  1. I don´t know Jim, I won´t buy bricks even if I had the perfect model, I like to participate with LDD and see if the brick engages me. The other reason is in my opinion better, there are a lot of people with enough Technic to build a 200 pieces MOC but how many bricks could have a 15x45 studs MOC?, the colors and details are the most important thing. I think digitally could be worth if it were properly checked by someone.
  2. It is hard to choice, I don´t have bricks so I like the LDD idea but I like to see the real MOC but a lot of people won´t have enough pieces to build a decent MT... I like the LD idea. I don´t like GIF for MOCs is better a video, I have seen GIFs of MOCs that don´t work yet.
  3. I forgot military category sorry .
  4. The recent MINI contest has made me think a question just curious.
  5. Great idea, I will pass this time I don´t have enough bricks even for a 8x4 MOC, good luck for all .
  6. The LDD is a perfect tool to see awesome MOCs only outside and we can see undervalued MOCs with amazing mechanisms. Finally may also appreciate the inside because not everyone can see it.
  7. Congratulations to the winners, I'm glad machinery win against cars .
  8. To be honest I don´t like hot rods but this has much to see, RC, gearbox, ligths and on top leaf springs , very nice work, from now on I'll see hot rods . For me it could be a Hall of Fame member.
  9. Ouch... I am too much purist for this MOC...
  10. Paul I don´t know, my first idea is crazy idea but who knows?, I can´t try them because I just needed the bucket from the 42030 (I bought 1 today) but sure there will be people for try your idea. When I finish the F40, I would want to change it for the Huayra on your friends wall if you don´t mind, I think it will be better than the Pagani. I want to see the red car but I say again a car with machinery wheels... we will see .
  11. Thank you for nice comments, while I build the manual version and I make the LDD I hope I be able to finish the sides .
  12. I like the steering I used a similar one and it worked fine. http://www.brickshelf.com/gallery/jorgeopesi/Trials/Unimog1600/z1.jpg
  13. I bought another one the real Volvo 350 is close not this out of scale set (just my opinion).
  14. Well 2 nice wheels, if I am not wrong maybe we will see good cars with them. I can not understand so much bricks doing nothing...I am too much Technic for this set...
  15. Everytnig in this car is a challenge . While I am not manage to finish the sides, even with the Polo-Freak invaluable help thank you again , I'll start with the manual version, the steering will be less ugly thanks to have enough space and we will see if I learn something of it for the RC version.
  16. Could it be possible a provisional list of votes?, so that I can call my friends to give some votes , but don´t worry I only have three .
  17. This is the first reason which I play with Lego, try, improve, error everything is funny .
  18. No problem with steering but I learned with my first truck trial that tatras are not good, they are fun to build but in real trials they haven´t balance, height and they are more complex that a simple rigid axle. In the video the unimog wins based on a old design, I will never know if my tatra would be better because one of my XL motors broke.
  19. Yes, it is an old video there was not servo yet.
  20. I used a rare axle technic for my kolos and it works fine. The 20th gear rotates and pivots with a 12th one.
  21. With Lego we are able to build Tatra axles aligned, my 4 tatras have them but I really don´t know why they are unaligned in real life . Old trial truck by NIco71, there are more ways to do it.
  22. Thank you Gzzig, mine was different a rare one http://www.brickshelf.com/cgi-bin/gallery.cgi?f=499607 Real tatras are not aligned, a crazy and rare trucks I like them .
