Very well done, Badsneaker! I love the way you built the house like a tower, meaning that the attachments to the sides are a bit lower than the main building. If I had to choose my favourite it would be no.2, but with black windows. I like the use of the golden dishes and the two red flags. The smaller mosaic (1x1 tiles) on the ground is better than the 2x2 tiles' one. The tree at the edge of the third version is a nice touch though. The best of all: It does fit in very well with all the other buildings. Btw.: For a better comparison it would have been nice if you had placed the three versions next to each other. Now please add the interior.

You bet your head! What a wonderful creation! I always thought of using some red bricks for a CC-style building, here's the answer to all my qustions. And such a wonderful and detailed interior. I'm (once more) shocked in awe. Great ideas (bath, kitchen, wonderful cafe...) Does that huge MOC fit on a regular 36x36 baseplate? One thing though to keep you on the ground: I don't like that it's not built according to the "standards". The ground floor is waaay out of scale - for my taste the ceiling is far to high. I know, especially older buildings are built that way (I live in one with fairly high ceilings), but in this case it doesn't really fit to the other buildings. I would have left out the seating area in the cafe and had pulled down the ceiling. But that's just nitpicking.

At least for Germany I think you are wrong. The collectable minifigs show up in the official catalog for 2010 and I asked my local toy store if they would have any. The answer was "Yes". I told them to give me a call whenever the first box will arrive. I'm still considering of getting a fine weight scale before.

Thank you for the review tomacwhite! The only good thing about the set is: Pneumatics are back! Hurray for that! For the rest of the set I have to say "meh", nothing to be overwhelmed. Especially for the points you already have mentioned (claw/logs/complexity).
