Nice work Tiger. Always been a fan of the Octan brand from the garages to the train waggons and the tankers as well. Spotted that one and it does look sleek. The storage towers also look cool from the pictures from the show. Are you keeping a parts list handy?

Any chance we could get a new Maersk train this year? After all we got a new container ship, the Maersk Line Triple-E (10241).

One issue that gets my wick is the different shades of yellow parts in one set. It is an issue that has annoyed me since sets such as 8421 and 8275. Last night I started to assemble 42006 and hoped TLG would have came up with a solution for this but before I even got the packets open I could see that the issue still persists. Some parts are more a lemon yellow shade while others are a more mustard yellow shade. I can understand that different batches of parts will be slightly different, but it is quite an obvious difference. At least use parts from one batch per set so all parts match. Unless I have missed something, does it bother other peeps?

Congratulations to the top 3 and well done to all participants. Really enjoyed looking through all the entries but as I am a new member I could not take part in the vote.

Great progress there afol and thanks for the BrickLink recommendations and from Alasdair as well. Slowly going to gather together all the parts I need to build this monster. Need more panels.

Great build Madoca. That truck is super cool. How many hours did your put into that project? If experts with LDD/LDraw like Alasdair and legolijntje can work with Madoca to create build instructions I certainly would be up for building it. Convoy anyone? My parts collection will need restocking though. @ Alasdair, what BrickLink stores would you recommend? I looked in the BrickLink trusted sellers thread but it seems to be well outdated.

Very nice review indeed Jim. The format reads very well and also a big for the 360 view. Will be a set to add to my wanted list. When do next years sets generally become available to purchase?
