  1. As I wrote above, instruction for hot rod will be available probably this spring or summer. If you asked about instruction for telehandler you would find them on buildinst.
  2. ...and I've also built hot rod out of this set. It is without instruction at this time but I plan to create it in future.
  3. It's simply awesome and funny. I like its design with lots of gears and its motion. I agree with prateek that you could add one fin on each side to make it more fish-like.
  4. I've just finished Ldraw model of my motor boat and I'm gonna begin with creating instruction. It should be available on buildinst at April 11 - buildinst 1st birthday. And there is picture of steering wheel built out of set 8068 below. It is not 100% correct use of that small tire but it works well and it is still dismentlable without damaging any part.
  5. ...and do you know about this model "C"? It is also my creation and you can build it with help of instruction on buildinst.
  6. WOW! I think I haven't seen such a huge structure built out of lego. Good job!
  7. I was curious who will aply with first flying mashine... Your hellicopter looks good but little bit heavy. Anyway I like its yellow color. By the way doesn't it have any problems with centre of gravity? It looks like it is falling on tail little bit.
  8. Awesome hot rod! I look up to hood - it has really cool and complex design.
  9. Another interesting and simple model that I like. When I was looking at pictures I found nickname for your vehicle - it could be called "toothed penguin" because front of vehicle looks like bird head and it contains many gears with lots of teeth...
  10. Cool floating boat. It has very simple and pure design and it even has its captain! Good job.
  11. When I saw your entry to contest first time I was little bit afraid that you had come with same idea as me... I am happy that you hadn't. To your boat - it is simply BIG and I admire you for body design of boat. You chose good color scheme and I cannot imagine how you assembled so many liftarms and panels together. One more idea - did you think about choosing black color for engine? I don't know why if anyone speak about ourboard engine I will imagine black Mercury...
  12. I've just finished video.
  13. I get red when I am reading last comments. Thank you very much! - Yes, lack of steering wheel in 8068 is bad but I've already found matching substitute for it - I've used half bush and winch drum that is very good with dressed little tire for making turning easier (I can add picture of it tomorrow). - I think it will become real small technic set surely. You can buy set 8068 now to get all necesary parts. If you wait few weeks till I create building instruction you will be able to download them from buildinst and begin building. It is just pity that you will not see pictures of motor boat on 8068 box...
  14. Thank you all for your comments! I am not sure that she is in same scale as boat but I will check shops. Pictures of bottom:
  15. Finally there is my contribution to "To sail the Technic sea" contest here. It is motor boat with outboard engine that features steering with turning steering wheel, adjustable trim and adjustable seats. I've built it as small as possible with use of only one set (8068) beacause I don't like mixing parts from different set together. It is pity that set 8068 doesn't contain lego steering wheel so I had to borrow it from other set. Especially for this cotest I've added few funny features - rear frame and... water skier! I don't have any technic fig so I decided to build one out of ordinary liftarms and connectors - it is girl with two pigtails who looks like alien. If I get any technic fig till contest deadline I will add new pictures with it. Any comments or offers for lending me technic fig are welcomed.
  16. It is awesome model you built. When I saw original vehicle I was almost sure that it is not possible to build it out of lego with working steering at least but you did it and you even added suspension. Great work! I cannot say I like color scheme (light grey combined with yellow is not my taste) and fishing rod looks little bit out of scale anyway I think you will be place very high in this contest. And last thing - your fish is really funny.
  17. Cool floating creation. I like its design - it looks like "water tank". After watching video I think it is too slow and not very agile. Maybe it wants bigger propeller or one more...
  18. You've built great and complex model - good job. When I was looking at first picture it didn't impress me much but when I saw picture with opened headlights I changed my mind. I am sure it took you much time to built it with all thouse funcions and if you improve degign of body little bit it will be excellent model. I like rear part of body but I'm missing some panel or cover right above headlights - there is BIG empty gap there...
  19. I'm thinking about buying one too. I've just subscribed for newsletter and found out that this publisher published many other books focused on Lego. Thanks for opening my eyes.
  20. Yes, I would like to see this toturial and as I can see above I am not only one who is interested in it.
  21. Your mini forklift is really cute little MOC. I wonder how does fork lifting work? I can't see any element that generates friction to keep forks "up"... And I have one more question - what software did you use for creating building instruction? I use LPUB and I don't think it is able to create such instructions as yours especialy those red arrows showing way of connecting parts.
  22. I really like this blue crane built out of set 8052. I also have few ideas for alternates from this set but no time to begin building...
  23. Building instructions for my snowmobile and captainmib's tracked dumper are available on buildinst now.
  24. As I said above I've modified captainmib's tracked dumper and I'm satisfied with result. I've re-built dump body and cab assembly with gear for controlling lifting mechanism. If I get permission from captainmib I'll add instruction for this alternate on buildinst.
