  1. I just thought of this!!... What about the fact that Mutt is Indy's son? (ala Darth and Luke). huh huh???
  2. Yes, Yes... I remember that line from the movie too. I remember that I recognized that line in some other movie but I just didnt realize it was in EP1.. thanks
  3. Here is my personal solution: Indy's New Wardrobe Maybe Lego can take a few pointers for upcoming Indy sets.
  4. This is something thats been bugging me since the release of the Indy sets: He's wearing the same clothes in EVERY set... so he're two Indy minifig MOC's I've come up with: Jungle Indy: Himalayan Indy:
  5. Im still undecided about the new figs. I dont really like the way they look in pictures but I do like how the anakin figure from Anakin's Jedi Starfighter looks in real life. I didnt know why Lego changed the minifig faces but after seeing the trailer from the new movie I now understand they're based on that. Seeing that the movie is gonna kick off a Clone Wars TV series, its safe to say that these new faces are here to stay.
  6. My choices: 1) Pirate Captain 2) Black Falcon Knight 3) Cowboy 4) Ice Planet or Space Police 5) Soccer Player
  7. Thanks for the review... Ill probably get one copy of this set. Mr. Freeze and his cart look neat. I dont like the huge wing on the back of Batman's buggy so Ill probably mod that out.
  8. Well, it showed up on Shop@Home a few days ago... so it will be in stores in a few weeks. Im guessing around the beginning of June.
  9. Nice set... Im definately gonna pick it up when I see it. I like the design of the base and it comes with lots of usefull an neat pieces.
  10. Yeah, that knight does look pretty neat. Hopefully he'll show up (along with those other figs on that page) in future Indy sets.
  11. Hi everyone, this is the first time Im sharing one of my MOCs. I've built it a few months ago and took some pics of it and I've finally gotten around to posting them. From the very beginning I've never really liked the design of 5378 Hogwarts Castle so I decided to built a similar design using its pieces. Here is the result: Front View: Back View: Some of the Rooms: Library: Office: Laboratory: Study: Bathroom: Entertainment Room: On a side note: I wasn't really happy with this MOC so last nite I ripped it apart and totally redisgned it. I'll share some pics of the new one in a few days.
  12. Thanks a lot!
  13. Hi, Im having trouble finding the answer to this. I want to post some MOC pics but I dont know how to insert images into a post straight from my computer. Can someone help me out. Thanks.
  14. ummm... jibberish has no meaning ... thats why its called jibberish
  15. So did I... its Russian jibberish
  16. Is this set on sale in North America?? I can't find it anywhere!! I'm gonna be in the north Chicago LEGO store on the weekend... is there a possibility that it will be in stock there?
  17. I just got this set and it came with three sabres.... is that normal or did I get lucky ?
  18. I'd really like to see more Harry Potter sets. I always liked the details, color scheme and unique pieces that each of these sets had. I really hope this rumor of new sets is true. The movie is coming out in Nov. I think so they'd be perfect for a Christmas release.
  19. Conestoga Mall Zellers in Waterloo... race ya! lol
  20. I was at a Zellers here in Canada and I was suprised to find some of the new KOCS Indy sets in-store. Both the small campsite set and the big temple set wee available. Anyone else seen the new sets in stores in Canada or the US?
  21. Well, wallmart was always my fourth or fifth choice for Lego. TRU and Zellers always have a way better selection, even Sears. Half the time I went to wallmart, the Lego section was practically non-existant.
  22. wow, that was fast... thanks a lot guys *y*
  23. Im trying to find the instructions for the alternate model of 7708 Uplink (the hovercar on the back of the box). Its not on the Lego website anymore. Does anyone know where I can find it?
  24. Here's my 2 cents on Liscences.. I LOVE them. I'd say 75% of the sets I got since I started buying LEGO again in early 2006 were liscences. The thing I like about them is that they're great part packs for creating my own theme: a sort of late 19th century/ early 20th century city theme with a fantasy twist (Harry Potter + Batman + Indy). When I buy a set I dont care whether its a liscence or not because I focus on the set design, minifigs and parts selection and not whether its from a movie or not. PS I think Im the only one who prefers fleshies over yellow minifigs... *wub*
  25. I like that truck! It looks very futuristic *y*
