule during the rushhours is not going to cause this busdriver any problems, he just switches on the blue strobelights... X-D
  25. Whenever someone posts something the time he/she posted it is displayed. Can someone tell me what time Eurobricks is living by, is it different per country, is it Greenwich Mean Time (GMT)? For me (holland) it is, for example, always one hour earlier in real life than displayed.
