I've always been interested in the modular buidlings (and made one myself), but your creation are really outstanding. And you don't come up with just one, you show five of your ingenious creations. Very well done. I would have changed some minor details (like the sand green cones in the first blue building), but that's really nitpicking on a very high level. Your buildings are a great source of inspiration, maybe I use some of your details in another building (yet to come). Man, we all sincerely would love to see you here, if you're able to manage it. Nice review, Ja7on! Did anyone notice the colour issue on the big technic side panel? It's not the same purple as the other bricks. I have to agree to your opinion about the officers outfit - well done. I want to see more of them. For the other parts: Meh. I don't like those big engine parts and the side panels. Automatic money saver ON.

Looking good so far , but original photos besides the pimped ones would have made it easier to compare... I'm not so much into SP III that I can see the differences without.

These are very interesting sets on sale! But to be honest, this topic is just for making more money out of them - not for giving collectors a chance. Don't you think so?

From now until the 8th of november you'll receive a 20% discount on everything you buy. Just don't go and buy Mega******. Over at Quelle.de it's a complete phaseout. They are selling everything, but with a varying discount on Lego ranging (at a first glance) from 10% - 30% . EDIT: I had a closer look. It's up to 50% on Aqua Raiders sets. I don't know if these special offers are also available for foreign customers . Try your luck.

I have found two solutions over at 1000steine.de: *click* He used a micromotor (photo 1) and a PF-M-motor (following photos). It's written in german, but the photos have no language. If you have questions about it, don't hesitate to ask.

Yeeezzz.... I'm fine with changing the reserved days off in my colleagues calendar. So it's 22nd-25th of april. Jan is hopefully bringing some very hot stuff to our event to make that changing worth the hustle.

Great news, legomilk! I thought the set was the TRU exclusive, but this news is even better. Another unexpected modular buidling! Hurray, TLC for this great decision in continuing the modular line. Now I really have to catch up in buying the fire department. KimT, do you hear me? You buy the modular fire department this year and the emporium next year - what's the problem? Pics, we want pics!

Nice set. I got it at our last event. I actually like the shape and the colours of the plane as well as the minifigs, but the "loading mechanism" of the stretcher is rather stupid. It opens to the top? How in all the world is the stretcher going to be placed inside without a crane?? I know this is not an honest comparison, but the helicopter 7044 (one of the best heli's ever released) has got a real working gear. Sorry, nothing more than "average".

I just reserved the three days in april. First entry in our 2010 calendar at work. Did I say yet I was looking forward to it?

Hello Jan and welcome to Eurobricks! This is an absolutely incredible way to start here! What an amazing MOC! But why did you use RobotC? I never heard of that language. Is it more simple than the regular Lego programming system or is there another reason why you chose it? Nice video as well. But you are not going to wear the produced stuff, are you? Concearning yourself: Would you mind to tell something more about you here?
